I've come around the same early morning and ordered their burger! Nice when you crave for a lunch meal but there at breakfast time! I ordered the 3 egg breakfast with bacon. The only thing I'm a bit disappointed is the bacon is super skinny and thin compared to what I've ordered there in the past! Eggs were cooked medium and great. Wheat toast had butter lathered on there and the hash brown was a good portion. But yah, the bacon definitely wasn't very meaty to my liking. Service today at the front could have been better. The Gen Z girl in the counter looked like she was half asleep and needed a cup of coffee. She had a monotone face while taking our order and just lacked that customer service vibe of yester year. I have the Farmer Boys app so I often scan my receipt to get reward points that I redeem later on. Food- 4 stars (bacon gets 3 stars) Service - 3.5 stars. I would have liked to give it 5 stars but for this visit, it just lost one star based on my observation. I would still go there hands down over Dennys for breakfast!

When I arrived at the window and asked for sauce, she completely ignored me, rolled her eyes, and looked away. Customer service like that is unacceptable. I was then asked to pull forward and ended up waiting approximately 19 minutes for a relatively small order. When I finally received my food, the wrap was poorly assembled and looked like it had been thrown together with little care. I spoke with the manager about my concerns, but nothing appeared to be done regarding the employee's behavior. I was also given a phone number that did not seem to be a working customer service number. I have photos of both the receipt and the food. I understand restaurants get busy, but customers should still be treated with respect and receive food prepared properly. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Popeyes experiences I've had.

On two occasions however, my patience was lacking and I stopped by the Modesto location . This last time I walked in ordered a box combo went to wash my hands literally 15 seconds later it was sitting on the counter that should've been my first clue. The chicken was warm, but not the usual hot chicken and it was oily and the oil kind of tasted a little bit rancid like it had been not changed in the appropriate time. The french fries were cold and limp and the bread was well. Just soft tepid Texas toast. Against my better judgment I continue to eat the chicken, hoping maybe the next piece would prove the last tender aberrant. Alas, I was wrong, but I could not help but to let the very nice people who work there, including the manager know that I felt that this was not made to order nor was it fresh and maybe it was left over from someone else's order or reheated. It would be physically impossible to make it fresh to order when it was boxed up on the counter in 15 seconds. Of course the manager proceeded to gaslight me and say they saw me coming through the parking lot, but I could've been ordering a sandwich or a drink. I admire their courtesy and professionalism, but just admit the truth. It was a slow day, which itself is unusual and maybe it result of others experiencing the same at this location. Needless to say, the moral of the story is : go on a very busy Friday night, ro a busy location where they have no choice, but to make your chicken to order as they are running behind. True Cane's chicken is worth the wait. I hope this is not a sign of the times. A prelude of what's to come with soaring inflation and high food prices. It was super comforting and much needed after being in the mountains for a few days. My wife ordered the bun bo hue and it tasted great. Lots of protein options and really good depth of flavor in the broth. I enjoyed it almost as much as the Pho. The staff was awesome. It looks like a family owned place and everyone worked together smoothly and was really welcoming. They were friendly, gave suggestions, and were quick with everything we needed. Placed my order over the phone, and when I arrived, the smell alone had me excited. The service was just as great--the staff was super friendly and helpful. The pizza was amazing--packed with flavor, the veggies were fresh and had a nice crunch, and the crust was just right. I went with regular spice, which had a good kick, but I'll definitely go extra spicy next time. I'm also eyeing a few other wing flavors to try. However, during this visit, I found a small piece of plastic (like part of a bag) in my burrito while I was chewing. That experience was really concerning and took away from the enjoyment of the meal. It also raised concerns about food safety and possible cross-contamination, which I know is something every restaurant takes seriously.I hope extra care can be taken moving forward.
