I was blown away by the service. Everyone was very professional and very kind. My car was scratched by another car and I was upset they validated my feeling and told me they were able to fix it. Not only was it fixed in a timely manner, they washed it, waxed it, and clean the inside of my car. It look brand new I couldn't ask for anything better. They specialize in Tesla and once I pulled in I saw plenty of Teslas being fixed. I felt very comfortable leaving my car there. I am posting this on the Anaheim and Santa Ana locations since they sent my car back and forth between the two and blamed each other when things were not fixed correctly. Don't be fooled by the star ratings and look at the most recent reviews for this body shop. I drive a Mercedes G63 AMG. I have listed the series of events that happened from 7/20/23, when I dropped off my car, to current. In total, it took almost 5 months to get my car back from this body shop. The work they do is terrible, messy and poor quality. They will skip as many corners as possible. If you care at all about your car, take it somewhere else. I am still dealing with the aftermath of their poor worksmanship almost a year later. 7/15/23 Car accident - I was hit from behind on the freeway. Damage: corner, tail lights, bumper, wheel well area. 7/20/23 I dropped off my car at Fix Auto in Anaheim. They call me and let me know that Fix Auto in Santa Ana will be doing the paint job because the manager, Gilbert has years of experience with Mercedes. For about two weeks, I received auto text messages saying that my car is being worked on and then the messages stop. I call consistently to ask for updates to which they say someone will call me back or that they are still working on it. 9/22/23 They let me know my car is ready & I pick it up. The next day I notice: overspray, sloppy paint job. New scratches and chips on the doors. The trunk door won't close. They did not screw the bolt in. The hinge scratched and dented the trim. Door seal is broken. 10/3/23 Fix auto again - Dropped off car again 10/21/23 They let me know my car is ready. I drive there and the issues aren't resolved so I leave it there. 11/6/23 - They let me know my car is ready and I go to pick it up. There was overspray on the rear drivers side door. The trim is messed. They added adhesive onto the existing adhesive and the trim stick outs. 11/30/23 - Went to Santa Ana to pick up my car. My car is matte but on drivers door there is now a shiny area right below the window about the size of a grapefruit. The workers try to wipe it off. It doesn't come off. They need to repaint. 12/7/23 I finally pick up my car I notice that the trunk door isn't as easy to close. A month later, I take it into Mercedes and they say it was not put on correctly and that they can adjust it for me but the problem may come back. $300 7/10/24 I take my car to Mercedes because rear drivers side door isn't opening from the outside. 7/12/24 They say that an after market screw was incorrectly installed which voids the warranty. $900 It has almost been a year since the accident and I am still dealing with the shody work that Fit Auto did on my vehicle. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They have yet to reach out to offer compensation or apologies for the massive amount of inconveniences they have caused. I live about an hour away (each way, with traffic) and having to go there and point out what is very visibly wrong with the car each time was ridiculous. read more

Took our Honda in. Received a bid for 7k. When we went to pick it up said it was now 8k. After we told him we only had 7k and he promised not a penny over. Rick is very dishonest. He lowered the price to 7500. BUT. After we left we noticed they didn't calibrate the system that he replaced. I had my truck here fixed a few years back and would highly recommend this place until the second time I brought my truck here a year or so. Long story short, I brought my truck in since I was rear ended by a drunk driver and had to replace the whole subframe. Problems are lack of follow up, about 200 miles added on my mileage without telling me even when requested, truck steers to the right even though supposedly everything is perfect, and the front desk guy named Zack paired his cell phone to my radio without permission. I'm not a car guy and had I known what to do before I would've fought more for my truck. Note: I did contact my insurance and supposedly they checked and everything is good. Brought my truck to my dealership and they said some parts were bent, which they ask if I hit anything hard. Answer is no and somehow the body shop failed to report the issue to me before I drove my truck off their lot. If you do bring your car there. Either tow it to a dealership or other body shop so they can have a second opinion or bring someone who's knows cars. Please keep tabs on paperworks as well. They didn't even mark the mileage correctly too. I still have much more to say but we'll leave it at that. read more

he lady behind the desk, did not keep me abreast with the progress of my vehicle. Never called to let me know the progress of them receiving the parts. She just through dates out and never followed up. It took over a month. I had to tell her to please call me back and notify me when the parts arrive so I can drop it off. I had to manage that by calling her back on the original eta that was suspected. I had to call multiple times to determine if the car was ready once I had dropped it off. I called just to check before they closed in the 3 date that is was supposed to be ready, to find out it was ready. I asked why she didn't let me know so I could schedule the time to pick it up. She blamed my phone as opposed to taking responsibility and insulted me as to say it was my phones service ; all the while we have been communicating on the same device for two months to resolve this situation. On top of that the car is still missing a piece that I was notified of at the very end. They took away my choice of having it complete, and I payed for incomplete work. As I look in my trunk I found that the cover for my lights is missing. She is terrible and needs to find other work or get retrained. Both locations actually worked together and both were just so tremendously awful and impossible to reach or stay updated with. Also, the customer service was just terrible and so unreliable. Fix Auto Santa Ana remains one of the worst places I ever dealt with. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I only used it because my insurance directed me to them. They did a great job fixing the damage I had on the passenger side of my car. Too bad they returned the car to me with a rip in the seat, 3 dings on the doors, and a broken brake light. None of which I had before I brought my car to them and ALL on the passenger side that they were supposed to fix. The manager was difficult to deal with and unfriendly. She kept saying the technicians who worked on the car are honest and have been with the company a long time and wouldn't lie about it. The funny thing is, I never accused them of lying. All I said was that it wasn't the way I brought the car in. I wasn't pointing the finger at anyone, just trying to get to a solution for the mess they made of my car. Still, she took zero accountability. So, I'm guessing maybe she's the dishonest one? At any rate, think twice about bringing your vehicle here and make sure you read the low reviews; they seem more honest than the higher ones. I needed to have my front bumper replaced due to a slight accident. My insurance company had Fix Auto on their list of companies they worked with. Every step of my journey working with them was difficult. I made an appointment to get an estimate which the person scheduling it for me said would take 10-30 minutes. When I arrived they said I would need to leave my car. I explained that I only wanted a visual estimate and to not remove the bumper before calling me first. When I got a call the estimator told me "we just removed your bumper and here is what it will cost." I decided to just get it done because I didn't have time to leave work. I was told it would be done by noon the next day. I finally called at 3pm the next day and was told they were waiting for a part that would not arrive before Monday. when I asked why they had not called me so I could arrange for a rental car I was told they were hopping to be done sooner. I did not like the lack of transparency and the hassle of being the one who always had to call. There were more problems, but I think this is enough to give you a good heads up on how to be careful if you choose to use this business. They ordered the bumper, which took a few days. I took my vehicle in for the bumper replacement in the morning, once they called me and had the part. Arlet Estrada blew me away with her demeanor. She was SO NICE and organized and really went out of her way to make sure everything was completed and flawless. Her customer service is impeccable. The 4 stars instead of 5 is only because my car had a funky smell when I picked it up that I had a hard time getting rid of. I have never had air freshener's in my car but I ended up buying one and using febreeze to cover up the smell. Also, my steering wheel was dirty which I understand due to it being in a shop, but it would have been a really nice touch if they wiped the inside of the car down just a ilttle bit before returning it. My fender, front bumper and tail light were damaged and it took the shop about 5 days to fix it. I got daily texts on the progress of my car and got it back when promised. The cosmetic side of it was great, my car looked even better than how it was before!The best part was them setting me up with Hertz rental just down the street from them.
