Easily the best beef lasagna I've ever had no cap. I'm usually not a lasagna or red sauce girl, but after seeing so many rave reviews (and hearing people hype it up for years), I finally decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did. Kitchen closes at 11 tried to order at 10:30. That's not 11. Anytime you try to place an order someone always has an attitude.

My Experience at Fletcher's I recently visited Fletcher's to place a to‑go order and was very disappointed with the overall experience. Upon entering, I was greeted by a woman who asked how she could help. I told her I wanted to place a to‑go order, and she pointed me in the direction of where to do so. The restaurant was not busy (about 10 customers total), yet I stood waiting to be helped for approximately 15 minutes. During that time, several employees passed by me without saying anything or offering assistance. Eventually, I walked over to the bar area to try to get help. The bartender initially ignored me and only acknowledged me after Mr. Fletcher himself came out from the back. When my order was finally taken, there was no greeting, and the employee seemed more focused on assisting someone at the bar than addressing me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The floors were very sticky, which made the restaurant feel unclean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] While staff members had their hands out for tips, basic customer service was noticeably lacking. While there were certain things I loved about this place. The bar service and the people, the kitchen detail lacked stamina. Judging from previous reviews, I cannot say that this is how they do on most occasions but this restaurant does have potential to connect with stake rankings and maintain there ability to be the best in the area. On this visit they missed the mark. The bar's set up was decent but they lacked a few advertised items like a draft set up that was in plain view but non-functional "Stella". The crowd was decent and the wait staff appeared to be busy. The fact that the business was there doesn't add up to the experiences that you are set up to endure. Not certain what the deal is but I hope that it gets worked out soon. This place has been here for a long time in a neighborhood that has working class people from all four angels. If Fletchers can stay in tune with the environment then I can see them coming up faster than most in this area. The talent is there, just perhaps maybe a new coach to get the team motivated? Let me start by saying that my low rating is based on the atmosphere and the service. I went here with my boss when we were traveling for work. At 4:30 the place was packed so we decided to try it out. We walked in and were seated immediately. The music was really loud, think night club music. We had a hard time holding a conversation while it was playing. The server had to speak loud just to get over it. It took a really long time to get our drinks, Iced tea and water so not really tough. I ordered the shrimp and grits, this was served with red gravy the way Charleston intended. There were a lot of shrimp and the grits were cheese grits with jalapenos. Not super spicy but enough to let you know they were in there. It came with a salad that I really thought was to small but I was glad because I had more room for the entrée. If I ever go back I would definitely consider this. The server was friendly and knowledgeable but was not really attentive to our needs. She would acknowledge a concern but took far to long to respond to it. My boss ordered fish and even after asking for silverware, ate the fish with his fingers because she did not come back for about 10 minutes. Ok guys this place is a little gem! On nov18, 2021 we stopped in for lunch and wow. We had the oven baked wings lemon pepper and they are awesome also a basket of fries. I honestly have to give this a 3.75 STAR The customer service was not bad me and a friend had lunch there around 12 1ish on a Thursday. Not too busy we received our food in a good time frame and everything was freshly prepared nothing cold. The appetizer (fried mushrooms) was honestly extremely delicious to me! I'm a mushroom lover so this was right up my alley. I didn't think the portion would be so large but hey I won't complain about that! But just a heads up it's definitely an appetizer for 2 or even 4. My main entree was the seafood pasta which was extremely delicious just the right amount of seasoning! The only thing I can complain about was that my mussels weren't all cracked open. The server had me put them on a plate and take them back to the chef for them to be pried open. Shells were everywhere and the mussels lacked flavor because they weren't ready to be opened or wasn't prepared properly to open on their own. The scallops were slightly mushy I like for mine to be pan seared before adding to pasta dishes. Shrimp were fine and the clams were also. Fletcher's is a great sports bar and I'm glad that it's in the neighborhood. The building where it's located has been many restaurants over the years, but none were able to stand the test of time. Hopefully Fletcher's will be much more successful. I've been a fan of them for years, even going back to Al's pizza House on Candler road (anybody remember them???). I've also been to the location in South DeKalb mall a few times over the years. This location is a little nicer than the one in the mall and they always have a nice crowd. I've often seen people host different types of parties here. The staff is mostly pleasant and the service is fast when they aren't too busy. They have a full bar and the drinks are strong. I've only ordered wings from this location and they've always been delicious. My go to order is the sweet heat wings fried crispy with lemon pepper sprinkles (so ATL, lol) with fries and blue cheese. They make their own blue cheese and it's phenomenal. They have plenty of tv's for sports fans, delicious food, good prices and great drinks. read more

