Super efficient and friendly and I'm impressed. For those of you who are curious, they use aftermarket auto glasses (FYG branded, DOT459) which according to online review, the quality should be good (we will see, will update the review later). Morena also provided a shaded (tinted) option with no extra cost, and provided some warranty (for labor and the material). So far, right after the installation, I'm pretty happy and will recommend their service (again will update this review if the quality of the auto glass is not as expected, etc.).
