    Croque Monsieur panini, excellent!
    Steve S.

This is the restaurant in the PIMA Air & Space Museum. We had lunch here while visiting the museum. It has a limited menu but what it offers is very good. Chairs are expanded metal and not the most comfortable. You order at the cash register & they bring it out to you. They are fairly quick. I had the Croque Monsieur panini. Since Croque means crunch in French, it's appropriate that the bread is toasted crunchy - and it was. Ham piled high with Swiss cheese and Dijon mustard was in the middle. It certainly hit the spot! I really liked it. I just wish the menu was a bit more expanded.

Quick and simple review. Kind service from one cashier. The menu didn't offer anything vegan friendly or gluten free, basic American cafe food. See menu Mostly self service but if you order they deliver to table.

Lunch - much better than expected!

I visited the Pima Air and Space Museum today. After a few hours of walking around, I was very hungry! The Flight Grill is the only on-site restaurant, so I decided to give it a try. I wasn't expecting much, but I was absolutely shocked at how good the food actually was! I ordered the B-1 Bomber Burger - two beef patties, cheese, and caramelized onions, all nestled snugly between three slices of Texas toast. It was awesome - flavorful, juicy, and hot. The burgers don't come with fries (my only reason for 4-stars instead of five), so I added a side of fries for $3.40. The fires were great as well - hot, crispy, and delicious! My kiddo ordered a corn dog (came with fries and a drink), and he devoured everything - hardly a crumb remained on his tray! Another person in our party ordered the quesadilla, and she couldn't stop raving about it! Prices were reasonable, the facility was clean, and the staff was very friendly! The best part was the backdrop - airplanes and more airplanes! Don't be afraid to give this place a try - they have an extensive menu, including delicious treats like ice cream!

The Flight Grill is a little on the pricey side, but not more then a full blown restaurant. I would complain if the food wasn't so delicious! They have a large enough selection for beverages. Fountain (Pepsi) drinks available for refills. Alcohol (wine/beer) available as well. I was very impressed by their green Chile quesadilla. I requested it with chicken and I have to say it was probably the best quesadilla I've ever had. My husband very much enjoyed his burger as well. In all, I recommend checking this place out and dining here if you're spending the day at the museum. Don't forget to flash your membership card for an additional 10% off or military ID if you don't have a membership :) Plenty of in-door and outdoor seating available. There is a fenced playground area on one side of the outdoor seating too.

    Tuna melt- awesome!

Nice little diner inside the Pima Air & Space Museum. Lots of choices, my only complaint is the cost of things, especially that sides were $3.50, so those fries with your burger will cost ya! Like an amusement park, they know that you have no other options to get food inside (or anywhere near) the museum, and charge accordingly. My higher rating is because I imagine I'll crave another tuna melt from there at some point.

Sonoran Dog! All the locals told me to try one and now I'm glad I did! It was awesome!

So we are at the pima air and space museum and were having a blast and next thing we know it's time for lunch. Well, everyone I talked to in tucson said you should try a sonoran dog. So I tell my girlfriend if this place has it we will eat here since I'm pretty hungry and don't feel like driving to another place. Sure enough it has the sonoran dog so I'm sold! This place has a good selection so it's perfect to eat at before touring or after or both lol. The sonoran dog was really good. It had a bacon wrapped hot dog with pinto beans, tomato, caramelized onions, mustard, mayonnaise & jalapeño sauce. I got the fries as a side. It was so good. This is why I listen to locals when it comes to stuff to try! My girlfriend had a blue cheese burger and she loved it. I'm not much into blue cheese but the burger was juicy from my little bite. I give this place a 4 for awesome views and great tasting food.

WOW, my family & I was able to make it out in Aug. I know, I know not the "Coolest" weather to be walking around outside in but it was well worth the trip. The "Flight Grill" has the most Delicious hamburgers, the bacon burger I believe it was, I have ever tasted. Even the fries were out of this world. Make sure to check the calendar of events for times before going because they usually have an event room for the youngster and a parent to attend & build things. (we built a lot of awesome crafts & even brought them home) So many cool planes & information to look at once on the voyage of exploring planes. The coolest thing is when the employees/volunteers just come up to you with excitement & start explaining to you about the airplanes that are there. The joy & expression on their faces wants them to walk around with you just so they could explain All the planes to you!! The family & I will be going back because of the awesome time we had & not to mention the great food. :-)

    View from dining area.

