We had a reservation for 330. We sat at a back table which offered a good side view of the water but after a while continued to melt us with direct sun and heat! An umbrella was offered but when it's in the 90's, not much will help! Our waitress was very rude and shouldn't be representing Fleetwood's. The coconut cocktail was yummy as were crab fritters. We ordered our hamburgers medium and it arrived 20 minutes later well done. Big hype but a big disappointment! read more

The rooftop bar is great for the view and happy hour drinks, but the food was actually pretty bad. We ordered oysters and they were extremely dry, and I got an Ahi bowl that had avocado on it that was old/brown (part of it was grilled as it was supposed to be, but part of it was brown), and the bowl in general lacked flavor. I wouldn't recommend going here for anything other than drinks and the rooftop views. read more

We came to Fleetwood's for their great happy hour on our first day in Maui and fell in love with their food and drink selection. The $1.25 oysters were some of the best oysters we've ever tasted! The bartenders were so accommodating. Also the music performed by May and Steven on Monday nights was so amazing! They were both so friendly and humble upon talking to them during their intermission and to our great surprise, Steven grew up in our hometown in California! We visited Fleetwood's on Tuesday, but this time to celebrate our surprise engagement with my parents! The hostess was so patient with me and even sat us at the table I've been eyeing (right in front of the performer Karrie)! I didn't catch her name, but I definitely want to further extend my appreciation to her for making our last minute engagement dinner so special. The server, Kristen, even cheers to us with complimentary bubbles and a "congratulations" card upon our seating! What a sweet gesture that we will have as a souvenir from one of our favorite restaurants in Maui and one to commemorate our first dinner experience as fiancés! In total, we've visited Fleetwood's 3/5 days on our vacation and the service was always exceptional. On our third visit, our male server took care of us and was so prompt and attentive to our every need during happy hour. My dad even said that it was the best service he's ever had! To our great surprise, this restaurant is owned by Mick Fleetwood and my dad was so hyped about that too, lol. Fleet woods is a must if coming to Maui. The service was impeccable from the host all the way to the bartender. The vibe was 2nd to none with great music and an amazing view of the ocean. We had an a reservation or happy hour, but got the opportunity to stay for the sunset ceremony and the live music. We came to celebrate my husbands birthday and we also came to Maui for our babymoon and our server brought us a glass of champagne for my husbands birthday and a mock tail for me to celebrate. The BLT bruschetta for happy hour was delicious. After happy hour ended 2 seats at the bar opened up so we moved there and had dinner and enjoyed the service of the bartenders Matt and Jake. They were awesome. My husband had the Mai Tyler's while the guys kept serving me yummy mock tails. Oh and let's talk about the food. Matt sold us right when we sat down on the special for the Surf n Turf for 2. Served with beef Wellington, a lovely size lobster tail, scallops, shrimp, mashed potatoes and delightful Brussels sprouts. I just returned from my 1st trip to Maui and my (almost) immediate thought was to post this review of Mick Fleetwood's restaurant in downtown Lahaina. It's a super classy place where the food was dynamite, the ambiance was very cool and the service was A+ friendly. Like everyone else, I'll say it was pricey, but no more expensive than any other restaurant on Front Street. It was worth it because the vibe here is upscale but still super chill; but this laid back aura doesn't seem forced like some other food venues. Not only does it overlook the water, but it's decorated with much of Mick's rock n roll photos/memorabilia from his incredible career (see pics). Most importantly, the seared Ahi Tuna with wild rice (referred by our awesome waitress Ashley) was hands down the best meal I had during my weeklong sojourn. My fullness quotient was at like 95% at that point so we decided to share the banana bread cake with cream cheese icing, and it was so so so tasty that our 8 year old daughter tried to pilfer it from under our forks. In the end I HIGHLY recommend this place even if you don't know who the owner is! read more

