This shop is so cute. It's hidden in the little shopping center. A little bit of a line but for a good reason. The drinks are worth a little wait. They do make the drinks fast so no worries if you're in a rush! My daughter loved the strawberry milk with the cream! Good option for kiddos. I bet the cream with a chocolate milk would be good too! Lowkey I don't want to review this place because it was my hidden sanctuary and the only good coffee shop in Cypress. Even Charlie Spencer (aka fresh sketch the day on instagram) has been seen here making portraits of the baristas - that's how you know it's that good. The go to of mine is the Einspanner which is an iced drink that lightly sweet, creamy and very strong. Its a perfect for the summer and even in winter. I usually get this one before work and it does the job of keeping me awake especially when all I want to do is go home. They also sell fresh pastries, I get this apple danish, which is sweet but would go well with their latte or a flat white. The space itself is small, with a couple tables. But they do have a bit of outdoor seating. They also don't have outlets. So for those that wish to study here, go early, bring your portable chargers, and don't forget to tip the baristas. read more

One of the best parts is that they open early, which makes it so convenient when I need a caffeine fix to start the day. Their menu has some great options, but the drinks are what really shine. My absolute favorite is the einspänner, because the sweet cream on top is light, smooth, and perfectly balanced with the coffee underneath. It feels indulgent without being overly sweet. Their Spanish latte is another favorite, with a nice balance of cinnamon.... when I make it at home, I can't seem to get th amount right. The new almond brittle latte series is super tasty too but just be prepared for the almond pieces that sometimes like to get stuck in your gums. It stayed in my gums for a few hours... In the mornings, it can get a little busy, so expect a bit of a wait, but the drinks are consistently worth it. The space itself is clean and modern, and while people tend to be in and out quickly for their morning coffee, it's also a nice spot to hang around for a little while. Parking is never a problem thanks to the large plaza lot, which makes the whole experience stress-free. They put some chocolate syrup, filled half of the cup with milk, and took the cup to the ice station to continue filling the cup with ice!!!!! For a toddler! I said easy ice please, they gave me the cup filled to the half, and the rest of the cup empty . I said do you guys sell half cups now? They said no, what do you mean? I said I ordered a chocolate milk drink for a child and I expected to have a full cup not half cup. They said we'll, we have standard measurements for our drinks... what standard measurements? Filling the cup to the half then adding all ice? Is this how businesses make money now? Then I of course I left the drink because I did not order half a drink! Disappointed with this service. I came here after class to try a new coffee spot and now I come here after every class to study or get a great tasting drink. My favorite is their biscoff latte, one of the best drinks i've had. The servers are really nice and accommodates to all your needs. There's very limited seating, can get a bit loud at times but not loud enough where you can't study or focus. Solid coffee roasters, Smoking Tiger, and other coffee shops around are good too but Flat White Coffee takes the crown. The service isn't really that friendly as this Cafe is very busy all the time. The workers are busy getting coffee out in a timely manner. However, this is understandable knowing how busy they are. The ambiance is nothing to write home about as it is clean but very basic. The seating is pretty limited but most people tend to take their coffees to go. If you're looking for a study cafe. This is not it. I go here whenever I don't feel like making my own coffee. Had a pleasant Sunday Monday visiting this place. They had chill, ambient music on and the workers were just as calm. The shop is very clean, with a wall of their produces, and cute accented decor like their handmade mirrored rug display. They have a cabinet of fresh pastries that looked so appetizing and flaky that I regretted not indulging in. I ordered their iced matcha with oat milk, an earl grey foam top, and vanilla syrup. The flavors were all well balanced and distinguishable. The vanilla syrup was very light and earl grey foam was just the right hint of floral notes for the drink. The matcha had that nice nutty, earthy taste that mixed well with the oatmilk. Not bitter at all. This was such a treat to start my day. Beware though, as I was leaving there was a bit of a 10am rush so come early or later as you might run into the post brunch crowd coming from IHOP or country cafe which share the same shopping center. I got the matcha latte (not ceremonial) and added einspanner cream on top for an extra $1 charge. I didn't realize they also had a ceremonial grade option, so I'll definitely be getting that next time. Even the non-ceremonial matcha was pretty tasty, but it was super sweet. If you're not into overly sweet drinks, I'd recommend getting sugar adjusted. Also the Pumpkin cream cold brew was sooo good. The cream on top had rlly good pumpkin flavor and the entire drink was the perfect amnt of sweetness. The shop itself is really small, only 3 2-ppl tables. The staff are super friendly. I asked how the strawberry milk was because I was craving something sweeter and they said it was delicious, which it was.
