Very laid back, friendly and he joked that I was a bit of a trick problem but he got me (in terms of having to cut out the seasonings) which made me laugh because he normalized my restrictions, not making me self conscious at all for the fact that my body is difficult. He should be held up as a gold standard to other employees in resturants throughout the country. I also had the key lime pie and oh dear my.... AMAZING. I wish I had gotten a second piece to go! Overall, it was the first five star experience that we have had in our nine days of traveling and three other times at Florida restaurants.
