We walked in around 11:30am and it was empty which was amazing. We ordered our food and sat down as they have lots of tables in side. The young lady at the counter was really nice and asked us all kinds of questions (work related). We ordered the beef bowl and the chicken mixed bowl. Both came out pipping hot and ready to devour. Always quick and great customer service. Been to other flame broilers but this one always seems the best.

Food is not bad - didn't knock my socks off (chicken bowl). Table sauces were not great. The biggest complaints are the unfriendly cashier- seems bored/annoyed when taking orders. Perhaps she couldn't hear over the blaring loud music (my 2nd complaint). For a weekday lunch hour, I'm just looking for some place quiet to sit for 40 minutes and refuel. I would ask the owners/manager to "read the room" and set your ambience accordingly. And please, at the very least, service with a smile please (even if we don't speak Spanish). read more

Been going to this flame broiler for years, food is solid but went recently during a heat wave when it was 97 degrees outside. Walked into this place at 1:30 pm and it was hot as hell. Easily was 90 degrees in the room. I notified a friend at the health department about the work conditions. I know flame broiler is a franchise so the owner if you're reading this needs to pay up to get A/C fixed. Corporate HQ Flame Broiler office, come here and inspect this location for these working conditions. You have a future lawsuit on your hands becuase this franchisee is too lazy to care about his workers. I have not connections to workers here. I had to sit and eat in 90 degree room. The guy at the counter seemed like he didn't want to be there but whatever he did his job and took my order. But this owner has more energy and gives the upmost best quality in food and service. I highly recommend this place because they are nice and give a lot even for what we pay. Not all Flame Broiler's are created the same. First of all, some Flame Broiler's use different chicken. The original way, which I prefer, is a whole chicken breast that is marinated and then grilled to perfection and then chopped and served up. The "newer" way is to buy crappy quality pre-diced chicken (if you can still all it chicken) and grill and serve. The "newer" way loses a ton of flavor and lacks in quality. Why this location gets only a 2 star? Well, they are one of the ones that have adopted the "newer" way - which I'm sure is cheaper for them. AND they are super stingy like Kulit S. says. Portions are unusually small, even for a Flame Broiler. read more
