We came for brunch and were seated in a timely fashion as we did not have reservations. The bottomless mimosas did not disappoint. But more importantly, the food was amazing. My omelette was beyond delicious and the crème brûlée donut for "dessert" knocked this one out of the park. We will be back for sure!!! read more

This a a hidden locals restaurant on Wilmington Island. Cozy spot to have a delicious lunch or dinner with great service. Had the steak with 2 sides. It was cooked to perfection. The menu had a good selection of appetizers and entrees. Daily specials are offered during the week. The prices were very reasonable and the portions were a good size. Will I be back? There were 4 of us here for an early lunch. We were seated right away as the place began filling up with locals. Our waitress was attentive and took our order quickly. The fried platter mistakenly came out as an appetizer, which was on the day's special menu as an entree. As a result, one person awkwardly ate while 3 of us looked on and on. Multiple tables coming in after us were served before our food came out. The waitress was very apologetic and we did receive a discount on our bill without asking. So, the problem was handled well, but did put a damper on the overall experience of the restaurant. The food was very good. First time visitor with no intentions of returning. Young kid at the door asked if we had reservations. No, you site outside on the patio even though there appeared to be many open seats inside. No salt or pepper shakers on patio tables. (WTF) Over priced for lunch except for the $9.99 pot roast special that needed some salt. Waiter was loopy as heck. It was a tad bit chilly so the waiter tried to get the propane heater working but it ran out of fuel. All in al, not a great first experience so I have many other BETTER locations for the future. read more

Food was excellent from appetizers, to entrees to desserts. Service was friendly and efficient. It's a small and cozy restaurant with some covered outdoor seating. It was too hot for us to sit outside so joined the indoor crowd. It can get a bit loud but nothing too bad -- a little louder talking helped. Location is a bit tricky (behind the orthodontist office -- pass Truist Bank to get to it on same side of the shopping center as Ace Hardware) but we had scouted it out earlier in the day and made dinner reservations (highly recommend). All of the food was superb except for the NY Strip Steak, which was served stone cold. It has a lot of gristle and was one tough piece of meat. They also forgot the garlic sauce that was supposed to cover it. It's a shame that this one bad dish ruined our experience. read more

What a find. Beyond the typical local seafood, bringing in the curry levels up the flavor. Freshly made, the curried shrimp and crabcake sandwich is packed full of crab meat and not fillers. The hush puppies have a good traditional flavor with a little punch of crab. Delicious. Small place. I have a feeling I was lucky to get a seat because I showed up right after they opened. I would like to give Lili's another try. I ordered the Vegetable Curry add Shrimp. It was prepared well but it was not flavorful and I was disappointed in my choice. I was staying on Tybee and remembered wanting to check out this restaurant when I was nearby the year before. It was during Covid so we called ahead and made a reservation for the patio. The moment we sat down it started raining. The patio is covered but this was a full on downpour so I was worried we were going to have to cancel our plan, but we were troopers and dealt with lightning and thunder plus a little leak over our table. Honestly, it made for quite a memorable dinner. We started with some wine and the baked brie which is a great appetizer. It's served charcuterie style with nut, berries, salami and more. It's great for sharing and a nice pre-dinner snack. We were both in the mood for steak and the 16oz ribeye was too tough to turn down. You can add fried shrimp or oysters for an upcharge and we both chose to add one of each. There was a lemon aioli we got on the side that was so good. You have to ask for it. All the food was excellent and the service was event better. If you're in the area or on Tybee, this is definitely a place to check out for a nice dinner. read more

My wife and I stopped in for lunch today, and it was by far, the best meal we've had on Wilmington Island so far. I ordered the All Vegetable Curry ($12), which consisted of zucchini, squash, peppers, onions, broccolini, spinach, carrots, and tomatoes in a spicy sauce served with saffron rice. It was absolutely delicious. The only negative (and I use the term somewhat jokingly) to my enjoyment of my meal is that Lili's doesn't have any dark beer, so I had to be content with washing down my meal with a 16oz PBR Tall Boy, for a very reasonable $4. My wife ordered the Tuna Poke Bowl Salad ($15), which came with cucumbers, seaweed salad, edamame, ponzu, wasabi-yuzu aioli, masago, and togarashi. She also ordered a side of the Duck-Fat Roasted Tater Tots ($3). She, too, thought her dishes were excellent. I highly recommend Lila's, but be forewarned, as other reviewers have noted, it can take awhile to receive your food. But good food and good cooking isn't always fast. So be prepared for a leisurely restaurant experience. read more

What a neat little place on Wilmington Island. My wife had told me about it and when I had the opportunity to meet an old friend for lunch, I picked it and was not disappointed. The chicken curry was excellent. As good as any Indian cuisine restaurant serves. My friend's Mahi tacos were great too and the duck fat tater tots........outstanding. Second time coming here, both experiences have been amazing. The food and service has been consistently great. I ordered the shrimp and grits while my wife ordered 'the smalls' which is the two eggs and bacon breakfast. We both thoroughly enjoyed our food. Our waitress Olga, was amazing! I have mixed feeling writting this review. I love almost everything about Lili's. The reason I have qualms about writting this review is I don't want everyone else discovering it. Lili's is a small neighborhood restaurant with fantastic food. The menu is varried and everything on it is done to perfection. I especially like the calamari. You can't beat thier daily lunch special. An example of a lunch special is pot roast with mashed potatoes and a vegetable with bottomless iced tea for the grand total of $9.99. That is not a typo. Just ask for the special of the day. The sevice good without being over the top. The staff is friendly and happy to be working. The ambiance is comfortable. I like that I can sit outside and be comfortable. The indoor seating is nice and clean, with a good bar. read more

Came here for the fish tacos, but unfortunately we didn't know that was a lunch menu item only. From the dinner menu the 3 cheese and spinach ravioli was really good. They had a shredded beef short rib on it. Really enjoyed the crab hush puppies as well. I'll be back for those tacos. read more

Don't let the outside fool you. When I pulled up here I initially thought I was in the wrong place. We ate outside so I cannot speak on the interior. The wait staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. As a first timer here I had to try several items off the menu as I do anywhere. Started with the pot stickers and calamari. I am so picky about calamari because most places it's too chewy to stomach. Not here. Perfectly breaded and cooked. The pot stickers were also 10/10. For my main I had the scallops and again. PERFECT. The star of the show was the steak. Barely needed and knife and was easily one of the best steaks I've had in the Savannah area. read more

I stopped in for a quick lunch and was immediately greeted by a friendly waitress. It's a small, cafe style restaurant with some seating. I sat at the bar since I was alone. The bartender was equally kind, brought me a menu and described, in detail, their lunch specials. I decided on the Shrimp & Chips special. My lunch was ready in user 10 minutes. A Gerber it's portion of lightly breaded fried shrimp, seasoned fries and a fantastic cole slaw. Overall, fantastic, friendly service and great food. A nice place for lunch. read more

If there was a gold star review I would give it to Lili's. I visited for the first time in 2017 and literally reached back out to my prior Airbnb host for the recommendation because I couldn't visit Savannah again without coming by this place. We came for dinner our first night and was blown away by the food and service. Hearing that they had a special brunch Sunday's, we made a reservation and came back the next morning. (Reservations highly recommend with limited seating due to COVID) In terms of service- the staff is small and really functions as a team. No matter who your server is they are all happy to help with anything, clearing the table, or running food. In terms of the food- just WOW. All of the flavors are so unique and made from scratch. I really day dream of visiting Savannah again just to visit Lili's! (Until then, we'd love a location in Atlanta) read more
