    InC Auto Repair has worked on 4 different vehicles for me. Both Japanese and US brands. Everything from basis oil changes to major engine work. From my daily driver cars to kids cars that I had to have towed there. They always give honest fair quotes, do excellent work and their workmanship is guaranteed!     This company's work reflects its values…read more An inspection revealed we had several major repairs needed on an old, old vehicle. They allowed us time to decide if it was worth fixing and were creative about getting the costs to something more affordable but ultimately I agreed to have all but one item fixed. Their willingness to work with me on it really sealed the deal. I never felt pressured one way or the other and researched the prices of each repair item and they were market value. I really appreciated that I wasn't given grief for wanting to fix this old beauty instead of calling it quits and also appreciated their confidence in doing this amount of work to make it like new. Most importantly, the repairs were done right without gimmick and they're under warranty! This Christian Brothers Automotive is thorough and the final cost was reasonable compared to the quote (slight increase from what looks like parts being a tad more than anticipated). The initial inspection was awesome too, they have pictures for everything and tell you what's good, not just bad. The whole process was really smooth and simple compared to how big of a decision the repairs really were. Very professional and quick. I'm very thankful and will come back/recommend to others.

    After I replace new battery sometimes i can not start the engine so i decide to do inspection with…read morethem and they found out because Battery terminals were to loose and i pick up my car when i pay the bill i show them two coupons the front desk guy he told me because is all labor so i can not use this i did not see there is kind request on those two coupons the whole crew has been changed they use to be very friendly and nice

    My experience with this Firestone location has been the most unprofessional, costly, and stressful…read moreautomotive ordeal I have ever encountered. It began with a cylinder 6 misfire, which they addressed by installing new ignition coils and spark plugs, along with routine maintenance such as brake and coolant flushes. Shortly after these services, my Jeep overheated, and I was told it happened because the cooling system had an air pocket from not being bled properly. Soon after, it overheated again and I was told I needed a new water pump. When the overheating continued, they replaced the thermostat. Throughout all of this, the check-engine light kept returning, yet no one could give me a clear or consistent diagnosis. Between June and September, I returned repeatedly for the same issue. Each visit came with a different explanation, missing documentation, or incomplete diagnostics. I spent nearly $3,000, and the problem was never resolved. The ongoing failures resulted in sludge buildup inside my engine, and my warranty company has now denied over $10,000 in necessary engine repairs because of the resulting damage. While my Jeep was in Firestone's care, rodents chewed through my wiring, costing me an additional $1,200 at the dealership. When I asked the mechanic, Faustine, what the white cotton-like stuffing was under my hood, he said he did not know. When I asked the office manager, Mark, to document the rodent damage, he told me he "could not document it" and to "just video it." I even requested a third-party review, the findings were that my car failed a block test, I had 2 blown head gaskets, they used the report to say they did not cause the damage." John did attempt to help by offering free services, but those attempts only made the situation worse, not better. In the end, I was left holding the bag. After everything, senior claims manager Michael J. sent me this statement: "As the wiring damage appears to have happened after the vehicle was essentially abandoned in our parking lot, we are not assuming liability. The refund for the coolant services (services that your car would have needed regardless, by the way) that we have already offered can be used to help pay for any further damages. At this point you have our full and final offer and this file is going to be closed pending receipt of the signed release form." To make matters worse, at no point has anyone called me, even though I requested a phone conversation from the very beginning. Every response has been through email only. I called Nick, who I was told is Michael's boss -- no response. I even called the President's number that I was given -- still no response. Not one person has picked up the phone to discuss the thousands of dollars in damage caused under their care. Firestone offered to refund only the "related services," but only if I signed a waiver promising not to leave negative reviews or hold them accountable. That is completely unacceptable.
