We walked in around 11:30am and it was empty which was amazing. We ordered our food and sat down as they have lots of tables in side. The young lady at the counter was really nice and asked us all kinds of questions (work related). We ordered the beef bowl and the chicken mixed bowl. Both came out pipping hot and ready to devour. As for pricing its the standard everywhere. Everything was about 12-16 bucks per item, not bad as you know everything is expensive now a days!! Thank you for having us and we'll be back. read more

Food is not bad - didn't knock my socks off (chicken bowl). Table sauces were not great. The biggest complaints are the unfriendly cashier- seems bored/annoyed when taking orders. Perhaps she couldn't hear over the blaring loud music (my 2nd complaint). For a weekday lunch hour, I'm just looking for some place quiet to sit for 40 minutes and refuel. I would ask the owners/manager to "read the room" and set your ambience accordingly. And please, at the very least, service with a smile please (even if we don't speak Spanish). read more

Oh my where do I even start literally the staff there is so nice feels like am talking with my tias the workers there have to stay there pls don't ever fire them literally the best staff when I walk in they tell me hi angel in Spanish and I talk back in Spanish but the staff is worth going and eating a bowl and it's literally a mom and a daughter working there It's so nice to see that good for them. Delicious and nutritious food. I had been shopping at the outlets and needed a late lunch but wanted something healthier and needed something dairy free. I really appreciate that they advertise they are dairy free so I could comfortably eat without worry about contamination. They grill on the spot for you! It was ready really quickly. I ordered the chicken bowl with white rice and veggies. The chicken was flavorful, moist and well done. Wish more carrots and broccoli and no cabbage but they may let you specify that? Been going to this flame broiler for years, food is solid but went recently during a heat wave when it was 97 degrees outside. Walked into this place at 1:30 pm and it was hot as hell. Easily was 90 degrees in the room. I notified a friend at the health department about the work conditions. I know flame broiler is a franchise so the owner if you're reading this needs to pay up to get A/C fixed. Corporate HQ Flame Broiler office, come here and inspect this location for these working conditions. You have a future lawsuit on your hands becuase this franchisee is too lazy to care about his workers. I have not connections to workers here. I had to sit and eat in 90 degree room. Feel bad for the workers more than anything. read more

Rice was good, beef was delicious, chicken tasted over cooked a little and a little hard to chew it seemed like they cooked the chicken ahead of time placed it on the side then cooked it again after I ordered it to warm it, broccoli wasn't as soft and cooked as it should be. The food here is so delicious. Currently they have wings which aren't fried, but grilled and still taste soooo goood. They now have kimchi as well and for a korean taste the beef is so tender and juicy. Goes well with the kimchi. I ordered the half and half all i can say was Im Definitely coming back!!!!! I live next door and I will tell you this location closes whenever they feel like. Came here a few weeks ago at 7:30 pm, google says they close at 8:30; they were closed. Right now I'm sitting out front at 8:02, once again, posted closing time is 8:30, they are closed. Doesn't make any sense. read more

Patrick wasn't kidding when he said they were stingy with the portions and sauces! I took a picture if the "half filled" cups of sauce. To add to that, I got a half chicken and half broccoli bowl and ended up with about 4 small pieces if broccoli! Guys, it's chicken, veggies and rice, not priceless gems! You are charging full price, give us what we pay for! On the plus side, the staff was very friendly. read more

I ordered the beef plate. Everything was great tasting except for the salad, which was a cabbage salad... not a big fan of raw cabbage unless it's called coleslaw. I wish I knew before hand otherwise I would have just ordered a regular bowl and saved a bit of change. Just finding out out the salad was raw cabbage when I brought it home really disappointed me for some reason, and I know I shouldn't be bothered by it but I really was :/ so I'll save you the disappointment too if you dislike just straight up raw cabbage; do not get the plate. read more

Had lunch here today. I really wish there was more consistently between Flame broilers. I like comming to these spots cuz it seems like a healthy Fast food alternative. Anyways got here at 1 pm. The guy at the counter seemed like he didn't want to be there but whatever he did his job and took my order. I was very clear with my order, chicken bowl extra chicken on side. 8 min later some guy working there with his shirt half button open who didn't appear that professional gives me the meal with the extra chicken inside the bowl. I tell the cashier and it's like all of a sudden he doesn't speak English. The food itself was okay. Didn't taste as fresh as I'd hope. Not coming back read more

Not all Flame Broiler's are created the same. First of all, some Flame Broiler's use different chicken. The original way, which I prefer, is a whole chicken breast that is marinated and then grilled to perfection and then chopped and served up. The "newer" way is to buy crappy quality pre-diced chicken (if you can still all it chicken) and grill and serve. The "newer" way loses a ton of flavor and lacks in quality. Why this location gets only a 2 star? Well, they are one of the ones that have adopted the "newer" way - which I'm sure is cheaper for them. AND they are super stingy like Kulit S. says. Portions are unusually small, even for a Flame Broiler. read more

After getting home and opening the bag, I realized they only gave me one sauce for the entire order. One sauce for that much food is ridiculous. When someone orders a large order like that, it should be common sense to include multiple sauces or at least ask how many I want. It's frustrating paying for a big order and then not getting the basic things that make the food actually enjoyable. Customer service and attention to detail were clearly lacking. Definitely needs improvement.

Taco Boss is our measurement for all taco spots lol If it doesn't meet the Taco Boss standards, than it's garbage lol They have the best tacos. The tacos de papa are some of my favorite around. The shrimp tacos are great. Service is fine. They work hard to make the food fresh. Ambiance is usually busy. Sometimes there's a line. Great tacos!

Carne asada fries (no beans) 7.5 out of 10 Tomatoes were finely chopped with lime and placed right on top of the fries. The carne asada was perfectly seasoned and served in a generous portion, making this easy to share. Overall, it was really good, but I do wish the tomatoes weren't so juicy since they made the fries soggy pretty quickly. Shrimp tacos 4.5 out of 10 Shrimp is deveined (thank goodness) and well seasoned! The tacos were loaded with huge portions of shrimp, which definitely made them worth it. The only downside was the sauce... it made the taco shell soggy really fast and completely overpowered the rest of the flavors in the taco. Overall it wasn't bad but I don't think I'd order this again. I came on a Friday night and it was pretty busy. Customer service was great. They were properly staffed, friendly and got our orders out relatively quick. Location was pretty clean. Salsa bar was well kept and not sus. Utensils were well stocked. Overall, I'd come back again and order the carne asada fries and make modifications.
