My main water line broke a couple weeks ago, so I called several plumbing companies for a quote to repair it. Fix-It was the least expensive quote we received, but that was the reason I decided to use thier services. It was the professional way that Juan approached the issue and his business..... Fix-It was on site the next day and had started working on the project quicker than I thought they would. The job was supposed to take a little over a day, some issues arose (non the fault of Fix-It) and the job took over three days to complete. The final price didn't increase from the original quote and was actually less than what I was quoted. The team at Fix-It spent two of the days in pouring rain, which didn't stop them from doing what they said they would do.... Fix my water main in a timely fashion. After the water main was replaced, Juan and team spent over three hours inside the house making sure that water was flowing properly throughout the house. The team was on site Friday night until 10:00pm.... I was so impressed with how they took care of us. Fix It Plumbing was referred to me by another contractor. Fix It was the fourth estimate and I'm so glad that I held out and didn't take any of the other three plumbers. A pipe under the house that was connected to our kitchen sink broke several months ago. We had no way of knowing there was a leak until we noticed water running to the outside of the house every time we did dishes. The other three plumbers gave me an estimate from a cursory inspection outside the house. There is no telling how much it would have cost me once another plumber finally discovered all the damage and repair work. Or, maybe they wouldn't have fixed the mess under my house. Within a year of buying our house we needed a plumber to clear a clogged drain in our laundry area. Calls to our home warranty service sent us plumbers that couldn't do the job because there wasn't a clean out plug nearby and cleaning from the roof vent was not covered under the warranty. Once we called Fix-It-Plumbing we knew we were in good hands. Juan the owner came over and his "do whatever it takes" attitude was the exact opposite of the home warranty plumbers. We called Fix-It for a complete home repiping, given the good reviews here, and have been very happy with the service. Juan and his team were friendly and professional. They charged exactly what they estimated, even doing at least a couple things not originally on the estimate, such as replacing a toilet fill valve I had laying next to the toilet: I'd intended to do that work myself, but they just took care of it. We've got a water softener, so they removed the spigots in the back yard that led from that waterline, to prevent us from killing our plants by watering them with softened (salted) water. We actually asked them to put one back where the kids play at their water table; they didn't even blink, but simply did it within 15 minutes. The job went one day longer than the original estimate of 3 days, but frankly, given the fact that we were actually out of water for only four hours of that time, and that they kept an all-smiles attitude through the whole process, I'm happy to give them five stars. read more

I had a water heater go out on me. I called several plumbers and fix-it came in the best pricing and support. Other plumbers were charging just to come out to look at the water heater. Fix-It came out and gave me a quote and they were also much lower than the other plumbers. I was very happy with their support. Owner Juan was also very fair in his dealing with me. There was a mistake on the part and he took care of it right away. He also offered to give me additional discount for any mistakes made on their part.
