Their incompetence is so gross and their methods so amateur, that when I returned to have these issues supposedly taken care of, they "fixed" a crooked door in front of me with their sponge-lever method and asked me "how's that"? without realizing that while they "fixed" the horizontal frame they had messed up the vertical one. From the moment I dropped off my car until I got it back, the customer service was truly exceptional. Natalie, in particular, was incredibly helpful and patient in answering all my questions, and her communication throughout the process was outstanding. She kept me informed every step of the way, which really made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I'm afraid all of the other bad reviews are true. This place had my car for over 3 months after a rear end accident. After all that time and stress, constantly having to go to and from the shop only to discover the repairs hadn't been done right, I ended up having to take my car to a different repair shop to complete the job correctly. This required even more calls to the insurance companies, more rentals, more time wasted. On top of all this, the owner was completely rude when confronted, and took no responsibility for his complete inability to run a business correctly.
