I'll admit that if I'm overwhelmed with a large amount of highly-rated coffee shop options in an area I tend to go with the one that has the cutest mascot. :p --------------- Ceremonial matcha latte: soothing! Very light in taste ("clean-tasting") so if you want something with a noticeable amount of sweetness to it then I recommend getting the regular matcha latte. Pour over: tried the single-origin Colombia here. Very smooth. Toasty in flavor with a tinge of fruitiness. White chocolate matcha cookie: super delicious!! Not only is there a quite noticeable matcha flavor but the cookie is also really tender. Highly recommend getting it. Spinach & kale pastry: flaky-crispy with a decent flavorful filling. --------------- Really chill & friendly cashier lady. First, they were out of their new drink that they promoted on IG (matcha slushie), disappointing when you're not prepared for the demanding announcement of a new drink. So I decided to get another drink, which I've had the specific drink before. When they gave to me, I noticed toppings were missing this time, I asked why and, they said they're out. I told them they should've let me know when I ordered cuz I would've ordered a different drink, as it's not complete for that you pay for when it's missing toppings that make the drink all around good. Not sure if it's due to new owners or what, they definitely didn't give the right approach to make a customer want to return on a regular basis. They should've offered a replacement of a different drink since this did not include all of the recipe. read more

Not too sure why this place has such high reviews. I had a lavender latte and it was good, but nothing out of this world. Inside it's small with very limited seating. Only 2 tables for outdoor seating. They also have a small selection of pastries available as well. Service was good, but again nothing made it stand out. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back here in future. read more

I've had this place bookmarked for a while and was finally able to try it. I came on a Sunday right before 3:00 PM which is when they close and I was so surprised to see there was still a line to order. There's a few tables inside and outside. Ordered the following: Biscoff Latte ($6.25) - I always get worried about lattes being too milky, but this was perfect! I could taste the espresso/coffee still. There's also biscoff cookie crumbs on top. My bf didn't like this and thought the crumbs made it taste more like food rather than a drink, but I still thought it was good. Signature Einspanner ($5.95) - this is a short latte with their house made cream. Love this latte as well. It's not too sweet and I thought it was a good balance of the cream and latte. Also liked how you can taste the coffee still. Overall, I will definitely be back when I'm in the area. Even with the line, we didn't have to wait too long for the lattes. read more

If you love flavored lattes, give this place a try. If you're a coffee nerd who's picky with their coffee, I'd be a bit hesitant to recommend this. I tried the biscoff latte; I enjoyed the maple and biscoff flavor, but the coffee itself is okay. The coffee has a strong roasty flavor, but if that's the flavor profile that you like in your coffee, then you'll probably have no qualms here. You probably won't taste the roastiness too much anyway if you order a flavored latte, in my case the maple and biscoff flavor combo hides some of the roasty flavor which made it more enjoyable for me. I tried the biscoff latte this time and the brown sugar syrup was a bit too overwhelming for me. It had a slightly burnt taste and I couldn't taste any of the cookie butter. It did have a heaping scoop of crumbled Biscoff cookies on the top though. I also had some of the einspänner which I liked much more. Was my first time here, but had to check out because I had heard good thing. It's very close to a doctors appointment I had and stoped by before. It was not that busy inside and the workers were super helpful with it being my first time. My mom got the Spanish latter and I got the iced americano with the house foam. I enjoyed my drink but thought it had too much ice for drink. Would like to try it out again but still a delicious drink! The inside was very modern, classic, and open. Great spot for coffee in Cypress! This Korean cafe serves Einspänner lattes and quality coffees. I came to study on a Friday afternoon and it was pretty busy. They have a few tables and free wifi, but no outlets. I got the Biscoff latte with Einspänner cream and the Family Brew. The Biscoff latte was sweet and creamy from the Einspänner cream and I enjoyed the crunch of the Biscoff cookies. The Family Brew had more of a sweet coffee taste which I thought was pretty solid. Overall I enjoyed the coffee here and would definitely come back to try their other drinks. The only downfall is that there are no outlets and it can get very loud and busy making it less ideal of a spot to study at. read more