Live Music, great food and better company! We pretty much ordered the entire menu and shared everything which was great but the CLEAR WINNER was the Beef Wellington. It was hands down the best entree and we tried a lot of different entrees. The appetizers were great especially the Burbon Glazed Pork Belly side note...don't spill it on your shorts the oil won't come out but those shorts live on as a continual reminder of my great meal on front street. The Gnocchi was also out of this world! Should have ordered another plate! The Herb Roasted Chicken and the Flat Iron Steak were okay but they didn't even compete with the Beef Wellington! The staff here is amazing! Everyone was very friendly and considerate. When I arrived I was feeling fatigued from the heat and two separate people got me cool towels and made sure I would be okay. Arrived at noon on a bright sunny day for lunch on the rooftop. Unfortunately, we were advised the roof dining was closed, it had rained an hour earlier. So we agreed to eat in the second floor dining room. Hostess tried to seat us in a booth that had huge tears in multiple seat locations. Really? This is not a $5 diner. When we complained, we were seated at a nice window table. The fish tacos and fish sandwich were very good. The $20 Cobb salad had very soggy lettuce. Service was not good. When meals were delivered, we asked for salt and pepper. 5 minutes later it still had not arrived so we flagged down a server who brought it. While on a business trip from Northern VA with our company. We all visited here for dinner. The food was to die for. Great portions, and seasoned well. My steak melted in my mouth. The only issue I had was the heat. It was four to our table, and we all was sweating . Some windows were open, and the fan was on, however not blowing in our direction. Tip, when a major insurance company in coming thru with over 300+ guest Invest in more fans, and open all the windows. I love the Hawaii breeze in the evenings, however when only some windows are open, proper circulation is not circulating throughout establishment, which leaves some guest uncomfortable. read more

The boyfriend and I received gift cards to Fleetwoods, so we ended up going there for dinner on my last night in Lahaina. We had eaten a late lunch, so I called to make reservations for a late dinner - around 8:15 p.m. I specifically requested rooftop seating, since our friend who gave us the gift card recommended that option for the view. It was an especially warm, balmy evening, and the rooftop area was actually pretty crowded when we arrived. They had live music, which was nice, but we were seated right next to the musician, which wasn't conducive to having conversation. We decided to give up our rooftop seats and dine inside the restaurant instead ... which proved to be a MUCH BETTER option. It wasn't crowded and it was peacefully quiet. We ended up ordering a bunch of appetizers to share ... it was funny that we went to a steakhouse but neither of us got steak. However, I enjoyed the different items we got immensely. It was basically a sampling of many different dishes that caught our eye. Don't skip the complimentary bread - it's soft and fresh, with a highly addictive salted butter. The prices of the Fleetwood's entrees can be daunting, but I would definitely go back ... just for the mac and cheese (side) and crab cake appetizer. Here's what we got: "Crab Cake": This had to be one of the best crab cake appetizers I've had in a long time. It featured a micro herb salad and lemon basil aioli. The crab cake itself was a decent size, juicy, succulent and fresh tasting. I really liked the lemon basil aioli - it wasn't too lemony for my taste, and I appreciated the taste of the basil. I could definitely taste the shredded crab chunks in every bite. This appetizer was $17 but it was worth every bite. "Beef Carpaccio": We had ordered this app at a different restaurant the night before, so the boyfriend was curious to see how the Fleetwood's version compared. This version featured hand-pressed tenderloin, crispy capers, arugula, roasted garlic oil, shaved Parmesan and herb crostini. We both agreed that the beef in this dish was better than the one we had tried before, but the arugula lacked flavor. The carpaccio we were comparing with had a great olive oil flavor that was present on the arugula, and that made the dish a winner (even more than the beef). While I did like the capers and roasted garlic oil--and beef--I did miss that distinctive olive oil flavor. If the arugula in this dish were more flavorful, that would have sealed the deal for both of us. "Seafood Chowder": The boyfriend ordered this just because I wanted to have a spoonful (without ordering the bowl myself). This concoction intrigued me because it had clams, local fish, braised pork belly, leeks and potatoes. You don't often find seafood chowder with braised pork belly! This chowder was a little saltier, but I did enjoy the taste. I took several bites and didn't exactly know what was in each bite, but I definitely did get a taste of that flavorful, juicy pork belly. I would recommend giving this soup a try if you like pork belly. "Baked Mac & Cheese": Mac and cheese is one of my favorite comfort foods, and this version from Fleetwood's didn't disappoint. I would return to the steakhouse just to get it again. It included cheese and Bechamel, and it came topped with buttered bread crumbs. This had to be one of the best mac and cheeses I've had, thanks to that rich béchamel cheese. The texture was ooey and gooey, just the way I like it, with strings of cheese hanging between the noodles. The noodles weren't overcooked and each bite was seriously dripping with cheese and butter. This dish is sure to please any cheese lover. "Roasted Brussel Sprouts": The boyfriend ordered all the greens in this meal. This side featured Granny Smith apples, pancetta and a mustard seed vinaigrette. By the time this dish came, I was too stuffed of mac and cheese to even try it. But, the boyfriend like the flavors included and took the leftovers home. "Whole Leaf Caesar": If I was hungry for a salad, I would have ordered either this or "The Wedge." The Caesar comprised local baby romaine hearts, housemade Caesar dressing, pancetta, Focaccia croutons and shaved parmesan. The salad was refreshing and I appreciated the fact that it came with lots of cheese and an ample amount of dressing. read more

