I have used this shop in the past and was happy with the estimates, However recently I was told that they do not repair dark gray cars 18 years old or do walk in estimates and that I should call the insurance back and ask them for a location of a body shop that do walk in estimates and repair, because all of his estimates require dismantling to check for other damages and must be dropped off and left to complete the estimate. the worst experience with the shop. It begins with a call to schedule appointment. I was clearly booked for Thursday at 11 am and written down on my calendar. When I bring the car in, they don't have my in the schedule and said it is the following Thursday for estimate. After waiting for another week and bring my car in, the guy just look at it and said it is needed to be tow away and his shop cannot repair it. This show how arrogant and bad customer service they provide. It is only wasting my time to rent a car for two weeks and waiting for the appointment and they tell me to tow the car away and look for another shop. My car was rear ended on cute candy Road in a four car pile up that was a year ago since then I've had to take my car back to this location for several things one was because they didn't put the trunk seal on correctly and water and mold started growing in the vehicle they did replace a tail light one day I'm sitting in my driveway after taking the vehicle back to this location four times and the passenger side airbag goes off with the understanding that I bought my car brand new from Sunset Kia and this location and son sick here are the only people that ever work on it this location refuses to except that they did something wrong they keep trying to tell me it's a recall so I've been arguing with them my insurance company has been arguing with them and even had to get a lawyer because they fail to except the responsibility that they did not put my vehicle back together correctly and the fact that I've had to go back to this body shop this many times is abysmal I feel like I have been re-victimized 17 times after being victimized by getting hit by the car in the first place dealing with all their lawyers all the other insurance companies because each car in this six car pile up arguing with each lawyer arguing with the tickets the officers gave me and seen this hell over 70 years old I do that understand why I have to continue to argue and get on the phone and spin 10 hours a day for weeks to get you to accept your responsibility man up you fucked up fix it I will never in my life have these people work on a vehicle I wouldn't even have my worst enemy have their vehicle in their shop this is absurd a senior citizen is treated in such a matter they talk to me like I'm stupid even though I have a degree in engineering and a 141 IQ read more

I have been taking my cars here for body repairs for about over 10 years now. I won't take my car anywhere else. My daughter was recently in a fender bender and they fixed her car up so it looked like new, then my car had some damage done to while parked a couple of weeks ago and I took it in. Mark gave me an estimate and said it would take a couple of weeks for the repairs. I paid the full amount and dropped in off the next day (Tuesday). Mark called on Friday and said it was done. It looks like it had never happened. They even touched up a small rock chip that I had asked about getting a quote to fix but decided not too at this time (because it is on the pillar next to the windshield they would have to replace the windshield). My original contact, for an estimate was easy, despite the COVID-19 restrictions. You call a number and an estimator quickly comes out, goes over the car, takes pics and comes back with an estimate. The estimate I received was nearly $400 less than the other estimates for same work. The other company wanted cash pmt in full before they would order part (under $100) and schedule appointment. Exhibition only needed a partial payment, ordered the part and scheduled my appointment. Advised me to call to verify part arrival. I called, dropped the car off, got a phone call that the car was ready a day before promised. Looks beautiful. One would never know there was a huge ding requiring bodywork. Cost was as estimated. I bought my car in for a rear bumper repair last year, as recommended by the insurance company. Little did I know that I had to bring it back 4 times for the same issue - one of the backup sensors kept falling off - and it's still not fixed. I couldn't imagine why a shop this big was unable to come up with a permanent solution for something like this. I guess I just have to keep driving around with an ugly hole in my bumper, oh and no Active Reverse Collision Avoidance system; it was disabled because of the unmounted sensor. I think someone cast a magic spell on me after my bumper was mushed by a rear end collision. It was like the stars aligned or something. My insurance had me take it to Carstar. They reviewed the damage and said all it would take was a replaced bumper component. They couldn't do it for a couple days, but assured me it was fine to drive it in the meantime. We made an appointment for two days out. Receptionist was very nice. (They need to get her a swishy new headset.) On the appointment morning I dropped it off at 8:30, Enterprise picked me up & I drove home. At 3:30 I get a call: your car's ready. WAAAT?!!!! so back I went, handed Carstar the keys to my rental (Yes! You can just leave it there), checked out my new bumper, all was well, signed the paperwork and Done! Ok - So I have the car back! This place is awesome. On my first visit (to get the estimate) they were super friendly, patient, and polite. On my second visit when I dropped the car off, it was the same. They remembered me, got me in and out quickly, and supplied me with an awesome rental. (A 2010 black Camry with only 400 miles on it! What a treat.) The estimate said that it would take 4-5 days to finish the car. At noon on the 4th day I got a call to notify me that my car was ready. I drove down, picked it up, paid the deductible, and got to check out my car. The man who worked on the project showed me all of the stuff they fixed, explained the process, and made sure I was happy with the results before I drove off. In addition to the car looking better than it did before - they also WASHED it and vacuumed the inside. BONUS!! This place is by far the easiest place I've ever worked with. read more

This place is AWESOME! I had my car for 3 weeks when I had a bad parking experience with a beat-up, rusted-out Econoline van that was due to be towed the next day from its parking spot. They gave me the best estimate, demonstrated that they were more knowledgeable than the other collision centers that I had gone to for estimates and with Hertz being right there (my insurance company does Hertz rentals for their rental program), it truly was one-stop shopping and made life MUCH easier. When I brought the car in for its repairs, Brad said it would take the entire week to get the car fixed (brought it in on a Monday, expected it on a Friday). I took my car in because i was backed into in a parking lot and had passenger side damage to the rear quarter panel, door and handle and also a small section of the front passenger door. The estimated time was 5 days to fix it and they were finished a day early! My car is also a different color blue and they matched it very well! They also sent me texts with up to date pictures of the work being done to my car. They had someone from the rental car company come and pick me up and take me to get my rental. Everything was so easy and i felt like i was part of the process and not just another person that was getting work done. Corey did a thorough check-in and found multiple items I'd missed - including a tire that had a chunk taken out of the sidewall. Les Schwab said it was cosmetic, no structural damage, but if I saw that on my own, I'd be baffled how long it had been going on.
