They replace my screen with an LCD which cost about $100 versus the OLED's which are 200+. Charge me $260 and my phone does not work. They told me they would call me to fix it and never did. I value customer service and making the situation right. Came in 30 minutes before closing time and the tech was very assistive in trying to fix my phone. Unfortunately, when I got home my phone started to go on a loop and wouldn't go past the apple logo. Took it back the next day and the tech was very apologetic and quickly fixed my phone.