They were out of the special sauce that was listed on the menu with it so I had bbq sauce and it was good. my boyfriend had their chicken Philly which came in a thick flour tortilla. He is a big chicken Philly fan and he enjoyed this one, it was cheesy! Unfortunately, we came on a day when Mr. Fletcher lost his father. The staff did the best they could to keep the vibe going. Things moved a little slow but it was as well as expected. I loved the steak and fried Mushrooms. The mushrooms could have used a little seasoning in addition to the Tempura batter. Onion rings was a side totally fried so hard I scratched my gum trying to chew. So, I say them to the side but they too, were fried in Tempura batter and no seasoning. I am such a fan of Fletcher's. Love the food and sports bar environment. Service was friendly and Mr. Fletcher stopping by the table is an added bonus. The turkey lasagna is soooo good, seasoned just right with a nice blend of ricotta, spinach, and marinara. This place had been a regular for me almost every week. So to the point my regular waitress and I hug when I walk in and she knows my drink order (sweet tea, with grenadine, and lemon), but it's becoming problematic. Few weeks ago I ordered 10 wings to go. 5 flats and 5 drums. The flats were fried perfectly battered and golden with flavor. Under the paper they had these 5 dried out drums that weren't battered. Looked like they'd been sitting there all day and they threw them in the microwave. I threw them away and called the next time I was passing that way to simply have the 5 that were messed up replaced. The manager gave me the devil asking if I saved the wings. For what??? I eat here weekly and spend anywhere from $30-$40 each time I come. They eventually replaced then but they still weren't as good as the other flats. The batter was falling all off like they cooked them too fast. So I try again this past Sun and ordered my usual: fried pork chops, greens, with Mac n chz and added mash potatoes. No sooner than I started eating I got super dizzy. But I kept eating it tasted so good. By the time I got ready to leave I had to steady myself I was so dizzy. I got home and almost had to crawl to the bed. I was OK as long as I sat still but I sat up to go to the restroom and puked I don't know how long. I was so sick and the room was spinning like I was about to fall out. I talked to 3 other people who ate with us and they were sick as well. I cleaned for the next 2 days and they wouldn't even answer the phone. I just went ahead and called the health department because I had already peeped the score on the one at Stonecrest but I thought this location off Canton Rd was better but the waiter has told me they ship and deliver food from the other location before. So they're probably serving food from that sane nasty restaurant with ratings of 80 and 83. As good as they're food is, I will never eat there again. Came to this establishment because I was in the area. The parking lot was kinda filled which made me think it's something good about the place. When we entered we were greeted and seated quickly. The place was filled with a private party of some sort. Beside the party the establishment was pretty slow inside. A lot of customer were coming in and out for takeout. The customer service was okay nothing to fancy. The waitress was nice. The restaurant has a full bar. The restaurant was decent. I ordered wing with onion rings and a side salad. I hate that i did not take more pictures. I really enjoyed this restaurants. My soror and I decided to go out to dinner after supporting our Soror and her son at an event just down the road. We have the Rib tip appetizers and that was great along with the stuff shrimp, yes it is 1 stuffed shrimp. The garlic toast was great. I then ordered the shrimp alfredo and it came out hot and delicious. It was a great sauce. I really enjoyed it. I wanted to give this restaurant five stars because I've been to the Fletcher's in Decatur on Candler Rd and was excited to see they put a new one close to my house. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and wings. We had a loooong loooong loooong wait. There wasn't very many people in the restaurant, around four tables of people. The pizza came out first, we tried to wait for the wings, after waiting for a while we went on and ate the pizza in hopes that the wings were soon to come. After such a loooong wait we asked to speak to the manager about the wait. She apologized, gave a few excuses that didn't make any sense at all, then offered to make it right, which helped the situation. What we really wanted were wings and pizza together. I'm not sure what the situation is or the reason we got the pizza way before the wings with hardly anyone in the restaurant. The food was delicious, I'm afraid to return because of the loooong wait. I understand it was around 9pm. I'm know wondering what the wait is with more than four tables full or at Peak time.. Like I said the food is wonderful if you have the time to wait. Our server NICOLE was wonderful through it all, she checked on us regularly and cared about our concerns. I'd be willing to try it here again in hopes that the next experience will be better. One of the people in my group ordered Buffalo shrimp they brought her buffalo shrimp what you can tell was old and microwaved and the buffalo sauce was blue cheese with hot sauce on the top which she told him from the start she cannot eat blue cheese She's allergic to it another one ordered shrimp and a side salad they put cheese in her salad and she told them she cannot eat cheese My understanding the only thing that was good was a pizza that one of the kids ordered everything else was horrible food was cold and you could tell it was cold and the only thing the server could tell us is that they only have two cooks which was not our problem I called in advance that let them know we had a big party coming and they said they could cater to us which was obviously a lie because they couldn't. The restaurant has a bug infestation. they don't break anything down in the kitchen and really clean. Only one or two fryers work. they fry chicken and fish in the same oil. They toilets are always backed up. the ceiling is black from mold. filters are black from mold and mildew. most of the tables in the booths are broke. the employees will eat and smoke vape while serving food and alcohol. the managers drink with the customers all day. this place is a dump and if you care about your health.
