Machelle is amazing! She makes the Brazilian as painless as possible--definitely the least painful I've ever gotten (I'm no expert but I'm no noob either). And there was no pain or irritation afterwards (like at Euro Wax where they rush and do a bad job). She makes you feel very comfortable and is easy to talk to. I can't recommend her enough! Also, it can be a bit confusing to find her. It's a little grayish two-story building and enter by going up the stairs on the right side of the building. Machelle is absolutely wonderful! Having tried multiple waxing locations, I switched to waxing myself since I did a better job then most of them. However, I was unable to wax myself due to a fracture elbow and I found Machelle's deal on LivingSocial. Each experience since has always been pleasant. Machelle does a great job and is very thorough. She doesn't rush and makes you feel comfortable. Half of the time I don't even feel the pain while she's waxing since we're both chatting away and laughing. She's extremely knowledgeable and doesn't try to force feed you products to buy like some others. I recently got a "quickie facial" from her and it was incredible. Just had my first facial ever - wow, what a difference! My skin is glowing! I had the "get to know you facial" which included a cleanser, exfoliation, and steam treatment. While the steam worked its magic, Machelle treated me to a relaxing neck and shoulder massage that felt like heaven. I also had a microdermabrasion treatment, which I think helped to remove the many years worth of dull, dry skin layers. Finished off with a tinted moisturizer with SPF. I feel like I have a new face! Machelle also gave me a small sample cleanser to take with me (since I had no cleanser at home - I'm pretty low-maintenance with the beauty routine!). Let me just start by saying that I have never had a wax or a facial before, on a whim, I decided to give them both a shot. Before the wax I was super nervous, but Machelle was amazing! She made me feel completely at ease right away! And while it wasn't the most comfortable thing, she helped me get through it and now I keep coming back. I was having some issues with my skin the beginning of the year and was starting to break out and was trying everything. During one of the wax sessions I was speaking to Machelle about it and she suggested I try a certain product, which she had trial bottles for. I loved the product and then decided, what the heck, I will get a facial. Three facials later, with obviously clearer skin, I cannot thank Machelle enough! I bought her Groupon and I LOVE her! I get microderms about once a month because the estethicians at Ulta reccomend it. But when I told her this, she looked at me shocked and said "what! You're so young. You definitely don't need to do it that often, your skin is fine and they're just trying to swindle you". Had my brazilian done by Machelle today and it was a great experience! Plenty of outside parking, walk up the stairs of a cute victorian house and Machelle is in that building. She has a cute, clean room and lets you pick the music she plays while you have your waxing, facial, etc done!
