We happened to visit this place after our original planned changed for lunch. We have never been so happy for such a delicious surprise! We were lucky to catch them during the winter break (schools) and enjoy their extended hours. We've lived in New England (RI) for nearly eight years and have not found a single pizza place that we've 110% enjoyed every morsel until we came here. We, including our 2 year old daughter devoured nearly every slice of the large pizza. Even during COVID, the ambience was perfect and just what we needed with warm food, friendly staff, and a generous menu of options. We even splurged on desert and again, enjoy every single morsel. Oh, and the lemonade is sooo good!! We most certainly will be visiting again and can only hope they expand to Rhode Island one day! (Please?) Been coming to this place atleast once, every time we visit North Conway now. This weekend we visited, and the waiter noticed my fiance looking at her ring at the table (we had just become engaged that day.) He asked if we were celebrating something and we told him, which he congratulated us on. When it came time to pay for our pizzas, he comped the pizza on the house only charging us for beer and dessert. He said "we just wanted to celebrate with you guys!" Honestly the kindest gesture I've ever experienced at a restaurant. Not to mention the food is top notch. We love their pizza. The simplicity and the deliciousness of their pizza makes this restaurant a must every time we're in this area.

Was looking for a place to eat around North Conway after hiking around some trails in Bretton Woods and we decided to drive all the way down because we heard North Conway had better food... and man, this place delivered. If I could have had three of their Mama Mia pizzas instead of the one Mama Mia, Mushroom Sausage, and Chicken Bacon Ranch, I'd be in heaven. That's not to say the other two pizzas were disappointing, they were actually quite good too. The Mushroom Sausage had fresh tomato sauce, crispy bottom/crust, and the sausage mushroom combo was a classic flavor combo. I didn't have much of the Chicken Bacon Ranch, but it shared similar crustiness (the good kind) with a different flavor, so still good. Great food, big venue, cool atmosphere with the open kitchen where you can see the blazing hot pizza ovens and the efficient workers shuffling around. The only complaint I would have are that the drinks/cocktails could be better, as they were just average. Otherwise, this is a must-go. read more

Flatbread Company offers a decent woodfired pizza. They use fresh ingredients, many of which are locally sourced (a huge win in my book). The pizza itself is quite good. I went with the Jay's Heart and the crust is fluffy and full of flavor. There is extra flour on the crust that isn't necessary, but it doesn't interfere with the flavor. The cheese is tasty and the sauce is excellent. There are also plenty of spices on the pie that add an extra layer of flavor. The vegan pizza is also fantastic. It features the same great sauce and some delicious caramelized onions. Overall I was very impressed with the pizza from the Flatbread Company. read more

Food is always amazing. Fresh, local, and cooked to perfection. Not sure what is in their salad dressing but it's addicting! I love the vegan options as well as we have a vegan in the family. Only thing I like to see less of is their political signs. A lot of Biden and BLM signs. I like to go out to eat to avoid politics and relax. read more

The staff were excellent and I really like the organic ingredients but it just need more seasoning. Might try this place again. Let me start with saying that I have mixed feelings on this restaurant. My first impression upon arriving was bad. We had put our name on the waitlist on yelp prior to leaving the hotel. The estimated wait time was 10 to 15 minutes when we put our names on the list. Upon arriving, we were told that the Wait time was incorrect and it was at least a half hour. We decided to wait as not many restaurants in the area are open due to Covid. About an hour later we were finally sitting at a table. We ordered a couple of sodas. And then waited about 15 minutes before we could put in our food order. I usually start every meal with a side salad. However, this restaurant does not have a side salad on their menu and the only salad they do have is eight dollars. I refuse to pay eight dollars for a starter salad. So we just ordered two small pizzas. The pizzas were very good and I liked the fact that they had a vegan option that I could get with or without vegan cheese( they charge extra for vegan cheese). In my personal opinion, I may go back here because the pizza was good however I thought it was very pricey for what it was and I did not like that they charged almost 3 dollars more for vegan cheese. The pizza was excellent although it took a long time for us to get our meal. We noticed people that came in after were getting their orders and actually finished before we got ours. When we questioned it , the order came right out with apologies and they actually took the 2 pizzas off the bill along with a complimentary dessert! It was worth the wait! read more

Fantastic clay oven pizza. I just wanted to make that clear. We showed up before the rush. It took a minute to seat us, but there was no obvious crowd ahead of us. Once we were seated we were well served by our waitress, Lynn. She told us about the fare and the specials. She explained, and we saw that the restaurant was an open kitchen and clay oven cooked local fare. Liz ordered the organic salad with goat cheese, which was really fresh and really smooth. The fresh goat cheese contrasted the leafy crunchiness. It didn't last long between us...yeah, I ate some of Liz's salad! We also tried the Carne pizza. The Carne was a local sausage pizza topped with tricolor peppers. It was really good. The restaurant is connected to a hotel and occasionally we would see folks come in in their pajamas to eat. Overall, this place is a must try for visitor to North Conway...but I just found out that there are others! So, if you find a Flatbread Co. try it out...if in North Conway, rest assured you will be treated well and eat well too. read more

Interesting pizza joint with a hippie vibe. Large open room with two large wood fired pizza stoves. Went for a late lunch so it was pretty empty. It was a little smokey too. We split a salad and it was watery :( The pizza was good with a nice crispy crust. Tough to give a full review on this place as they weren't seating indoors due to COVID, and they didn't provide any outdoor seating. We had to search about a bit in the dark front garden of the hotel for a bench to enjoy our pizza - that was a bummer. But that aside, the vegan pizza was decidedly tasty. We ordered one with vegan cheese, one without. Heavy on the olives and a little moist in the middle, but the outer crust and sauce was delish. Salad was good. Front desk folks were friendly. What a delicious find! We were camping and exploring in the area, and stumbled into Flatbreads to catch a late lunch. We walked in and immediately felt the love and pride that goes into the food. Beautiful, colorful murals painted as you enter and the delicious smell of spices and garlic fill the air. Two big stone pizza ovens sit right in the dining room for patrons to watch the art of pizza making happen. We say outside to enjoy the day. A small patio outside awaited us, surrounded by metal basins growing spices such as basil and oregano. The menu is simple, but boasts flavor and contentment. Most ingredients being locally sourced and organic means you know you are putting good food into your body and the flavors pack a punch. We settled on a sausage and pepperoni pizza and a kalua pork pizza. I topped it off with a local brew. The pizza was amazing. The fennel sausage was super flavorful and the pepperoni had a twinge of sweetness. The bbq pork was brought out by the goat cheese and pineapple. After a way-too-long timeshare presentation at Eastern Slopes Inn we were famished. Flatbread Co is attached to the Inn so it made sense. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting. The staff was nice but not extremely personable. They have a pretty limited menu but what they do have is SO GOOD. We got the basic cheese pizza and the Mopsy Kaluha pork pizza. The crust was so crisp and perfect. The toppings all complimented one another so wonderfully! The only thing I could she is I wish there was more pork. Came last night for dinner and was extremely impressed. We sat by the wood fire oven and ordered two small pizzas - the Kalua and the community flatbread. I am from NY so I have a high standard for pizza and this met my expectations. The ambiance was amazing - great big high ceilings and wood everywhere. And the smell coming from that oven is to die for. But the pizza - just wow. I never thought to put mago bbq sauce on a pizza with pork and pineapple but wow - I don't even like pineapple on my pizza and this place made me a believer. And the community flatbread - I forgot to tell them not to put mushrooms (I don't like mushrooms) and I didn't even care they were so good. We will probably get a pizza to go on our way out of town !
