This is a great place to have your car fixed. They even took a couple of small dents out of my door that wasn't even part of the repair and shined up my headlight at no charge. We told Roger Reveles that we're in the process of moving to Idaho and when my husband mentioned he needed to polish his headlights before we left, Roger told him to bring his car down and he would polish them also at no charge. At first we were going to take our car to another shop in Oakland,but as it turned out, they were sold and the service was abysmal. My husband found BMC and I am so happy he did. They were one of the providers that USAA has on their list. Every part of our interaction was seller. The communication was phenomenal, and we know what was happening through every part of the process. They took it in stride when USAA messed up the payment to them and handled everything to get that worked out. We also took my husbands car in for some random decal removal. Let me preface this by saying that any car-related expenses are a drag. Whether it's maintenance or accidents, it's time consuming and absolutely no fun. My 2005 Acura was swiped at the Bart station and the other party requested an estimate so they could pay for the damage. I researched Yelp and discovered BMC received some glowing reviews, albeit a small number and they were conveniently located. I figured I was just getting an estimate, wouldn't hurt to check them out. When I arrived, Harry greeted me and typed up a reasonable estimate within 15-20 minutes, said it would be a 2-day job, and I was on my way. The shop as well as the office was very clean and well-kept. I decided to sign on with BMC for the body repair since Harry was very straight-forward and no-nonsense. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning. I explained to Harry that my driver-side door lock was broken and will no longer lock when I use my remote. He offered to take the door panel off and take a look. He said he couldn't make any promises, but maybe it's something they can fix. On Wednesday, Harry called to tell me that they found the problem with the door and that the replacement part would cost $27.00. I authorized him to do this additional repair and by early Thursday afternoon, Harry called to say my car was ready to pick up at 5:30PM that day. Ready in two days, as promised. The best part about my experience with BMC is that Harry took the extra step to look into a repair that impacts me on a daily basis. I have had several autobody shop experiences and none of them compares. BMC's level of customer service was outstanding and I highly recommend them. Had a minor scratch and dent on my Civic-Si, contacted my insurance company and they referred me to BMC. I was a bit nervous, as this is my first car, brand new, and never needed any auto body work. The color is a Dino Blue-beautiful, and was nervous to see if they would match the exact color. Apparently fixing scratches and dents, that are deep beyond the paint, is a hellla of a work job! Well I Dropped the car off on a Monday afternoon and by Friday afternoon it was finished. I couldn't get a ride at first and bummed that I wouldn't be able to pick up until Monday, but then they called me back saying they can have one of their guys pick me up...really?! Thanks! And they did just that. My car looks amazing like nothing happened, the color is a perfect match, their estimate was the exact price afterwards and their service was beyond excellent! Harry and staff are wonderful! Called around to get our GMC Yukon headlight replaced because it was out. Thought it was a simple fix, but came to realize we had to take off the entire front bumber. So instead of us trying to mess around, we called a few shops. Each place told us that it was going to be $350 + to have it installed, AND this is with us already purchasing the bulb which was only $20. Went to BMC because I work around the area, and Harry gave us a quote we couldn't refuse. Harry and the staff took great care of us and had our car done within 20 minutes!! These guys are great. My 2009 Camry was hit while parked in Fruitvale. The fender and driver's side quarter-panel were damaged. The other driver was decent enough to leave a note, so there was no out of pocket for me, thank god. And while placing my claim with the other driver's insurance company, they recommended BMC. I gotta say, BMC was friendly, professional, and my car was delivered in the time frame they specified. As for the work, the paint blending is perfect. My car was returned to me with a show room finish. I'm actually really grateful. I don't want to raise unrealistic expectations, but two minor scratches in my finish were also buffed out as matter value added service. I mean, that is just awesome. My wife's driver side mirror was bent but still operational (backing into our car port, let me not go there) It was finally time to repair it (new position of mirror gave annoying whistle when driving on the highway). After going to 2 other places and receiving outrages bloated quotes we landed at BMC doorstep. We were met with professional service and a reasonable quote. They began the conversation with how they can save us money on the repair. The way the mirror was bent, it did some door damage and needed a possible door replacement *gasp*. Estimator Roger helped me when the tailgate spoiler on my Prius V got knocked off by the garage door. He found the most economical way to order and install the new matching spoiler and we scheduled the work for the following week. When I brought the car in for this one-day job, Roger kept in touch during the day then called to let me know that the car was ready. He also buffed out some scratches, and expertly retouched a long visible bumper scratch all at no extra charge. My car looks like new! I have a 2019 Honda Civic and my car was hit from the rear exiting a freeway. Roger took care of everything for me. Since my car was still drive able, he recommended to wait to bring in the car until the parts were already at the shop. A few days later he called me to bring in the vehicle, and in less than a week the car was ready to go! I was going to shop around first but when I saw the 5-star review people were giving them, I thought I'd give them a chance. They did not disappoint.
