This is a splendid sandwich shop sits at the end of a small plaza, and the ever-changing menu means that you won't get bored ordering the same dried out turkey whatever thingy. It was served with an array of olives on the plate. So good! They were out of the egg salad sandwich by the time we arrived, which was something a family member wanted to try, but they ordered an avocado toast instead. Also great and served with olives. The service was fast and thoughtful. Order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. We found a great shaded spot outside for the five of us with a view facing the bustling bakery inside. Many people brought their bikes or dogs (allowed outside only) and met up with friends to eat and chat. At one point a server brought out an order of bread that we did not order, but he left it with us anyway, free of charge. So glad we got to try Sage Bakehouse and I'd definitely visit several more times when in the area!

Fish sauce is going to be the grey area because thats always personal preference, it was good, but would say more on the fishy side, which my fiance liked. I'd been wanting to try Pop Fizz since last year, but with COVID was unable to! They were the perfect after dinner treat on a very hot day! We ended up getting the sandia (watermelon), raspberry and lime. Each one was DELICIOUS! The fruit flavor was so real and we kept trading so that we could have a bit of each. Definitely recommend the paletas. If you see that truck, run to it! We will hopefully get to try more from their shop some time in the future!
