Rufino was responsive with questions and timely in his work. Quotes were cheaper than other competitors and his work was good. He replaced an old aluminum window with a new vinyl one. The glue was not exactly even but this was minor compared to overall experience. He was friendly in customer service and cleaned up nicely when job was completed. Would consider calling him again to replace other windows if needed. read more

These guys did a great job installing my windows. They look great! They even put back the security bars. It was additional charge to detach/reset the bars, but the cost was less than other places I was quoted. Some other places didn't even have the capability to put the bars back. The job was basically done in a span of two days. They did everything on the work order and really went beyond what I expected. All in all, a smooth process. Walk into Flamingo Windows, talk to a guy Name Rufino. Came out to my house,got the measurements on my bay windows the same day. Gave me a quote. Call me about a week and a half(the time he said it would take to make my windows) He called around noon and said I can install today if you like. I said sure. I took off one star because he missed the appointment time due to rain and I had to call him to find out that he was coming later that day. I purchased sliding closet doors with mirrors. I am so pleased with them. I just received them today. They flow back and forth with ease. After ordering them, they were ready within 3 days. I called and left a VM for Flamingo Windows this morning, and within an hour I got a call back and we discussed my window repair issue. I texted a photo of the window where broken and the guy Rufino gave me a quote over the phone and said someone could come out same day to fix it. We scheduled it for the afternoon, and his guy who came was very nice and very capable and worked at repairing my window for 1 1/2 hours until it was fixed correctly. I thought it might be a little more expensive but he honored the quoted price and I was thrilled to get my window fixed in such a timely manner!!
