I've had Enzo's before and I was disappointed today. There was a flavor that was off. It was tough to tell if it was the cheese or sauce. Stayed in Lincoln for a weekend and happened upon Enzo's. Got the Italian sub and an order of mozzarella sticks and split with the hub. The mozzarella sticks were great - had to put in microwave for a few to enjoy the cheese a bit more. The Italian sub was fantastic. Meats and bread and cheese all great. Even a little kick. Plenty of food for 2. Restaurant has a lot of seating and even a few claw machine type games. Everyone is nice. I hear pizza is great but we wanted to try the sub! Glad we did. read more

This place deserves negative stars! It started off poorly and got progressively worse. 1. We has a new person taking our order (we were patient) but the person behind us in line was done ordering and got her food before us 2. The 2 adult meals came out first. We were able to eat them and still wait for our 8 year old daughters pizza. We were told it was almost out. 3. We approached the counter once we had finished and her pizza still wasn't ready. We were told it would be one minute. 4. Five minutes later my husband, very patient, went back to the counter and was told our daughters pizza was given to another customer. I saw my husband like I never have before in a restaurant raise his voice and get pissed at the the Enzo crew. He was ready to suplex the staff. 5. I stepped in, heard the situation and was forced to decide between a refund and waiting for a whole new pizza which wasn't started. Mind you... Enzo's was not bumping at 7:15pm on a Friday night. We should have known from that! 6. The owner steps in (Enzo?) What a lovely jerk. Instead of an apology he freaked out that it was just a mistake. While our child is starving and an apology simply goes a long way. After we entertained his attitude, we forcefully requested he apologize to our daughters face. Which he did but honestly he did not finish our transaction as he turned us over to his teenage cashier. What great skills! We took the refund and ended up getting McDonalds for her that late. To top it all off... My steak and cheese when delivered was cold and flavorless. My husband's buffalo wings that were advertised as fresh were gross frozen wings. I was told the large pizza was charged as if it were an entire meat lovers pizza because there is an "inconvenience fee." I was told they don't make 1/2, 1/2 pizzas - thus, the inconvenience. Wow! A customer is told they are being charged because their order is an inconvenience. $48.50 for pizza in Lincoln, NH. And, the pizza was just ok. We love Enzo's pizza, it is so delicious, a good size, and reasonably priced. We go out of our way to stop by during the week for a pie. Today is Saturday, about 11:30 AM, first time here on a weekend. Won't do that again!! Pizza had too much crust, but honestly it was the immature kids working that made it tough to sit at the table and enjoy our lunch today. I don't want to hear about their experiences with dating, breakups, conquests, etc, or the F bombs. They were just so loud you could not escape it; especially the one girl there who was laughing so loud at the two boy's stories. We could definitely tell the boss was not around!! Maybe they are not aware of how loud they were. I do have to say that service was still good. They took our order right away and delivered to our table when it was ready. I was suspicious but hunger and fast food made the decision. We had to order and prepay. Man at the counter where we prepaid and took our order had a pushy attitude like it was a biker bar or he delt with regular A-holes all day. After our salads came we realized they forgot to bring out the salad dressings. Went back in to let them know and the same guy gave an attitude like we we asking for extra. Almost charged us. 6 employees were not wearing masks in the kitchen and at the POS system. However, the sign on the door stated masks were required inside. Disappointed in the lack of concern regarding customers and guidelines. This place ended up being our fall-back after our first choice (a Thai place just down the street) was inexplicably closed. The initial difficulty here was in turning across westbound traffic into the shared parking lot for the plaza in which Enzo's is located. Traffic was surprisingly steady (coming from where, I have no idea) on a Sunday evening around 6:15 pm. We made it and entered the restaurant. The drill here is to order at the counter and then have the food brought out to your table. The menu is about what you'd expect - pizzas and some pasta, along with salads. They also had wraps. We placed our order and found a booth. This place appeared popular with families with young kids, probably as they could get large pizzas to feed them at reasonable prices. The vibe was 'utilitarian'. We didn't have to wait too long before our food arrived. My wife was okay with her wrap, and the ravioli pasta I got was pretty basic. It may or may not have been frozen at some point. We split a salad which was okay. If you're hungry, you can get a decent meal here. It won't set new culinary standards for you, but odds are that isn't why you stopped in. If you just need calories to fuel the rest of the day's adventures, Enzo's can accommodate that. read more
