I love this fantastic Tesla certified repair shop. During the most trying time in my life, they have been very accommodating and are very excellent at what they do. Customer service has been fantastic and the skill and expertise is far above what you would normally see. Thank you so very much for being patient with me during this most challenging time. Plus in between delivering Kingsley Kittens made it super hard to make my appointment. You can really trust this place. The manager was the best!

Brought an early-vin Model S for repairs after someone backed into the front. The damage ended up being several thousand dollars, covered by insurance, and the adjuster was right there on site. Tesla Certified means everything after going to trustworthy body shops who didn't have a clue, or just talked about how Tesla build quality sucks. The team at Fix in Pasadena sincerely made it look like day 1 oem again, but with 227k miles.

I brought my Tesla model 3 in for repair the quarter panel on April 10, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the work that was done. . I was told to have my car fixed on April 21 but they texted me that it would not be done till May 5 on April 20 morning . I have no choice but wait. On April 27 they told me my car was ready to pick up then I went to the shop and get my car back without DETAIL INSPECTION.The quarter panel was fixed but unfortunately the rear door check was missing and the rear seat was not mounted yet, so I have to take another half day off to get it fixed. I believe that the work was not done correctly and does not meet the standards that I expect from a professional auto body shop and I think I was not treated with the respect that I deserved as a paying customer.

I had absolutely outstanding service at Fix Auto, both customer service and autowork. From the moment I drove my poor wrecked car in, Angelina was there to hold my hand through the process. She made sure I understood every step and went above and beyond for me, including calling me every few days during the repair to keep me updated. Ricardo and Lenny were also part of my fantastic team, they answered all my questions and were there at the drop of a hat for me. My car ended up being ready almost 10 days early, too! They s t o l e my cargo cover from interior These guys did a great job with the body damage to my car. A small SUV Chevy Captiva. Super easy, Geico on site, tea, coffee and a TV the only thing missing was my rear SUV cargo cover that was stolen and no one knew anything about it when I called after I realized it's missing and the body damage was no where near the interior rear cargo cover. I am more upset about someone stealing my cargo cover than the dude who smashed into me. When picking up my car from FIX, It didn't occur to me to inspect the interior of my car to make sure it wasn't stripped for a business that does auto body work.

GEICO has this place as one of their approved Body shops. My car was there for repairs and after I went to pick up my car the interior was full of grease and smelled like body odor. The car was only cleaned and buffed on half of the car RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE!!!, The other side still had dirt caked on it. They did not repair some damage to the front as well. When I brought it up to the manager, he said he would take care if it. I told him I would leave my car and he looked at me and pointed to their lot across the street and had said "you see that lot over there? As you can tell we have no room to keep your car here, bring it back". I then asked if they could clean the grease smudge on my door lock and he licked his thumb and wiped off the smudge. The paint work was not smooth, it looked like a black Orange peel. so half of my cars paint was smooth and the other half looked like an orange peel. Unbelievable!!!!! I took my car and called GEICO. I complained and GEICO said I had to take my car back to have them redo the car. I told them I will never let them touch my car again. It took me going to two managers at GEICO and when I sent in photos of the car only then did they take my car to another shop to have the work redone. Now, two years later I am writing this because the paint that Fix Auto did is starting to crack. I now am going to have to contact GEICO and have them give me another body shop to take my car to and have the car painted again! I am in the automotive business and I am surprised the business is still open. Replace management or close down. Do not take your car here unless you want to have poor workmanship or you don't give a damn about your car. I do not like to leave bad reviews but after my experience with this place I just couldn't look the other way. read more

I'm pretty pissed off. Long story short: this place is completely unprofessional. I wanted to like Fix Auto because it seems family owned; however, that seems to be the problem! They allow a kid who looks 20 years old named Spencer to run this outfit, and he is charming but completely out of touch with reality. He said I could get my repairs done within 2 days, but when I called 24 hours later it suddenly turned into 6 DAYS! When I asked why, he said they did not have the part. This is complete BS because I got my estimate weeks ago; then, I called every morning this week to let them know I would bring my car in Wednesday. They had ample time to order the part, but THEY DIDN'T. When I called Spencer out on it, he just kind of shrugged the whole thing off. This place has POOR COMMUNICATION between the front office and the repair guys. They also DO NOT CALL YOU to keep you updated on repairs and progress. If you do not need your car for awhile and you have lots of cash to spend on a car rental, go here. If not, I would advise you to go to a more professionally run collision shop who will tell you realistic time frames and numbers when you walk in the door. I feel like Fix Auto will tell you anything to get your business, but then they do a 180-degree turn once they have your car in for repair. read more

