I would not give this place even one star except for the fact that Yelp requires it. I was with a small group at Flamin Joe's and the server was quite friendly towards the men in our group, rather short towards the women, almost rude. Then I found out that this server was the owner. Wow, you'd think the owner would TRY and win over the entire group. Not good PR! I ordered the Chicken Salad that was said to come with everything but the kitchen sink. It was weak on all ingredients, very skimpy salad, not fresh (I think I would rather have eaten the kitchen sink)and priced quite high for a salad that was served in a plastic basket. If you're trying to compete with Chilis?'...don't. Their salads are near the same price as Flamin Joes but with abundance ingredients, fresh and served on a nice styled glass plate. I came in to the valley location tuesday night with my husband and a friend to watch the world series. It seems like the last few times we've eaten there the food hasn't been as good but we keep trying because we used to love it so much. I ordered Polynesian BBQ wings and when I got them they tasted slightly like that but had an overwhelming teriyaki flavor. I normally never speak up in situations like this but when our server came to check on us I mentioned it. She took them and asked the kitchen if there had been a mistake. She returned with the same wings and a side of the Polynesian BBQ sauce. The sauce tasted fine, the wings didn't. She offerered me another side of the sauce but I didn't see the point in that and said it was fine. I only ate two wings because I couldn't get past the teriyaki flavor. That in itself wasn't the biggest deal, but in addition to that mg wings and side of fries were barely warm. Our friend had ordered a half basket of waffle fries and was accidentally given a full. After she'd already eaten a few the server grabbed them and said sorry wrong size and dropped off the smaller basket and took the larger one to a different table. We found that strange but laughed about it. When our friend got to the bottom of her fry basket she found a strange sauce in the bottom of it and the last half of her fries were soggy. The server asked if she could take anything and our friend said yeah these are soggy and showed her. Her response was "Ew what is that?" Love me some Flamin Joes. Have been going since they first opened. The four way stop is great because you can get 4 different sauce choices but 6 1/2 is my favorite if you like spice. Also the backdraft crisscut fries use samuari sumo for the sauce instead of code 3. The pickle spears are another fav of my fam. Just all around good. I even won Seahawk tickets there during a Monday Night Football. Some locations have hard alcohol now too. But the TANKERS are still the best choice in my opinion. read more

Wings are the best I've had in the Spokane area and probably 3rd on my list of all the places I've been. Way better then hooter's wings. I get the 6.5 on the scale of hotness which is the one step below the code red's. Get's a good sweat going. It takes awhile to get your order in and also awhile if you need a refill on drinks. Our family goes to Flaming Joes once a week for wings, beer and trivia. They have the most amazing wing sauces and great selection of draft beer. There are flat screens all over, but you don't have to be a sports fan because they also offer trivia that is entertaining at any age (our boys love to play). We will continue coming back! read more

Love the Salt & Pepper boneless wings and drive past 3 other wing places to get here. Now they changed the vendor for the boneless and they are not even close to as good and the dry rub Salt & Pepper doesn't stick so they are a total disappointment. We went to Flamin Joes on 1/12/17 for the first time. My husband and I both ordered 12 wings and the waitress informed us that the wings come with a side. I ordered a side salad while my husband ordered the Cheese Munchers. He asked how much the substitute charge would be to get the Munchers instead of fries and our waitress informed us of a $2.00 up-charge. When we received our food, our son's kid's meal was utterly flavorless and luke-warm. I ordered 6 garlic parmesan and 6 Code 3. The garlic parmesan wings were so flavorless and disgusting I only ate one. Their was no garlic flavor and they looked to be plain, fried wings sprinkled with parmesan. The Code 3 sauce had horrible flavor and was more of a greasy liquid than a sauce. My husband ordered his wings boneless and his first bite was a crunchy, hard piece of mystery meat. Neither of us finished our meal nor took it home - despite the FOUR times our waitress asked if we wanted a box. Once we were ready for our check, our waitress was no where to be found for almost 15 minutes. My husband had to actually get up and go find someone to get us our check. Upon review of our receipt we were charged for our sides despite being told that the wings INCLUDED sides. Not only were we charged for something we were specifically told was included in the price, but I was charged $4.00 for a salad the size of my fist and my husband was charged $6.00 for maybe 10 glorified, luke-warm cheese tots. When we brought this up to our waitress she then proceeded to tell us that sides are charged separately and that the managers must have raised the prices. But she wouldn't know because they don't tell them anything. SERIOUSLY?! Her solution was to run our card for the full bill amount of $44.00 (for food we barely touched and were LESS than satisfied with) and refund us $4.00 cash for telling us the incorrect price of the Cheese Munchers. Absolutely despicable service and the food was not up to standard. Before my previous review was posted, I called and spoke with the owner on 1/13/17 to discuss our experience. I was told she would have to review it and she would call me back. I never received that call. I took the initiative to follow-up on 1/17/17 and was met with an absolutely disrespectful demeanor from Sally. She told me that my above review was considered bullying and harassment. She informed me that everything in my review was false and it wasn't their fault that I couldn't interpret the menu despite this being our first visit to her establishment. She also said that their waitress has been there for years, and that they didn't receive any other complaints that night so the issue wasn't with them or with their food. Being an office manager that deals with unhappy clients on occasion, I would NEVER treat a disgruntled customer in such a way that assumes the customer is at fault. However during my entire 7:34 minute phone conversation with Sally that was all she did even telling me that I am hiding behind my keyboard and phone. If anyone was a bully in this situation, it was the owner. She was unable to handle an unhappy customer and did not make any effort to truly resolve the problem or take any of the blame. This establishment and its owner practice the exact opposite of customer services. By the end of our conversation, Sally offered us a gift card with an undisclosed amount back to her establishment. She has since blocked me from the restaurant Facebook page after I had posted a review there instead of taking any kind of action to remedy the problem. Due to her attitude towards myself and my family, we will not be using it. Upon searching 'Flamin' Joe's owner' on Google I was brought to the below article from 2014.
