A lot of high profile companies charge an arm and a leg for new systems that are unreliable and quite frankly, don't need to be replaced. His upfront honesty and quality of work will save me thousands of dollars. He saved me from an unnecessary and expensive repair. He did a comprehensive clean of my furnace at an extremely inexpensive price. He explained to me the life left on every part and how it's so much less expensive to replace it piece by piece. I have a 30 year old work horse unit, so it would be foolish to replace the whole unit. It's not extremely expensive to use my hvac anyway. Excellent customer service is becoming more rare. This summer when the temperature was over 100 degrees my air conditioning stopped working.