I've been coming here forever bc it's my favorite! Seating inside is limited and the cafe is fairly small, so it's more of a grab and go type of cafe, although they offer serving their drinks in mugs if you dine in. The wait tends to be longer on weekend morning as the line can grow out the door. Their coffee drinks are consistently great, and I love getting the Einspanner, or adding the einspanner cream to any latte. The matcha lattes run a bit sweeter but are creamy and delicious. Great service as everyone is always so friendly, and the pastries are delicious too. read more

My husband and I stumbled across this Yelp page while looking for a coffee shop to try out in the area. We decided to try it based on the photos of their cute shop and drink menu. We ordered an Iced Strawberry Latte and an Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte. Drinks came out in a good amount of time, esp since the cafe was pretty crowded. There's only a few places to sit down since the space is small inside. The strawberry matcha comes with a strawberry puree while the strawberry latte comes with a strawberry syrup. I'm curious to see why they do that and if it's possible to get the puree in the latte because their strawberry puree is super delicious! The Einspanner is one of their Signature drinks. It is a latte with a dollop of their own recipe of homemade heavy cream. I ordered my latte with oat milk to minimize the stomach ache from the dairy but the heavy cream still had cow's milk in it. The cheddar cookies were savory cookies. They had a hint of cheddar that hits the palate just roght. The staff were friendly. The store was packed at 1pm on a Sunday. There were a wide range of customers and they had quite a few mobile orders. Turn around time was fairly quick. There was a table and chairs for my son and I. Came here on a Saturday morning and parking was impossible to find in the plaza. My husband had to drive around in circles until I came out with the drinks. It was also really busy inside. The matcha lavender latte was good here, but they skimped out on the drink because I asked for less ice. The coffee here is fantastic. I love the Einspanner-- the coffee taste is strong but the foam/cream is thick and rich but doesn't melt into your drink so you can taste both parts distinctly. The drinks come out pretty fast and service is very quick. First time trying Mango Matcha Tonic at Flat White won my heart! Amazing drink for summer! This is so far my favorite go-to for matcha now! Their coffee is also a gem! We tried Biscoff and Einspänner. The Biscoff is more on the sweet side with a brown sugar aftertaste meanwhile Einspänner tastes very strong with coffee! I do appreciate the staff for spending their time explaining the difference of each drink for first time customers like us! Flat white is a must go to! This beautifully decorated space is clean, bright and inviting. My eyes fixated on the freshly baked pastries and breakfast items. The person who helped us was super helpful with going over menu items with us. I landed on the jalapeno cream cheese bacon turn over and the einspanner. The turn over was given to us within a minute and it was toasty and hot. One bite and I was in love! The crispy buttery crust paired nicely with the jalapenos cream cheese and crispy salty bacon. as I was mid bite, my drink was called out. The Einspanner is a perfect creamy and smooth espresso. Service was friendly at the cashier and our drinks took no more than a few minutes to make. They call out your name when its ready. Einspanner was strong and creamy with their regular milk. It had the perfect amount of sweetness and slightly bitter finish. The cream on top had a thick consistency, almost too thick. It was hard to enjoy using the sip spout since it wouldn't really come down at the same time as the drink. Maybe it would be better with a straw but I feel like these drinks are better enjoyed sipping. The cream consistency was off putting for me but still not a bad cup of coffee. Merch had the adorable dog logo on everything. They even sell matcha powder. This spot is pretty small with no more than a handful of tables inside. There is a private parking lot so you don't have to worry about finding parking. Flat White is worth a visit if you're in the area. read more

I've been meaning to try this cafe and it didn't disappoint! The interior is cute and small and I just love their logo and merch. My friend ordered the Einspanner which was great, not too sweet but still nice and creamy. I got the Biscoff Latte with oat milk, which was good and pretty sweet, but is best if you drink right away. I enjoyed my first half of the drink but since the top is topped with Biscoff cookies, they'll sink to the bottom. So if you take your time drinking it (like I did) the cookies will sweeten the drink even more and get soggy at the end. Still a yummy drink but I'd just recommend drinking it right away. I'd definitely come back to try their other drinks or just get the signature Einspanner! Seating is pretty limited here, half the customers were sitting and chatting while the other half was there getting work done. People come and go pretty often so it's not too hard to find a seat!
