We were in town for a couple of days and chose GH based on Yelp reviews. Since we were traveling with kids and weren't sure how many pizzas to order, we decided to dine in rather than do takeout. One thing that disappointed us was the service model. We were given menus, but then had to return to the counter to place our order and later go back to pick up our food when it was ready. Essentially, the only thing we didn't do ourselves was make the pizza. It seems like many pizza restaurants have moved away from traditional customer service while still prominently displaying tip jars. Personally, I've become less inclined to tip in situations where customers are doing most of the work. That said, the food was excellent. We ordered a cheese pizza and a chicken calzone, and both were outstanding. The pizza was delicious, and the calzone was one of the highlights of our meal. We genuinely enjoyed the food and would order it again. Since I had already left a tip in the jar and staff were actively cleaning tables, I left our trays on the table when we finished. We were renting a condo, and the condo owner recommended GH PIZZA as a tasty option. Called in order after visiting Ice Castles. We we ordered a Tossed salad, an order of buffalo wings, and a simple pie we built. Tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and pepperoni. The pizza was okay. All the toppings were on the inner half of the pie, so the toppings made the end of the slice really floppy, and after the first third of the slice, it was only cheese. Felt like it was thrown together. The tossed salad, had 2 olives, and overly large handful of slivered onions, 3 tomato pcs, and green pepper strips, half of which were like 1/4 pepper sections and a single portion of dressing. Definitely not worth the $10 price point. The wings were okay, but lacking buffalo sauce. Tasted like pre-packaged frozen wings that come with the seasons/spice already on it, and all they do if drop them in the fry-o-lator. Overall we ended up with a $60 bill for Take out for the above items. The pizza was almost 40 bucks for the 16 inch large, because Building your own was over $3 per item. The kid on the phone was pleasant, and energetic, and we ended up with him in person when we went in for the pick up. Place seemed clean, but definitely gave feel that take out is their mainstay. We were starving after hitting the Lost River Gorge and so we called GH pizza and ordered a chicken BBQ pizza and a garlic bread and it was so good! The crust was delicious and there were plenty of toppings. The garlic bread had a proper amount of garlic (A TON). As far as out of NY pizza goes it was very good, I believe a type of ready made dough, nice crust tho, decent sauce, great toppings (I got the Mediterranean pizza). On a recent vacation to New England, we ate at GH pizza which was right across the street from our hotel. The food was ready in 20 minutes as promised, and it was hot and delicious. The people were friendly as well. I got a half pepperoni sausage and jalapeño and the other half was the Greek for my wife, which doesn't have any protein, but it has spinach and feta, etc. We also got the garlic bread with cheese. All the cheese stuck to one side of the garlic bread so half of it wasn't so great but the other half was good. The pizza crust was decent and the toppings were good, but it wasn't amazing. We have had a second home in Lincoln for 20 years and have eaten here many times. I'm not usually a Greek Style pizza fan but it was very good and better than it was a while back. The crust was light and crispy, sauce well seasoned and not overflowing with too much cheese. I called in my order and she was very pleasant. The order was ready on time. Welcome to ski country. Prices are much higher than they should be. We pay Boston suburb prices but Lincoln NH is now very pricey especially for a pizza joint. $25 for a small pepperoni pizza and a small greek salad (individual size small). I stopped by here a couple of Friday's ago with my wife for dinner. We were staying somewhat close by whenever we looked for the best pizza place in the area and GH Pizza came up. We arrived to the restaurant at around 6:30 PM and GH was doing some pretty good business. Most of the table and booths that they had were full and then there was a line of people waiting for their takeout as well. The inside of this restaurant is somewhat small with a counter immediately in front of you, a garbage can next to that and finally a soda machine. This is type of place where you order your food and then go take a seat waiting for your number on your check to be called. For whatever reason, ours ended up getting delivered to our table which was nice but I didn't see that happen to anyone else. For our pizza on this evening my wife and I decided to split a large pepperoni pizza. Whenever it arrived at our table it was piping hot and looked good with all of the cheese and pepperoni on it. Thankfully it tasted just as good as it looked! There was an ample amount of cheese on it and it had a good flavor while the pepperoni was of good quality. Then the sauce made itself known without being overpowering and last but certainly not least was the crust which was cooked nicely and had a good crispy exterior. Within a very short time both my wife and I had eaten our share of the pizza and were both full. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. My wife and I both enjoyed the pizza and left GH Pizza happy and full. read more

Considering the lack of options, this pizza is the most acceptable of the bunch. Not just my opinion, but I asked quite a few people and also spoke to others about where I ate. It was weird, everyone was talking about pizza... The pizza is not NY finest, or gourmet brick oven stuff, it's just generic electric/gas oven like in most pizza by the slice shops. Except, no pizza by the slice here, only mini pies. But it is acceptable, and better than anywhere near. The menu is pretty large, some sandwiches and pasta dishes, if you want to be fancy although this is not the right place to be fancy. Soda refills are 50 cents in honor of Fitty Cent, no joke. It was fine, probably the best you can get for it being NH. Spoiled from living in NY so probably not the most accurate review if you are a local or not from NY. We ordered calzones, which to me is a large folded dough heavily stuffed with mozzarella, ricotta, and whatever else you want. Their calzones are flat and more like a pizza. They tasted very good. But they are not calzones. The eggplant grinder (hero) tasted very good, but I did not care for the thick skin that was left on. The Greek salad was alright, mostly lettuce and not much flavor. We have been going to GH for a few years now. This place is one of my favorites. A large requested restaurant for family gatherings on the we want something good but don't want to cook night. I have not really tried all of the other items on the menu sadly but when we go I got to have the veggie pizza and the meat lovers pizza. THIS PLACE DOES NOT go light with the toppings. THIS PLACE really wants you to be full before the pizza is gone. Some day I will change it up. This last time we were there my wife and I decided to take my inlaws for their first time. They were amazed. My mother inlaw has a tiny appetite and she even had 3 slices and almost went in for a 4th. Also, when we were there I believe one of the owners heard a young lady having a fit. He walks over asks if he can help and in short talks to the little one and gets her to calm down. Leaves the girl with a smile and heads back to the oven. THAT is above and beyond! Super solid food! We ordered two grinders and a small pepperoni pizza. Everything came out exactly as we requested it and tasted fantastic. The grinders were crisp and FULLY loaded with meats and cheese. No skimping here! The thick pizza had tons of pepperoni and the crust was crunchy. Everything was fresh and yummy! I'm really picky when it comes to ham grinders and pepperoni pizza. It's my Kryptonite! So when I find a good place....I stick with it. My fiancé said his meatball sub was savory and cheesy.
