Work is average. Don't be fooled by the great customer service. Nice people, but attention to detail isn't there when it comes to repairs. I sort of regret choosing them. Seemed rushed and half assed. They outsource work as well, which seems very odd. I wish I would have gone to a licensed BMW shop for my repair. Take a good hard look at your car before driving away. Sometimes you're just so excited to get your car back that you forget to really look at the repairs. I wouldn't completely recommend them. read more

I brought my car to get a dent on the passenger door looked at that wasn't allowing the door to close properly and letting rain water in. After receiving the quote and advise from the manager, Walter. He offered to fix the door closing issue right then and there in a matter of minutes that would correct the water problem free of charge! Our Sequoia sustained body damage a week before our family was going to take a road trip. Beach Cities Auto Collision was the approved body shop of our insurance company. Oscar was my point of contact and he provided us THE best service I've ever had anywhere for anything!! He was extremely polite, courteous and attentive to our needs. He told me it would take 7-10 working days to fix the damage. I needed my car in 7 days for a family road trip that was planned. He called me every day to let me know what the process was on my car. He said he would do everything he could do to make sure we got our car in time for our trip. And he did! He monitored the work on my car the very last day to make sure it was completed by end of day. To top that off, he went beyond the call of duty by staying late so that I could pick up my car. This gave me a whole day to get the car packed and ready to go. My Cayenne SUV recently got rear ended while on the I5. Based on the Yelp recommendations, I took my car to BeachCities Auto Collision. I am super happy with their level of workmanship as well as their customer service. My case was handled by Oscar who took the time to explain to me the work that needed to be done. My car came back from the shop looking better than it did even before the accident because they took the time and effort to really polish the car and make it look good after fixing it. The new bumper blended in perfectly with the paint work even though my car was an 05 model. My only niggle was that the completion of the work kept getting delayed, but to their credit, they did their best to make things convenient for me by offering drop off and pick up service (which I didn't use but was nice that it was offered), and provided constant updates on the progress of the work. But for the quality of the work, and the thoroughness of the post repair checks, I was ok with the wait. read more

We all know getting into a fender bender can create off the charts stress in and of itself these days...so when I started to call around locally, I knew I would have my work cut out for me. The first place I went wanted me to "schedule" an estimate for a couple of days out...Really? Next place, same deal... Fix Auto San Clemente? Caleb told me "to come on by"...I did. I was greeted by kind people and an extended hand from Caleb who walked out to my car with a clipboard. A little late on reviewing this shop but I had went in a few weeks ago due to some paint I sprayed on older Honda Accord. I went into pep boys to grab spray paint to touch up a lot on car cause I'm putting car up for sale. I sprayed the spray pain at sundown and couldn't tell that the color didn't match and kept spraying areas that needed touch up work and the next day when I saw it in daylight I saw that it was definitely not the right color and I even had one of the employees help find right paint but ended up not being right color. I ended up looking up body shops and that's when I found this shop and extremely glad I found them. There's one employee I have to thank mostly and that is Anthony. When I told him I needed to get spray paint off and make car look like it used to he immediately went to grab paint thinner and clean soft towels and started wiping down and getting rid of the spray paint for me. He is so sweet and such a great asset to this shop and also a very hard worker that probably even deserves a raise.