I don't give many grills 5 stars but this place did really well. The quality of the burgers was way above average and a bit unexpected. Great portions good quality ingredients and clean location. View of the outdoor grounds from the dining area. Recommended.

Very good bacon burger. Good prices. They don't gouge you because you're at the museum. Salad was good but slightly wilted. You also have a pretty good view of the old aircraft sitting out in the desert .

Had the tunafish sandwich. I don't know where they get their rye bread but I wish others would follow suit. It was delish.

We have been waiting for over a year to try this exquisite gem of a restaurant in the Bisbee hamlet…read moreof Warren. Either it was closed, or our schedules didn't work. It was worth the wait, and our only regret is that we hadn't prioritized trying it sooner. Everything was magical, from the laid-back, hippie atmosphere of the street it resides on to the experience once inside the establishment. What makes this even more notable, and further enhances the experience, is the lack of similar dining establishments in deep southern Arizona. One can find fine dining in Tucson, over an hour away and far too far for a simple evening out. That's not to say there aren't decent or good restaurants in Cochise County. However, none excel in all aspects of an evening out experience, from greeting to service to the quality of the meal. We had a reservation and were seated immediately at the only table open in the restaurant. That is a plus for their table management. Within two minutes, our waiter appeared with water and bread. Expressing our joy at this proper start to the meal is impossible. In eight years of living in southern Arizona, we have often observed management and wait staff at other establishments taking five minutes or more to arrive at the table. That delay typically foreshadows a lack of basic service that follows. The bread basket featured freshly baked country bread, accompanied by a small plastic ramekin of butter. We would have enjoyed the butter served more elegantly, but that is a minor matter. The bread was excellent. We had heard that the restaurant's appetizers are a highlight and decided to try three: a fresh bacon, apple, arugula, and beet salad, Mussels Meuniere (which were specials), and Arancini. The salad was beautifully composed with just the right amount of dressing to highlight the flavors of the ingredients. The Arancini may have been the best I have ever had. Perfectly fried balls of tender risotto set in a delicious tomato sauce were an unexpected treat. The mussels, unfortunately, were the low point of the meal. Overcooked and rubbery mussels in a tepid sauce that lacked depth and flavor were a major disappointment. Still, that was the only disappointment of the evening and didn't detract from the rest of the meal. We chose two specials for our main course. My wife selected the Salmon topped with a deconstructed Clams Casino. I opted for chicken cutlets topped with eggplant and a dollop of pesto, served in a rich Roman mushroom tomato sauce. The Salmon was incredible. Perfectly cooked and nestled on a plate expertly nappeed with a sublime sauce, it alone excited the palate. But when topped with a well-made clam casino mixture, the dish became an epicurean delight. The chicken was masterfully prepared and was highlighted by the silky-textured eggplant that topped it. The Roman mushroom tomato sauce was well made, my only minor comment being that a different choice of mushrooms might have taken the dish to another level. That said, I would order it again, and probably will if it's on the menu when we return. The dessert selection had me wishing for a larger stomach. Every item on the menu and the specials board looked enticing. We settled on a Basque Cheese cake with blackberries and bananas. We could not have asked for a finer way to end the evening. Perfectly cooked, silky cheesecake in a subtle white sauce and topped with dollops of fresh whipped cream provided just the right amount of sweet and tart to end the meal. The place is your typical sports bar, well designed with lots of TV's for sports viewing. The beer selection was a bit disappointing, but the beers were cold and reasonably priced. Went for lunch but unfortunately I went during a busy Friday when the freeway was backed up everyone trying to get off at the exit to do some holiday shopping. The concept is similar to a few other chains as far as the staff's skimpy outfit choices. There are plenty of TVs everywhere, so there was basketball and football on and able to be seen from pretty much every spot. We were greeted upon entry by 2 friendly hostesses and were escorted to out table. There is a decent size menu of Mexican food choices. I hadn't had Fajitas in a while so I decided to try them out. I was a little surprised that complimentary chips and salsa are not offered to the table. Fajitas came out sizzling along with all the assorted plates for the tortillas and all of the sides (sour cream, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, etc.). I was a little surprised that only 4 small tortillas are given to you, and there is no way you can shove all the food into those 4 small tortillas. I asked for a few more tortillas and was finally given 4 more piping hot tortillas and found out at the end when I got the bill there was a $1 fee for the extra tortillas. I have eaten Fajitas at several places and never charged for extra tortillas. The Fajitas and the service were good, 3 star worthy.
