Well... I was excited about going but Severely disappointed. I went in there today for a haircut(NO WASH), my hair was already washed, I told her to even my hair out because I had shaved my sides almost a year ago and I'm growing it out. She barely cut it, never touched my bangs. She made VERY negative comments about my hair too! She said it would be $30.00(I have the receipt). I check my bank account, she charged me $6.00 more that I did NOT Authorize!!! I know it's only $6, but seriously HORRIBLE! read more

The lady that did my mom's haircut was really unprofessional. She was not helpful at all when we asked her questions regarding highlights and future upkeep. They charged us $55 for a super fast haircut in which they didn't even wet or blow-dry my mom's hair. When we asked why it was so expensive, she said a normal layered haircut is $45 but she also straightened my mom's hair so it was an additional $10. We were never informed that there would be an extra charge. TLDR: we will never go back, and we recommend that nobody else does either. Very unprofessional. read more

These wonderful ladies do an amazing job all the way from my youngest son's hair all the way to mine (and I'm quite a bit more particular). Additionally, over time, they've become like friends of the family and always ask about anyone in our family (all 6 of us) that isn't with us when we go in without even one of us. I look forward to continue seeing their business grow (even if we may have a wait from time to time) and I know it will because they keep their customers happy and do a great job for a reasonable price (not cheap, but more than fair). read more

I found this place as I was in search of something closer to home. I've had 2 barbers for most of my life, so when it came time to stop driving almost an hour away for a simple haircut, I was hesitant. But now I am glad I found this place. The ladies at this salon are super nice every time I've been here. It's a local small business owner which is also a plus and beats out the Great Clips, Sportsclips, etc. The salons itself looks very nice and clean, and you are always welcomed with a smile. Also, everyone here seems to truly appreciate every customer that walks into the salon. Finally, I agree with the other reviews that mention the shampoo and massage. Definitely worth whatever the extra few dollars they charge for it as it will have you walking out of there feeling brand new and refreshed! read more

I got my hair balayage by Quang! He recently moved to Georgia from California. My appointment was at 1pm and he showed up 10 minutes late but how my hair turned out totally made up for it. I don't blame him for being late since he lives in Alpharetta and is fairly new to Georgia. The whole process took 3 hours. He was patience and very detailed. Great experience here!! Kristen is the owner and she is fantastic. I have pretty dull lifeless hair due to a straightening treatment I did 2 years ago so I really wanted some volume back in my life. I heard about this salon from a customer of mine and decided to give them a shot since she raved that she has been using them for 7 years now and it also seemed inexpensive. Originally I was going to wait to make an appointment for the following week but I was getting tired of my flatter than a pancake hair so I decided to call to see if she had any available appointments that day and she told me to come in an hour. I got there and told her exactly what I wanted and she went ahead and did her thing, making sure I was happy with it throughout the entire process and pausing between steps to let me check it myself. I got my hair washed, blow dried, cut and styled for $35, pretty awesome if you ask me. Also, the massage you get when they wash your hair is amazing, I think my scalp really needed it. Okay, first off let me say this. This was my first trip to this salon, so I was nervous. I just moved to this area for school. I read the reviews and everyone seemed to love this salon. I was immediately greeted with smiles, and that calmed me down quickly. All 3 ladies worked on my hair which was AWESOME. After I got my hair dyed I got my scalped massaged and my shoulders without even asking ( THANK YOU ) my dye job, hair cut, and my eyebrows are now fixed! I will be coming back for sure! Well the worst hair salon i have ever been to. They are so mean and not helpful at all. I came there for hair color, the lady gave me a color palette and let me stay there without helping anything. She came to check on me once but with an attitude. I picked my color and the other lady said "you have to bleach your hair and i am not going to bleach your hair". What an ass attitude. I then left the salon because i did not want to argue in the morning at all. I went to another hair salon and they are way nicer than you guys. If i could give you no star, i would. If you do hair, please be nice and give your customers attention, not doing skincare at your work place. Your services is the first thing you should care about. Don't waste your time coming in here. Been taking my children here for sometime. They do a great job, especially the stylist that sits on the left side when you come in. She really takes her time getting the shape JUST right. Love her. After watching their work a number of times, I felt comfortable enough to get MY hair cut. Very nice job! They listened!!! I don't know what it is about trying to get a short and sassy haircut for a lady that is so difficult-but being a woman that prefers these types of styles-let me tell you it is HARD to find people who do NOT screw up your hair.
