Do Not goto this place. They try to lure you in with coupons. But when you go there they find ways to not honor a single one. The coupon explicitly said " Buy one speciality large pizza at regular price and get one topping large pizza free" I tried to get the speciality large pizza at regular price and agreed to pay the 5$ ( which is an add on item on the menu) for dairy free cheese. It's been 4 days since we tried this new place in our neighborhood. I am STILL thinking about the pizza I had here. Wow! So yummy!!! Yes, I am one of those chosen few who likes pineapple on their pizza. It was a delicious ham and pineapple pizza!!! A mini sized one. My husband tried the tikka massala pizza. That was a small. He ate the whole thing. He said it was really good. The owners greet you in a great manner. They take your order and cook your delicious food. It's great to feel at home in your own neighborhood. Being in an establishment that feels like yours. The lovely woman is Mini (spelling). I relate her name to the size of pizza I ordered. She is kind. There is something about the sauce. I definitely taste oregano. I LOVE LOVE oregano!!! (Sigh!!!) the crust is crunchy. Just a great pizza! Can't wait to try everything else. We also tried the garlic parm wings. The sauce has a great tangy taste. Great addition to our rotation of dinner options in the week now. Our daughters are gluten free and dairy free. This place has those options as well. Great pizza. However, recently had a terrible experience when ordering delivery where I was told I by the delivery driver that I did not pay for the pizza with a credit card, yet I was able to see the charge to my account. I verified with the employee on the phone my credit card number and other information was submitted. Once the delivery driver arrived, I was informed that I needed to pay for the pizza despite already having paid for it with my card over the phone. The driver had no problem taking the money I offered for a tip and then told me I still needed to pay. Even after I explained to him that I had already been charged on my card for the pizza, he was not able to verify that with the Five Star Pizza restaurant that he came from. I told him to take the pizza back because I was so frustrated with the experience. I was able to get a refund for my pizza order, but I still am out the five dollars I gave to the driver as a tip. The driver had no problem taking tip and had no intention of returning it to me. While it wasn't his fault for the misunderstanding, I'm extremely frustrated about the whole affair. Close but no cigar for the five star, Five Star Pizza! I'm not saying that in a bad way but know that we had a simple good experience here and have no complaints. Just borderline 4.5/5 star just because I dont give out 5's too easily. :) The place use to be Papa Murphy's and I am glad that they replaced it with another pizza joint! The place is bright, clean, and the lady working there is friendly. My S/O ordered a large pepperoni. The crust was soft, the pepperoni spicy, and the cheese was oozing off the bread. They serve tap beer and have fountain drinks available for everyone. It isn't far from my S/O's home so it was nice walking to Five Star. They are a nice addition to the plaza. This place has become a family favorite, especially the chicken club pizza. We substitute the white cream sauce for bbq sauce and let me tell you, it's so good. Staff are always so nice, even gave me coupons and suggestions to get better pricing (like calling the order in and using the coupons), since I order online thru Yelp. New pizza place and is amazingly delicious! We got half Maui chicken Luau and All meat. Both are sooo tasty and loaded with toppings. We also got garlic cheese bread and free ranch (which is great because most places charge for ranch). Also the service is amazing, the owners are SUPER nice!
