Tech Eugene responded promptly when I contacted him on a Sunday about my 2017 dryer that suddenly made horrible screeching noises followed by thumping. Eugene ordered the parts he was certain would fix the issue and was out the next day to install. He had a tiny space to work in but the job was complete and the dryer now works like the day I bought it. Eugene is very conscientious and when my dryer was disassembled he showed me the bearing which was toast, the belt which was shredding. He insisted I wet some towels to make a heavy load for testing when he finished. A slight noise turned out to be friction from dryer being in contact with the washer (super tight space) and we fixed it with a thin wooden shim.
