The parts came fast and my car was done in two days from when I brought it in. They had excellent communication and stuck to every timeline they quoted. They were extremely helpful in getting me the best parts for the best prices and explained everything well. It was less than a week between me coming in for an estimate and me getting my car back in excellent condition. They are right next to Enterprise if you need a rental, but I did not need one because they worked so quickly. I would absolutely come back here again. read more

I wanted to wait a month after the completion of the job before reviewing this business in order to see if the job would still look the same as time passed. And let me tell you, it looks exactly the same. I came in after a job that had gone horribly wrong by another auto repair shop. I had to get the double passenger side door panels stripped/repainted, my car's left side bumper fender needed to be repainted, and the grille needed to be replaced. Roger was so understanding of the situation and worked with me to get the car back to its original state. He communicated the costs and what the shop's plan was prior to completion. After two weeks, I received a brand new car. It looked like the day my car left Toyota's lot. That evening, I noticed that the handle on the passenger side was a bit bumpy from overspray (from the first job that had gone badly), and Fix Auto San Leandro was accommodating, and was able to clean the handle up in less than 15 minutes! I had the worst experience ever!! Roger is very unprofessional and a liar!!!! They received my car on the 1st and he sent an email stating he ordered the part. Roger gave me the part number and I called Honda after a received my car back and he didn't place the order until a week later. He emailed me on the 16th saying they just got the part and he will be finish with my car in the afternoon after washing it.