The job they did on my car was okay but never going back there again. The people who work there are just lousy and LOST. The way they handle their customers is very unprofessional, and unethical. All they ever care about is the money u give them not the service they provide to you. $$$ is their priority not the repair. read more

Please just go somewhere else. My car was there for almost a month (though to be fair maybe a week of that was my insurance company trying to decide whether they were going to total it) and guess how many times Fix Auto called me with updates? ZERO. Even when I'd call and they'd say they'd have someone call me right back, no one would call. And it's not like I was pestering them with phone calls. I spoke to them 2 times a week maximum. Once I thought they called me, but despite the guy identifying himself as being from Fix Auto, it was some call service offering to come tow my car to them. This was AFTER my car had been there a week! My car was towed to them on a Tuesday. They did an estimate. Did they ever provide me with information about this estimate? Nope. By that Friday realized that I should have taken my car somewhere else, so I asked when I could get my car on Saturday. But I couldn't because they have NO WEEKEND HOURS. Also the guy I spoke to told me that I'd have to pay $100 for the tow (from South Pasadena) if I wanted to take my car somewhere else. I told him my insurance company arranged to have it towed there, and they'd have to take it up with them. Even if I did owe them for the tow, they don't just get to make up some amount of money I owe them. If we didn't agree one a price beforehand, it's fair market value. Since I just wanted to get things rolling, and going there during the work week was impossible for me that week, I just left my car there to be repaired. Mistake. They took forever. They 'discovered' some more damage. I guess that could happen, but what annoyed me about it was that they never notified me. I called them and asked for an update, thinking my car would be almost ready. And that's when they told me that they had discovered new damage, submitted a new estimate to my insurance company, and hadn't been working on my car while waiting for approval. They had just gotten approval and we're waiting on parts they ordered. I'm sorry, what? It's my car...you need approval from me to do work. The insurance company approves coverage for the expenses. The fact that they didn't even notify me of this was not only annoying because I thought my car was being repaired for a week when really it was just sitting there, but also it seems super shady to me that you're not updating the owner of a car about the repairs you're doing! Also every time I spoke to them, they acted like it was no big deal that this was taking forever. They said to me more than once, "Well you have the rental car, right?" as if having the rental car meant they could just take their sweet time because apparently there's nothing I could need my actual car for. Since they do get positive reviews, I thought that when I picked up my car I'd be glad that the repairs were done right even if it took a long time. Nope. I don't know a lot about cars, but even I can tell when my grill is a different color. Things also didn't appear to be installed well, even to me, who admittedly knows nothing. For example, there was paint overspray on my rearview mirror and there is a bigger gap between the grill and the headlights on one side of the car than the other. I don't care that much about the way my car looks, but such obvious flaws make me nervous about the work under the hood. My significant other yelled at them in obvious frustration for having the car so long and it still not being right. They washed off the paint and agreed the grill was a flawed part and should have been rejected. He told me they'd order a new one and call me when it came in. Want to guess if they called me? I still have the flawed part on my car. I took my car several months later to another mechanic for brake work. He told me that both the oil pan gasket and the transmission gasket were resealed incorrectly. My insurance company told me to take it back Fix Auto. I called and made an appointment, telling them exactly what I had been told what was wrong. At the appointment, they refused to even look at it and said they hadn't touched those parts. Now, assuming that's true, why did you even make an appointment? Just tell me over the phone that you didn't touch those parts and don't waste my time. They wanted to keep my car for the repairs. Nope. I took my car home. My insurance company tells me that if I want to use the 'lifetime guarantee,' I have to take my car into the dealership to confirm the issue and that it was done during the other repairs. But getting that done will cost a couple hundred dollars, and then I have to go back to Fix for the repairs. I think I'll just pay out of pocket to someone I trust. Lastly, during this last meeting they told my significant other that their feelings were hurt when he yelled at them. Um, when you're a professional mechanic, you shouldn't get your feelings hurt over a crappy job, you should be embarrassed. read more

Took in my Silverado to get repaired after it got side swiped, I was referred here by my insurance (geico) because they have an adjuster on-site. They had my truck for 5 days once I picked it up I noticed that the gap on the tailgate was off, also the driver side lens was replaced and it does not sit well, it is not flush and the color was more red/light red, I pointed this out to the person that was delivering the vehicle, he was quick to blame my insurance company saying that they don't cover OEM parts and use after market parts, I pointed out the gap that was to close and once again he laid blame on GEICO because they were cheap and didn't pay for a thorough repair, I noticed white smears that I thought were scratches but it turned out to be compound that they used after the paint dried, he got a rag and took some of it off but still left a residue, Ive taken it back twice and still the issue has not been resolved, don't waste your time bringing your car here, there customer service is awful and the quality of there work leaves a much to be desired. read more

