I have a story to tell. On November 15th, I hired someone who guaranteed they could do the job I requested. I bought a dog wash station and wanted it built, and I needed to add another drain line and hot and cold water. There was nothing wrong with my piping or electrical; my washer was hooked up to hot and cold water. All I wanted was an additional hook-up, and my outlet moved. Needless to say, the job was not done properly; my whole electrical system was out downstairs, there was no washer hook-up, and my copper pipping was ruined. Please take a look at the soldering job they tried to do. He ruined my piping and electrical system along with my wall. He kept giving me excuses for a week and a half. I had to call my son to get him out. The morning before Thanksgiving, I called Bay Pro Plumbing and spoke to David, the owner said he would be at my place in the afternoon. He showed up with his crew of four. Very impressed with the professionalism and kindness, along with WOW, LOOK AT THE WORK THEY DID. I had sewage backing up into my downstairs shower. I called a number of plumbers--many didn't answer. One couldn't get out to my home until Friday and also wanted to charge me a fee over the phone to confirm the appointment. I called David, and he was able to get to my house in 45-minutes. It took him about an hour of going through a number of clean out pipes with his camera to pinpoint the issue. Turns out, the pool company that is currently building my pool completely severed the sewage line at the front of my home. Knowing the gunite was being sprayed the very next day, I knew it would be difficult to have David digging and replacing sewage pipe at the same time. Additionally, I have a house full of people who need to use the restroom and shower, and I didn't want our waste being dumped into my front yard. David was able to get the job done the same day. My hot water was leaking in my slab floor. Bay Pro gave me a detailed reasonable estimate to reroute the plumbing to the attic. They did this is one day. Javier was quick to respond to my request for a quote and answered all my questions. He was able to schedule me in on the same week. I needed to replace my old toilet and vanity. I wanted new water supply lines and pipe to the vanity. And I needed him to install the faucet on the vanity. He gave me a good price and is willing to pick up the vanity from the chain store for a small fee. Javier and his crew arrived on time. Both are professional and polite. They wore masks. They lined my floors so it won't be dirty and they cleaned up after themselves. Installation went great. There was a small issue that I didn't think of where the vanity hole for the pipes were too small but they made adjustments so that it will fit. Good problem solver. Omg they picked up the phone and responded to my call right away!! My tankless water heater was out since a week ago go. Fidelity Home warranty sent my request to a plumbing company they do work with. The lady through that plumbing company was rude and wouldn't give me an idea when my water heater would be replaced. Long story short Home warranty called me the following week which was July 3rd. They said they would send me a check in mail 7-10days because their plumbing company couldn't purchase the water heater. So basically at this point everything is coming out of pocket. I called homedepot to see if they sold any tankless water heater. They had one left in stock near me. Then I called around any plumbing company to see how much to install it. Couple places said they're backed up for two weeks because of the heat wave. I called Bay Pro and the guy said he could give me a quote once I gave him the model number which I did. Then he said they had the next day open which was 4th of July today!! Omg they installed the water heater no issues!! They were a life saver!! Now I can do the dishes and take a hot shower!! Javier and Jose are the most amazing plumbers that I've ever met. I left a late-afternoon message to them on Yelp and they immediately replied to me. They came the next morning precisely on time on such short notice and patiently examined my situation. I got a complicated drain clogging problem but they immediately told me that don't worry and they've done it just recently (I later learned that they've been on the business for almost a decade..). They not only explained the issue clearly but also told me the estimated cost and the needed time. After coming back again the 3rd day (again, precisely on time), they acted very quickly and professionally. During the work they found that the pipe in the crawl space was done poorly by the previous owners/plumbers and much more work should be done to fix it. They communicated with me clearly and helped me to correct that extra problem with a very reasonable add-on charge (it's indeed super reasonable, not like "I've cut your pipe open and you got no choice but to pay me extra $$$ to fix it"). I can tell that they always try to keep transparency with the customer without trying to hide or spoof. They ended the job telling me that "feel free to call us back in case of any issues because we value quality and customer satisfaction the most".
