Firstly, the baby back ribs meat was literally falling off of the bone! 10 out of 10, so delicious and cooked to perfection. The fries were my favorite. Crispy but not too crispy and the seasoning was top tier!! My gf and I weren't a big fan of the baked beans. The service was good! Server was nice! Went to the Granada Hills Grub Fest and this place caught my eye and I was not disappointed! I got the Tri Tip combo with fries and cheesy corn for $14 and it was tons of food! The meat was flavorful and as my boyfriend said "it tastes like the fire licked it." Could be eaten with or without the bbq sauce, I personally prefer without. The fries have great seasoning and the cheesy corn is like gram's mac n cheese recipe but with corn. It's shredded cheddar on top and if you pair it with the fries or the meat, it's a perfect combo. Been driving past this spot a lot. Keep seeing them. Keep saying gotta stop gotta stop. Finally did today. Saw the beer battered fish tacos. Had to try those. $2 a taco decent price. Basically the going rate for tacos that are double tortillas. Man the flavor explosion that happens in your mouth when you taste those is off the hook. Haha pun intended there. Crunchy not dry the chipotle sauce is great ties it all together it doesn't over power the flavor it enhances it. I had them put the sauce on the side so I could put it on myself. I always recommend to others to do the same. My dad ordered the ceviche tostada. $5 it's a little small for the price, but I do know that the amount they put on top of it is quite a bit. I am sure it's not too cheap to make the ceviche it's a good ceviche. I think if they did a little bigger shell might feel like a little more. It's all good though top notch flavors. This is one of the best food trucks I've eaten at. It's better than most restaurants. I'm working on trying everything, and everything I've eaten so far, I've enjoyed. The $2 Tri tip steak taco was very nice. The baby back ribs fall off the bone and would likely be my top recommendation. They do a very nice twist on a lobster roll with onions, cheese, and peppers. For $2, any meal you order becomes a combo with 2 sides and a drink, so you always leave full. Typically I spend $10, which is on the high side by food truck standards, but I always thoroughly enjoy the meal. You get what you pay for! First of all let me update the trucks location. The truck is located on Mulholland Drive at the intersection of Benedict Canyon on the north side of the street. There are a few other trucks in the area but the graphics on this truck really stands out. I've been driving by this location forever and have stopped at the other lunch trucks but never this one. It was early, no line and I was able to park behind the truck. I saw it had a website and checked out the menu on their website. They had great reviews and the Photos of the food looked tasty. I had the tri tip sandwich Texas style. Only barbecue sauce and cheese I didn't want the lettuce, avocado etc. At first sight, the sandwich looked small, but afterwords with a good portion of onion rings it was filling. The tri tip was sliced and cooked perfectly good tangy barbecue sauce. My only gripe would be the bun got soggy. I'd like to try the recommend chicken sandwich next time. read more

These guys rock!!! Met them Thursday night at the food truck expo in North Hollywood. Had the baby back ribs with homemade Cole slaw cheese corn and garlic bread. The meat was so good it fell off the bone. The Cole slaw is great perfect taste the cheese corn just wow. Perfect flavor. Garlic bread was awesome. Finally had a taste of FLG!!! And first up, although it's a drive from my place of work to get here, it was definitely worth it! FLG truck is situated close where Mulholland Dr & Benedict Canyon Dr intersect. Parking on the street you will observe that there are other Food Trucks around but I say this ... Nothing compares to FLG truck's inviting colors, over-all appearance. Even better, when welcomed by the Trucks owner/master chef Richard! The menu was very straightforward, a great selection of mouthwatering dishes priced at $10 (a choice of meat or seafood w/ 2 side dishes & a drink). I ordered the Cajun Shrimp w/ baked beans and onion rings + drink and I have to say I was impressed with the flavors. Definitely Liked it!!! Shrimps served was a good portion, baked beans was pretty tasty and oh, I even forgot I was eating onion rings... Even my friend who hates onions on her food had a taste and it passed her tastebuds!!! I would definitely be back, if it were so close to my work, I can perhaps eat here everyday.