I had a great experience with Fix Auto. The staff was super friendly and the shop provided excellent service and value. Over the weekend something fell on the front bumper and pushed the grill out of place. My insurance company referred me to Fix Auto for the repairs. Lauren the adjuster was such a pleasure to work with. The crew fixed the issue right away and even went out of their way to help get rid of all of the nasty bugs that were stuck to the bumper and grill. Fix Auto has a great group of people working there and I highly recommend them. read more

Just got back my 2014 5 series. I have to say i cant tell if it was ever hit or not. I didnt want to leave my car with these guys at first, but the adjuster (i have geico) and the kid in the front were very personable and they guaranteed me the car would be perfect, and it would carry a lifetime warranty. They called and told me it would take 2 weeks at first, but i got the car back in just 6 days. They had the vehicle inspected by the dealer at no extra cost to me, just for my own peace of mind. I must say what could have been a disaster turned into a great experience! I highly recommend these people, and the manager even came out at the end and offered a follow up wash and detail for me in the future. A++++++++++ read more

Dammit! I should have read this auto shop's reviews prior to taking my car in for repair, but I trusted my insurance's reference and needed to fix my car right away. The drop off was pleasant. Although, the only one guy who was there in the a.m. at the time of the drop off must have lost his ability to speak because there was no greeting given - call me old fashioned, I suppose. They kept me in the loop of the status of my car which was great. Pick up was quick and nice. It was after the fact that I'm very dissatisfied with. My NEW car was there for a back bumper fix. The entire 3 days my car was at their shop, it rained heavily. They left my trunk opened....in the rain!. Needless to say, I only found out the status of my soaking trunk until I opened it the very next day to retrieve items from it only to find everything was soaking wet, including the middle inside of the backseat. I called to speak to someone and I too spoke with Luis Ortiz but this was before I was kept on hold for 5 mins, so I hung up and called again and told them I was waiting to speak to Luis to which they confirmed he was not in, so I asked to speak to another manager and Lord behold, Luis gets on the phone. Long story short, I was told to bring my car to their detailed shop for inspection. Not only is this an inconvenience but found out, the detailed shop will probably not be able to help me if there's mold already growing - I forgot to mention, my car stinks now. I have never had such a wonderful experience with an auto body shop as I just had with Fix Auto. Everyone was super nice, very efficient and professional and they did a superb job. I brought my car in Monday at 9:30 a.m. and was driving away in my rental car by 9:45. They had prepared all the paperwork in advance. I picked my nicely washed car up Wednesday about 4:10 and was driving home by 4:20. I highly recommend this shop! read more

Very good shop I would recommend to my friends and family. They do excellent work here from there body work to there paint cant even tell anything was there before I took it to them. Also there customer service and communication over all was very good I always new my cars status and was very pleased with the whole overall service. I had an unfortunate experience with this shop. I was first introduced to Fix Auto Pasadena when my car needed to be seen by the Geico insurance adjuster which works out of this shop. The adjuster recommended I use the shop which I'm sure there is a reason why the adjuster does work out of the shop. I decided that I would drop off my car in 3 weeks and it was ok'd by the shop manager/owner Will and was told just to call and drop off the car. The week of the drop off came and I called Amanda and discussed that I wanted to drop off my car this Friday and it was ok'd by the adjuster. I asked her if she can make sure they order the appropriate parts and let me know how long it would take. I gave her my claim number and she said she would call me back. I did not get the call back in 2 days so I called back and talked to Amanda who transferred me to Will who did remember me from the conversation I had with Amanda but again asked for claim number and said he would call me back. He did not call me back. Not only is the shop unprofessional in conduct and rude on the phone but the shop itself looks in disarray. Its very obvious they do not know what is going on. I ended up going to Alliance Auto Body. Peter at Alliance was amazing, professional and gave me updates every day with pictures! If you look at other reviews for Fix Auto you will see others have the same problems. Be warned! Please take your business elsewhere. read more