All on my wife's 30th bday dinner... Wow! What can I say other than the worst experience at a restaurant ever! More review to come as I gather my thoughts. Was told by the manager Carrie or Katie, can't remember her name, we would be receiving a care package from Fleetwood's in the mail due to our HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... It's now been 12 days since I spoke with her and nothing in the mail. I should also mention our friend who made reservations for us had purchased two 50$ gift cards and around 120$ worth of CD's that were never given to us before we left the restaurant. We were sat in corner of restaurant right next to the loud kitchen. My beef Wellington which was ordered medium rare came back fully cooked. My wife did not receive the mash potatoes she ordered as well. Our server was "supposed" to be their best server. To top it off, he being the server blamed it on his chef. I'm letting the cat out of the bag... I have probably been here about 4-5 times since they have opened! Mainly to bring guests for a spectacular view upstairs while sipping on a brew. I have noticed that the service is less than subpar upstairs. It's like the servers have no idea where to go, who has been helped and who hasn't. Mick, if you do just one thing, or make it two, get the upstairs area figured out. Designate zones for the servers. I saw numerous couples get up and walk out because they had not been helped. It's like I have to get mentally prepared to be ignored before walking up there. Second thing, those fish tacos are yucky. So bland... Spice it up! One last thing I saw that kind of shocked me, while a band was playing upstairs, a couple people waltzed over to the front, and started dancing. Awesome, one would think... A group of us went to Fleetwoods to partake in their St. Patrick Day festivities since they were the only ones listed in the paper as having any sort of celebration. There was only a DJ and nothing else. Got to the rooftop bar around 9:00pm and sat at the last high table near the water feature furthest away from the DJ. Waited a bit for our server to help us. When she did come over, you could tell she didn't want to be there. No greeting, just "Can I get you something to drink?" No smile, no warmth, not even a little BS. When she brings the drinks over, just silence and plops down the drinks in front of us. BTW there was no food service at 9pm. Come on now. We wanted to order some shots, so my friend has to walk up to the bar to order since our server is no where to be found. Once up there, she notices our server, asks if she can order shots for our table and is told no, and that she has to order through the bartender. Fine. Bartender gets the shots poured. The waitress comes back to our table and asks if we need anything else - my friend overhears that and asks her why she was told to order through the bar. She seemed a bit confused and tried to explain herself but my friend was already ticked off and just ignored her. We tipped her accordingly, grabbed our drinks and headed to the lounge area right by the DJ to get away from that negativity. All in all, we had a blast. No food service, drinks were great, crowds were pretty thin and service just plain crappy. Will NOT be back. Gonna try Mulligan's next year for SPD. read more

Great reputation, but is failing over time. We started coming here in 2015. We have come every year since, but as the years went on, we noticed a decline in service. Our last visit was in November of 2020. The island was just beginning to come back to life, and we gave grace to the minimal staff to support this business through the pandemic. Now that things are seemingly "back to normal", the service is actually worse than it was when it was barely staffed in 2020. With a reservation for 5:30PM, we were promptly seated to our table. We were not acknowledged by our server until 5:55PM, with only a swift "sorry about the wait, what can I get you to drink?". Needless to say, this did not start the evening off well. The menu has nearly halved in size (don't let the 48 pt font size fool you), and the cocktail sauce for the shrimp cocktail is 95% ketchup. Entrees were mediocre at best. Overall, I felt that we were eating at a cheap chain restaurant, rather than the unique restaurant experience we once loved- especially at this price point. read more

Didn't have much expectations of this place but I do advise to bring your wallet since the food is pricey. We ordered apps but to be honest it was filling. One thing that was good was their pork belly. It was so soft it melts in ur mouth. The scallop with risotto was pricey since u get only one scallop but if u spend $15 more you an get 2 more scallops which is highway robbery in my opinion. The quality of food is great and there's a live band. I think the priced can go down a notch or two but great place to hang since they have a rooftop patio. They also serve free bread. read more

Fleetwood's is such a fun place to be. They have amazing live music on their rooftop (definitely reserve in advance) and the best atmosphere you could ask for in Lahaina. Rachel was a fantastic server that spent the whole night treating/spoiling us like you would treat your best friends. True, honest hospitality. As a local, it's hard not to be roped into the tourist dining experience but she nailed it and made us feel so special. Oysters for $3.50 with a spicy lilikoi marg = necessary. read more

