Have been stopping fairly regularly for the past few years, but we aren't going anymore. The wings have become very "lean" and the flavor sauces seem to be getting skimpier each visit. The boneless wings are very small and not much to eat. Wait staff is pretty indifferent and the quite honestly, you can get a lot more for your money at a number of other places. Will check back during football season, but we wont' be stopping there again for a long time! read more

For bar food, this place is great. Varied menu, I had the Bacon and Bleu salad, husband had two different kinds of wings. Everything tasted great. Our server was spot on, not overbearing, just right. now flaming joes is a great place for a cold beer, wings, and to just sit and watch the game or socialize. they have great food and appetizers. i do not eat chicken so i was hesitant on coming here the first time and they have substitutes. you get to choose how hot you would like your sauce to be and they have several different dipping sauces. you do not pay extra for those sauces which did impress me, most places if you want extra you pay for it. not joes. i sure hope joes decides to expand to chicago soon cause i sure am missing you. read more

Ordered a bloody mary to drink. Was asked, regular or spicy one. Never been here before, even said, "heard u guys have great bloody mary's," Of course i want a spicy one. "Who would want one that isn't at least a lil spicy?" is what I'm thinking. Turns out, this thing is damn near a liquid habanero pepper. I couldn't even breath. Waived at every employee i saw trying to get their attention to bring me a water(cuz they still hadn't done that after 10+min) literally had to get up and tap one if them on the shoulder before they even acknowledged my existence. When i told him i was dying and couldn't drink it after 2 drinks and would like something else, they brought me a cup of tomato juice... Im not a bar tender. I told him to take the whole drink away. I was not interested in putting myself through 1 more sip of this inferno. He returned after a min to tell me he was gonna have to call the owner about it. Who owns this place and has such poor delegating ability that there is no one with the power to pour a drink down the drain. All the while, this older lady with blonde shortish hair was griping about us to other employees right within our hearing range. Like we couldn't hear her. The one star is because the wings were EXCELLENT! Got the Gold and the Jamaican me crazy wings. So good! Service was very bad. We never would have been in the situation had the server just said, "they both spicy but the extra spicy one is bout a weekend long decision that you'll remember for years to come." The wings are good I would say. But the staff was quite lackluster and inattentive. We came for a birthday party and wanted to have good time. Waiter took unfinished beers, for the water we got one refill (in the 4 hours), waiter wouldn't ask us any questions when he took drinks. I rather have just walked up to the bar to be honest. Then we played some trivia games and I clearly saw someone cheat. So I informed the point keeper during the actual cheating and he just looked at me and shrugged. Not a huge deal, but our table wasn't cheating so it's just annoying. I left the waiter a horrible tip and he came back to the table and harassed me about it, and even said it was his only table all night. (Why such poor service then?) I told him great and to leave me alone. Then the owner walks up and asks if there were issues, I didn't want to bring the table down because of my issues so I stayed silent. We went here n Valentine's Day and I ordered 6 wings boneless with the teriyaki sauce and they came out to the table cold and so super sweet, I didn't like them they were terrible, the waitress asked me if I wanted something else and after I said no 3 times finally I just said ok how about a burger, she looked relieved and sent order in then brings me a side salad with wayyy to many black olives and when the burger arrived it was still very red in the middle and the bottom of my bun was sitting in raw hamburger juice which I took a bite of and that was enough I was not eating a raw burger, the waitress brings the bill for the meal and charged us for the terrible wings and stated that sines there was nothing wrong with them that she had to charge us for them..... Wow HUGE GIGANTIC FAIL PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR MEAL if there was a zero stars I would have voted no stars read more

Great place to get some good wings, have some beers and catch a game!

Have been a fan of flaming Joes for a couple years, and have been very happy with the wings and service. However, the last few times ordering we have found the wings to be sub-standard. Seems like they are flashing the wings so fast that the skin is being served slimy instead of crisp, the wing pieces are too large and the meat is tough. After spending $65 dollars and got no response from management when attempting to discuss our disatisfaction. We will not be returning. To many great restaurants we can spend our hard earned money at. read more

Most horrific service ever experienced in 5 decades! I actually had to knock on the kitchen door to get our server to pour us a couple beers after not even one checkback once food was delivered! It was my husbands birthday and his place of choice, but it was like pulling teeth to get any attention. The place was empty too, which was all the more reason that stupid idiot server girl with the fluorescent yellow jacket should have given us a little more attention. When servers are getting paid the "real" minimum wage, they don't care so much about their tips and how they treat their customers. So sad... It sucked going there and waiting for 20 minutes and having no service. Beard Boy walked by and said hello twice but never asked us if we would like a drink or even a menu. The waitress just walked by and then talked to her friends at the bar and ignored us. We will never waste our time and go here ever again. read more

I called the Flaming Joes ***Valley Location*** & a very friendly guy took my order to go (6 traditional wings & a side salad). I was super excited because I was told I could pick up my order in about 15 min, nice n quick it really was! But then this awfulness happened after it was too late to turn around for me....I opened my to go container & found no dressing for my salad & no silverware for me to eat it with anyways. Pretty upsetting when I was almost more excited for the salad than I was the wings. Just made it EXTRA hard to brush off when all I had left to eat was the wings & I take my first bite & the chicken is like rubber. It wasn't moist at all & really difficult to get off the bone (most wings when cooked yummy & proper will just slide right off) just super disappointing to pay money for a meal that is entirely inedible :/ I won't be back unfortunately ***BUFFALO WILD WINGS*** over this place any day any time read more

Good food. But does management encourage return patronage? Doesn't seem like! We tried Flamin Joe's for the 1st time this week at the north location. Unless you're prudish, it is fine for kids! When we asked our waitress about her personal preferences, she explained that she is new and hasn't had a chance to try some of the menu items. Totally understandable. We placed our order and waited... and waited. About 40 minutes later, we found out they didn't have one of the rubs we had ordered. I picked another and asked to have a couple extra thrown in for our wait, time and trouble. Didn't happen and we even waited another 10 minutes. It is FORTUNATE that the food is so good there because you probably won't leave thinking that the management really values your business (I do not blame our waitress). The valley management seems no better, but the food is still yummy. Went there tonight, ordered and then found out they were out of the beer I wanted. The waitress suggested others, I took a drink of one and sent it back for a Corona. A couple trips later the waitress said she was told I still had to be charged for the first. Um, maybe they should tell you that before they pop the replacement cap off, but whatever. I asked and she confirmed that she explained what had happened and was told I still had to pay for it. That is doubly unfortunate because, for one, it reinforced my first less than great experience, and for two, it cost my waitress another $3.75+ (cost of the beer) that I would've added in gratuity had everyone wanted me to have the best experience possible. The food arrived really fast at this location and our waitress checked on us several times but between both locations it seems they just can't get the entire customer service thing right and that sounds like a management problem. read more