This was my 4th visit to Fix Auto Pasadena (They ROCK) - First time I got hit while parked by a drivers ed student, next door taken off by mack truck when I opened it on Foothill Blvd after parking. 3rd to fix up my car cosmetically before selling, and 4th when I got hit by an elderly lady - 3 of the times were stressful situations, but going to Fix Auto Pasadena stopped the stress level for me immediately. Vatche (super great frontman) does everything he can, as well as all the other people that work there to turn your horror of a day into - "this is no big deal" - "lets get you a rent a car, lets get you looked at" - "sure we will fix all of that, and will throw this in too." On a bad day everyone needs a little lift, and that is what they are so great at. The car was always ready when they said it would be. When I wanted to fix the scratches on the bumper, since they were working on the side of the car, they were great about giving me a cheap price to do it. The are actually amazing with price. When I had to repair my car before selling it, I brought it to them because I thought they were honest, and didn't take advantage. Women get taken advantage of in repair places, but you definitely don't feel that Vibe a Fix Auto in Pasadena. I can't speak to any other of the branches - but this one is really good. Everyone who works there is great, They remember you name, say hello, call you and give you updates through the whole process. I like professional places - that get it, and this is definitely one of them. This is my first review I have ever written on Yelp - sorry so long. read more

Yep... someone hit us and then decided they suddenly had Olympic sprinting potential. Huge bummer. We felt terrible, stressed, and honestly just pretty down about the whole thing. I dropped the vehicle off for a quote, which was done on the spot. Just a few days later, I dropped off the vehicle and it was completed in less than a week. Alen and the entire Zoom team were awesome. Also, Zoom repaired the bumper which saved a few hundred dollars, instead of another shop that wanted to replace the bumper. The bumper looks as if a new one was installed though. I would highly recommend this shop as a one stop shop for repair of your vehicle.

I was originally quoted $1,000 from a body shop on York, but after doing some Googling, I found Sal's and decided to go by since I was only about 4 minutes away. Sal looked at my vehicle right away and gave me a much more reasonable quote of $575. This all happened on a Friday, and I scheduled my appointment for that Monday. He arrived right on time and spent about five hours repairing my vehicle. Sal was extremely professional, respectful, and hardworking. He's a very nice young man who is continuing his father's business, and I truly wish him nothing but success. He did the work on my property, and I felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. I also found out he was in my son's class at Franklin! I'm so grateful for the quality work and great service. I absolutely had to leave him a review. Highly recommend!

Bunch of amateurs! Geico and their criminal partnership with Fix Auto from Pasadena have done it again. After performing mediocre repairs that took almost 2 months to be completed, Fix Auto returned my car with crooked doors and uneven door panels, sensors not grounded or plugged in incorrectly, alarm system messed up, tire pressure warning system fouled up and all kinds of warning lights flashing as soon as I drove the car 10 miles away from their shop. They don't know how to properly put back together recent model cars, they "fix them" making it up as they go along, reading for the first time manuals that they can't begin to comprehend and even using a piece of polishing sponge as a lever to FORCE crooked door frames into alignment. Their incompetence is so gross and their methods so amateur, that when I returned to have these issues supposedly taken care of, they "fixed" a crooked door in front of me with their sponge-lever method and asked me "how's that"? without realizing that while they "fixed" the horizontal frame they had messed up the vertical one. AMATEUR HOUR through and through, which no longer makes me angry really. I laugh and I pity these people now that I've realized that their negligence and incompetence come from the very top, as these Mickey Mouse repairs were performed by their general manager/owner, whose name I did not care to find out for now. Now I'm waiting for them "to make a few phone calls", one, to order a new sensor that will supposedly fix the "Service Tire System" warning light and two, so that they can make arrangements for these new repairs to take place at a DIFFERENT location at WHO KNOWS what date and time, because apparently they have given up and realized that they are way in over their heads or simply, they have pocketed the $9,000 from Geico and my $500 deductible and that's all they really cared about, not the safety or satisfaction of their customers. Shame on Geico, for hiring such mediocre auto shops that lack integrity and properly trained personnel. read more

I recently had the unfortunate experience of getting into a car accident, and my insurance recommended Fix Auto Pasadena. From the moment I dropped off my car until I got it back, the customer service was truly exceptional. Natalie, in particular, was incredibly helpful and patient in answering all my questions, and her communication throughout the process was outstanding. She kept me informed every step of the way, which really made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I'm afraid all of the other bad reviews are true. This place had my car for over 3 months after a rear end accident. After all that time and stress, constantly having to go to and from the shop only to discover the repairs hadn't been done right, I ended up having to take my car to a different repair shop to complete the job correctly. This required even more calls to the insurance companies, more rentals, more time wasted. On top of all this, the owner was completely rude when confronted, and took no responsibility for his complete inability to run a business correctly.