We sat on the sun deck - hands down best view at any restaurant in Lahaina. I had the Cobb salad, so fresh and tasty. My sister had the shrimp lobster roll - one of the best I've had. Went here for sunset beers last night because they have great Lahaina sunset views. We found some couch space upstairs on their rooftop and were greeted by a friendly young man who said someone would be right with us. We ordered our drinks and sat back and took in the people watching a view. When our server brought back out beers he said their sunset ceremony was about to begin. They had a native looking man dressed in traditional Hawaiian clothing and he blew a conch, said some prayers/blessings and lite the torches for the evening. He was followed up by a bagpiper who played traditional Scottish music and even a little Black Sabbath. We did not eat here just the beers but it was a great experience and I would totally recommend sunset drinks! You might even get a glimpse of Mick Fleetwood while you're there. read more

Told the waitress a few in our party had to leave by 6:30, no problem she said. Ordered by 5:15. at 6:15 we spoke up about WHERE IS OUR FOOD? She evidently inspired the cooks as the ice cold plates were brought out within minutes. (hummm) Dead cold, tough as Hades steak, horrid mac/cheese (dry dry dry) Bland mashed potatoes and two tiny tiny tomato garnish. Really? The folks catching a flight had to pack their cold food (meant to be served hot) to go. The only plus were the busmen...they were ON it. Lovely bread. Absolutely amazing restaurant with great decor and roof top. They have something different going on every day at 6pm to have dinner and watch the sunset. It was very romantic. We had a great dinner. Menu was gluten free friendly and server was educated enough to guide me through the menu. Their cocktails are very good as well. Restaurant is pretty big but the top floor rocks! My friend Bud is one of the investors and called in to let them know I was celebrating my bday. They gave us very nice table with great view. The manager introduced himself and mentioned the will bring a champagne but nothing besides what we ordered was brought. Place had a band that night and got very busy. The best place in Maui, and possibly the world. Went twice for HH during our stay. 4-6 pm half off cocktails, wine and beer at the bar downstairs, plus $1 oysters (that are SO good). The rooftop opens up at 5pm, so the trick is to grab a drink from the bar around 4:50 take migrate up there to get a good spot at the rooftop bar. No HH at the rooftop bar, unfortunately, but they DO have the $1 oysters up there :) Best drink is the Lime in the Coconut. Sunset bagpipe ceremony at 6:45p each night is cool. read more

I invited some friends to meet me here for dinner and to catch a roof top evening show as a band I like "Red Dirt" was playing. We were able to score three seats at the bar just as the sun was setting and the bagpipes began. I highly recommending coming up to enjoy the bagpipe show, and grab a drink while you are in Lahaina town. Very entertaining. The live music on the roof is great! I love the idea, and the views before the sun went down were amazing of both the West Maui Mountains, the ocean and Lanai. We put in our drink order, and our food order pretty much right away. I ordered the Little House Salad and the Baked Mac & Cheese. Both were delicious, and the mac and cheese was very filling. However, I didn't feel they really matched the high prices, also once our food was delivered we had a hard time tracking down the bartenders when we wanted more drinks, and when my friend had an issue with her order. We were able to get it taken care of in the end, however she did feel her meal was underwhelming, and time spent trying to track down or get our bartenders attention took away from our being able to fully relax and enjoy the show we had come to see. In the end I recommend this place for the drinks, live music, and the view, but not for dinner. read more

This is a MUST GO to place when in Maui. Amazing food, view, and great live music! Make sure to get w reservation on the rooftop patio at around 6-7 so that you get to catch the live show including Mick Fleetwoods band that are AMAZING! Started off with the Margherita flatbread and Caprese appetizer. The flatbread was so-so, but the Caprese was wonderful! The flavors were delicious, definitely recommend!! Mai-Tyler's were great drinks as well! For dinner we had the Filet, Crispy half Chicken, and Salmon. All were made flawlessly, would recommend any of them as an entree. You can get thin crispy french fries or buttery mashed potatoes as your side, either one are a a great pairing for be Filet steak! The chicken is cooked to perfection and has great flavor. The Salmon came with a really yummy quinoa underneath, very good dish for when looking for a healthy alternative. Oh! And don't forget the pineapple upside down cake! One of the greatest desserts I've ever had WOW The atmosphere at this place is so cool! The live band they comes on is always rocking, and the view behind them is to die for!
