State Farm recommended these guys for an estimate after a tree fell on my vehicle. The guy acted like I was ruining his day from the moment he laid eyes on me. I had an appointment and arrived at the time I had set up, but It was like pulling teeth to actually get him to get up and do the estimate and the entire time he looked over my vehicle he acted like me coming in and asking him to do his job was the most unnerving thing in the universe. He was a complete jerk. Then on top of this, he did the estimate wrong and also forgot to send it in! Then after waiting a week I called back and found out I had to go in again because he hadn't estimated it correctly either. When I went in the second time I was given the same sour treatment by the same guy to even see my vehicle which I had an appointment for him to look at. Then I found about a week later that he forgot to send the report again! So State Farm called the company and asked them to submit it. Now this morning, 3 days later... I learned that he forgot to send it in again!!! Off to a new collision center! This place is a joke! Terrible terrible service! ... also found his estimate was way off now after having gone to another company. Choose Gerber in Kent instead! These guys are terrible! read more

For as stressful as a damaged car can be on your life, Westover's took the stress out of getting it fixed. I initially chose this place because it was close to my home. In fact, they were the only estimate I received after my car accident because the estimate was quick (less than 10min) and they were very friendly. They described how everything was going to happen and a rough timeline. Right then I knew I wanted to use this place as my auto body shop. They were even able to get my car in right away to star the repairs. The front desk folks dealt with insurance and kept me updated along the way. When I received the call that my car was done, it was a week earlier than Westover's quoted me! David W. went beyond my expectations fixing the body damage. Ileah was another auto body expert on site and her work/repairs looked amazing. It looked like my car had never been damaged even! Dare I say, it looked brand new! I was definitely impressed by their hard work and care that went into my car. If one of my personal items were in their way, they carefully moved them to the trunk or placed them into a ziploc in my glove box. Every penny was accounted for :) I was so happy and relieved that Westover's turned my accident into a happy stress free experience. This auto repair shop is the worst experience I have ever encountered and I have worked with many! The customer service was terrible. They never called me with updates, I had to call them and wait on hold for several minutes. The messages I left were never returned. It took 45 days to complete my repair and they had me pick it up and obviously it wasn't test drove after it was "complete", it wouldn't drive once I picked it up. It was pouring rain and I had to have my husband pick me up on the side of the road while they towed my car back to the repair shop. What a joke! They claim they know how to work on a Chevy Volt hybrid electric car and they had to consult the dealer twice, causing delays and then they blamed the dealer for lengthy repair times. I have always had stellar customer service from Chevrolet. They used sub-par parts to repair my vehicle that either failed in a year or fell off on the ground, besides not completing the repair. One radiator (there are 4 in a volt) was still broken leading to the water reservoir failing and there was no cabin heat. They are unable to own their incompetence and I would recommend taking it to anyone else but them! My total repair was over $10k, and took over a year to finally complete with a different repair shop involved, to fix my car correctly. KUDOS to Rempt Motor Company! After discovering that my issue was related to the botched repair by these guys, Josh, the shop manager at Rempt stepped up and was wonderful!! read more

This place is a joke. They over estimated damages for a car and stated that the repairs would be maximum $1000 and most likely way less than that, and then they proceeded to repair way more things than the accident showed and made me pay $1300 bucks for nothing. They're hourly rates were overpriced as well. Would not recommend going here. There are better and less pricey places that would help fix your car. read more

My car had been hit so I just found Westover online and had my car taken since it was the closest to me. They had my car fixed up within the timeframe they provided and when they found an electrical issue (that I did not know about) they were able to get the mechanic next door to fix it. I went to this shop for a repair based on good reviews I had read, and was so happy with my experience that I felt my thanks were inadequate. I wanted to give the whole crew a catered feast and Starbucks cards for life. It was a very good experience, honestly the best I've had with an auto repair situation. I had run over a tree in the road on a dark rainy night and messed up the bottom of my car. State Farm named them as a preferred shop. They partner with Enterprise, who brought the rental to me, super convenient, From the minute I got there, I knew I was with good people. Phil and Athol were helpful and friendly, and it felt like a family shop, very homey and sincere. The cost was reasonable, and the repair was done perfectly. They even made an effort to get my car back to me before Friday night, saving me the cost of my rental over the weekend. Not only that, they replaced a headlight that was out and un-dinged a little ding I had, for no charge, unrelated to the accident, just because they could and would. What a pleasant surprise. I can't say enough about this place. I'm so glad to have found a body shop I can trust. Thank you, guys, for all that you did to turn an upsetting experience into a very good one. read more

I'm a fan of good customer service and these guys went above and beyond. Bill and Leslie are amazing. They are kind, professional and down right awesome. I had a very unique problem and needed to get my car in right away. They got me in right after I called. I had a baby bunny escape and crawl up into my dash board... yes, a baby bunny. It would have died in there if it weren't for the help of these guys. They took apart the dash, saved the bunny and put it all back together, even better than before. bill westover is as crooked as they come. i had him do suspension and body work on my car. the shock mounts they installed fell off and ruined my tires. then he charged me for the tires he ruined. after they did the body work, they put a huge scratch in my car and then offered to repair it if i would pay for it. when i questioned a bill, he immediately threatened to not give me my car back, which is a crime in wa. and they uses soooo much body filler and tries to hide it. found that out after i had to remove the hanging shock. i've talked to places that supply this hack with parts. he's got a reputation for doing just enough to get you out the door. he's been taken to court by a few ppl i've met. his whole practice is to do cut rate work, but document enough to protect himself in court. do some research. i think the better biz bureau has some complaints about this stooge. i cut my losses, but i wish i would have had the time to get some redemption. read more

I have been very satisfied with their work. I have used other places but would not recommend those to my friends. We took out car here and picked up a Hertz rental car they had available. The two men at the desk went over the rental information and seemed a little too "chill" about the filling up the tank. We have rented MANY cars and know that they charge ridiculous amounts for not filling up the tank. Westover reported we were 1/8 of a tank short and we got charged $16.32 for it. They had nothing to say but, "That's your fault". They didn't care about their customer service or that they would lose at least one customer because of this incident. I took my BMW here to have the rear bumper fixed after having been rear-ended. I also wanted to have some door dings repaired while the car was in the shop. They found a few broken items that weren't quoted by the insurance company (as usual), and worked with the insurance company directly to obtain a supplement for the added work. Being a small local shop, you don't get the professional feel you would get from a larger shop, but the staff is friendly, and the work was done impeccably. Being a 'car guy', I have no qualms about taking the car back as many times as necessary until everything is correct. In this case, when they said it was done, it really was. I plan on doing business with them in the future. read more
