Back at Five Loaves Mt Pleasant and lucky enough to get a parking space during lunch hour!! Love this location very cool vibe!! Hostess was very friendly and we lucked out with a table right away!! Waitress on point and asked for our drink order back very quickly and got our lunch order!! We both got the Whole Chicken Salad Club on a Croissant!! Oh so good my favorite sandwich here at Five Loaves!! Easy Five Stars !!

    outside dining is beautiful!

Shakira was our server and she was so kind and the absolute best! Also outside seating is very pretty along with the food. It's very nutritious and taste amazing!

Service was amazing! Our server was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. Even the half portions were surprisingly generous and filling. My only suggestion would be to offer a half-salad and half-sandwich combo option. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'll definitely be back!

Lunchtime was nice. Cold day hot water! Rueben Sammie & Mushroom Marsala soup. Daughter had Roast Pork Sammie & Tomato Crab soup. Service was great. Not overly crowded. Quiet time.

Everything slapped! I mean... Every. Single. Thing! OMG... Sooooo good! Went for Charleston Restaurant Week and it didn't disappoint. Chosen the roasted carrots with whipped feta to start, the shrimp & grits with a tomato wine sauce and for dessert the raspberry almond shortbread. Everything was Gluten Free and delish. They have a new almond encrusted Pork Tenderloin and it is probably the best new addition to the menu. So tender and tasty! Also that GF cornbread is simply the best! Cute atmosphere and outside patio seating to boot. Madison was our server and went out of the way to ensure everything was perfect. Down to making sure our glasses stayed full and flowing!

I am ent to Five Loaves on a weekday afternoon around 2 pm and the place was relaxed but still pretty busy. I got a corner table and was able to do some work with my laptop using their free WiFi while I had my late lunch- pretty sweet setup. I had the half arugula salad with white balsamic dressing and half marinated chicken sandwhich. They were both very good. Next time I would ask for the bread to be untoasted. They toasted it with butter and pesto on it but I would prefer just bread.

This is my wine, a Pinot.

I love Five Loaves. The bar is always my place when I am alone and feel so comfortable as the staff are amazing. It is a great family place and I have brought many children here and they love it. The food is so good clean and fresh. Love the salads which are topped with tortellini's, yum. Next time I will take pictures of the food but for now my drink will have to do.

Five Loaves Café is always delicious and a good experience. The staff is always very friendly and greet you with a smile. The staff are consistently knowledgeable about celiac and gluten intolerance. There are many gluten free options. The gluten free cornbread is always excellent. The overall, rustic, homegrown vibe with unique environmental design intertwined with tables with interesting typography, make the prefect dining atmosphere.

4.5 I love 5 Loaves! Came here for date night and the service was quick, and the food is not outrageously expensive. We got the red wine braised short rib and the tri-colored tortellini (both were really good, but I liked the tortellini more!). I would not order the bruschetta again - it was a special. We also had a bottle of red wine (which are half priced on Wednesdays). The inside of the restaurant is getting a little out dated, but overall great vibes for the night!

Ate there two nights in a row while visiting familky in the area. Plenty of choices, quality cuisine, great service. Night one (no pic), we had the gnocchi appetizer and the portobello burger. All quite tasty and plenty of food! Not to mention the awesome bread! Night two (pix) included the chicken feta meatballs (BIG YUM) and grilled asparagus, as well as the thai coconut hot pot with salmon. I've been there for lunch on several occasions as well and never disappointed! I'll continue to frequent it when in town! They do take call-ahead seating which helps as it's quite popular!

Party of 2. We ordered ahead and it was ready promptly: two Caesar salads with chicken. Nice atmosphere and an outdoor seating area as well. I was kind of disappointed we weren't staying to eat because it was a wonderful day to have been sitting out on their patio. Great salad! The restroom was clean and neat.

The last two times I've ordered pita chips and hummus through the app, the online ordering process felt completely pointless. Both times, my order was marked with an estimated pickup time, but it wasn't actually ready until more than 10 minutes after that. While I was waiting, I watched employees serve 15+ people who came through the regular line after I had already placed and paid for my order. I even saw pita chips being given to customers in line while I was still waiting for the chips I had ordered earlier. It just doesn't seem like online orders are being prioritized or managed efficiently. On top of that, both orders of pita chips were so heavily seasoned and salty that I couldn't finish them. I've had the pita chips here many times over the years and never had this issue before, but the last two visits have been consistent enough that it feels worth mentioning. As a college student, eating out is something I have to budget for and is a treat I look forward to. When the food isn't edible because it's overly salty and the pickup process takes significantly longer than expected, it feels like a waste of money. I know everyone has off days, and I've had plenty of positive experiences at this location in the past. However, because this has happened twice in a row, I'll definitely be more hesitant about ordering here in the future.

One thing that immediately stood out was that they were open late on a Sunday. We arrived around 8 PM, which was incredibly convenient, and since the restaurant wasn't crowded, we were seated right away. Our server (I unfortunately don't remember her name, she was blonde and incredibly friendly) provided what was probably the best service we experienced during our entire trip. She was attentive, welcoming, and made excellent recommendations. We ordered the 2x California Burger, chicken sandwich, a gyro, side salads (they put the dressing on the salads, it was actually the perfect amount for me, but just be warned, ask for it on the side if you want to add it yourself), and a cheesesteak. The gyro (I got lamb) was recommended by our server, and it did not disappoint! Everything was fantastic, but the burgers deserve special recognition. Whoever was working the grill that night deserves a raise. Hands down, the best burger we had on our entire trip. The seasoning was perfect, the patties were thick and juicy, and they had an amazing char that took them to the next level. We also upgraded to the Aloha Fries, which were a great addition and definitely worth trying. From the outstanding food to the exceptional service, Coleman Public House exceeded our expectations in every way. We'll definitely be back because there are still so many items on the menu we want to try. The place was clean, could use a little update/refresh with paint and small things...but I come for the food first and foremost. Seriously, give this place a shot, you won't regret it. Yum!

On his suggestion, I ordered the Steak Chimichurri Taco and The Hangover. Each was distinctive enough to deserve its own mention. The steak in the Steak Chimichurri Taco was exceptionally tender and full of flavor. What impressed me most was how thoughtfully the toppings complemented the beef rather than competing with it. The goat cheese was just assertive enough to stand out without overpowering the other ingredients, creating a layered, well-balanced bite that kept me coming back for another. The Hangover was equally memorable--and completely unexpected. Had I actually read the menu instead of putting my trust in Michael, I probably wouldn't have been quite as surprised. Fortunately, I did, because his recommendation was spot on. Once again, I was treated to a wonderful balance of flavors and textures.
