I took my iPhone in and they replaced the screen but later found out it was still not working. I came back in the same day and they said it was due to the hardware and said that it was unfixable. At that point you would expect a refund but refused it. So I paid over 150 dollars for them to replace my screen even though it ended up not working and left me with a useless phone. Do not let some of the bad reviews on here about this place not being able to fix laptops, prevent you from giving this place a try! It's definitely worth it! My 2016 Mac book air recently died out on me because the screen just went blank while I was using it. I try to reset/reboot it but it wouldn't turn on. I frantically took it to the Apple store and was told that my laptop did not send any signal and that they couldn't figure what was wrong with it until they send it to Apple repair in which they quoted me for $475+!! I was frustrated and a little worried but luckily on my way back from the Apple store, I scouted around the OC area to see if there's any other stores that could fix my MacBook for a more reasonable, affordable price. At first, I was a little skeptical about coming to FIXI repairs because some of the reviews says that the place is not really known for fixing computers/laptops but mostly better at iphones. Since I needed my laptop for school and was in a hurry, I decided to give them a try plus the shop was in my area. Brought my laptop in and greeted by Tracy who was friendly and helpful. Fast foward...they did a test run and found out that the reason why my MacBook's back light went out is because the fuse is worn out and they could help me repair that for $120 with 60 days warranty. Tracy was patient and explained to me what made my laptop died out and what they could try to do to make it work again. The repair took about 2-4 days just like I was told and voila, my MacBook is working again . Even though I totally found this place by chance, I am super grateful they were able to bring my MacBook back to life! Looks can be deceiving. At first, when you walk in, it looks like any regular old phone store. But little did I know that this store is good, quick, and capable. They fixed my phone in less than an hour and charged an extremely reasonable price. Fixi Repairs is AWESOME! I was having trouble with my (admittedly old) Dell PC, which was overloaded on a very small hard drive. I called FixiRepairs and Tracy was very patient with my many very basic questions, explaining all of my options clearly. In the space of less than a day, they did full data back up/recovery, installed a new 1TB hard drive, reinstalled all of my data -- and even walked me through a glitch I had when I got home (re-installing the driver for my wireless USB modem). I couldn't find the CD to reinstall, so Tracy found the driver online, texted and emailed it to me so I could drop it onto a thumb drive, and voila! And the price was AMAZING -- everything for only $80. Such a bargain, as my computer is now super fast and working like a dream again. Dropped my phone, cracked the screen, and had the choice to either fix it another day or suck it up and get it over with, and I'm glad I chose to fix it. I wouldn't go here to fix laptop or computer, sure they can fix phones perfectly, but I wouldn't trust them to fix laptops or computers. They got my laptop up and running but it's not as fast, other issues that rarely happened started happening more often and the problem they said they fixed were not fixed. They fixed part of the issues, which was fine because I requested to not fix a few issues, but 1 of the issue they said they fixed still have problem, so meh. Also, one part of the laptop (idk how to describe where it at) was not closed entirely when I go to pick it up and held it in my hands I barely noticed that as I walked out of the store but I thought maybe they forget to close it or something but I was not happy about that. I'm not going back even though I have 60 days warranty, i just dont have a good feeling theymre good at fixing laptops or comps, but thats just my personal feelings. read more

The internal AC adapter on my Dell laptop was broken and it was past warranty, so I decided to call around to several computer repair shops in the area to get estimates. Fixi Repairs had the most reasonably priced estimate (I'm disabled and on a fixed income, so price is important to me) and their staff were very helpful on the phone, so I decided to use their services. Once my laptop was brought to the store for repair by my sister, the staff promptly diagnosed exactly what needed to be fixed, and informed me via phone what the timeline would be for repairs. Once the laptop was repaired and new part installed, they tested it thoroughly to make sure it was in working order and called me again to let me know it could be picked up. This was all done within the time and price estimates as promised, and with a minimum of fuss and plenty of courteous and informative service. My laptop couldn't be able to detect my hard drive; therefore, I brought it here to get it fixed. They checked my laptop and told me it will be fixed within the next day. It sounds good enough. But the cost is $80 if I paid cash. However, if I paid credit cards, then there will be additional 3% on top of that. Since I need this laptop to do my business so I do not hesitate to get it fixed ASAP. Since I do not have time to check the prices at other places; therefore, I do not know if it is more or less expensive than other places. However, they did fix my laptop within the next day as promised. I decided to give them a 4 stars. My advice to people, do not buy an expensive laptop because it is not as reliable as you think. My DELL laptop for business cost me nearly $1,000 after a sales discount. I barely used it and it broke now lesser than 14 months. Sux big time. Therefore, I have learned not to buy an expensive laptop no more. If an inexpensive laptop broke down, then you don't feel as bad as an expensive laptop broke down. read more

Found this place on Craigslist, $85 to fix my iPad Mini shattered screen, even Groupon was more expensive! Dropped it off and it was done an hour later, looks like new, works fine, staff was friendly and knew their stuff. They are open weekends which makes it a lot more convenient, I dropped my Ipad off before running some errands and picked it up on my way home.
