He said he'd come out the following Monday after I told him it wasn't an emergency. He never showed up the day he said he would and hasn't answered his phone or responded to any of my inquiries to schedule the work. He completely ghosted me. I would still like to hire him and would give him a chance to change my rating. Totally his choice at this point.
