WARNING: AVOID AUTO FIX TUSTIN AT ALL COSTS! This shop is incredibly unprofessional and caused more problems than they fixed. I brought my car in with a simple left side light issue. During drop-off, two different unqualified individuals took pictures of ALL the error messages on my display, even though the only problem was the left light. They quoted 1-2 days for the repair. Fast forward TWO WEEKS, I finally get my car back, and the moment I drive off, a RIGHT SIDE LIGHT ERROR appears on my display! This was a problem my car did not have when I dropped it off. They admitted they likely messed up the wiring during the initial repair. They then took my car for another TEN DAYS, and after all that time, they gave it back to me still not fixed! To add insult to injury, they claimed they had no picture of the original left side error (despite taking multiple photos initially) and wanted me to pay for the damage they caused! The person I dealt with, Johnny, who acted as a "technician," clearly lacked knowledge. There was no manager or responsible person available to speak with. They even pulled me away from the shop floor to talk, presumably so other customers wouldn't hear about their incompetence. This shop is a disaster. They messed up my car, failed to fix it, tried to make me pay for their mistakes, and even suggested I file another insurance claim - likely trying to double-charge customer and insurance. DO NOT GO TO AUTO FIX TUSTIN! They are unprofessional, will damage your car, and provide terrible service. I wish I could give them zero stars. read more

Johnny and his team can take some time to get an appointment with but once you get in, everything is so professional and efficient that you wonder if there is a catch. I thought it was too good to be true so I went and got another quote but ended up at Fix Auto Tustin still because they were just so on top of everything. When dropping off the car, Johnny and the team made it almost seem too easy. He communicated with me using my preferred route of communication which was email and even showed me all the parts he ordered from Tesla. State Farm insurance highly recommended them so went based on their word bc why not. 1. Went to grab my stuff out a creep guy started at me while I was bent over cleaning out my car. Super creepy perv vibes. When I finally got my car back 3 weeks later, it had stains, small dings Nad scratches on my tint and grease all over my back seat, side doors that were damgaed in accident, seat belts, and scratches up the doors bc they took the back seat out, flipped it, and put it back in my car and shit the doors. It cause 2, 1 inch scratched on both back doors. And my husband took it in to have them "detail it", still dirty and smelled like a wet dog rolled around in my car. Tesla dealer repair shops had a month long wait. So I brought my car here since they are Tesla approved body shop. Estimate was quick. It took about 1 1/2 - 2 weeks for them to get the parts they needed. When I dropped my car off for the repair, they gave me an estimated completion date which was 8 - 9 business days. They texted me every few days with updates while my car was in their hands. This was a big plus. It might be small gestures but I appreciated a lot. Had my car fixed here at Fix Auto Tustin in Aug 2021. In the beginning everything was great, they were responsive and all. It was when I got my car back then I begin to encounter problems. They supposedly repainted my hood to match the color of my replaced bumper. There were swirl marks all over the hood and the "new" bumper cover. I had to have my detailer to polish it out. Right front fender was also replaced, but it looked like they had to bend it so it'd fit. Worst thing was, I was billed for a new repeater (side camera for Tesla), but they stole the new repeater. They absolutely did not replace my repeater. I knew it was still the old repeater because it still has the same scratch on it. Confronted them about it and they claimed that Tesla had sent them the wrong side (left). And since the old one is still functioning, they didn't reorder. But they did not return it or take it off my bill either. read more
