    Bbq Brisket Burger
    A.j. P.

5 Star Brisket Burger in the Lone Star State. This brisket burger was amazing bread, sautéed onion, burger patty, and cubed bbq brisket. It was so delicious!! The service here is spot on, the waiter pointed me to the burger. There's plenty of TVs here to watch all the games. This place also has a quiet side too, all around great place to eat if you're staying at the hotel.

Do NOT order the Flight Burger. The first bite my burger bread fell apart! The burger had 1/2 a tomato slice & apparently layers of lettuce. I ordered truffle fries on the side they forgot the truffle oil & cheese. By the time they brought me the oil & cheese the fries were cold. I spoke to one manager who dismissed me. I got the attention Of another manager who was very pleasant & deeply apologized. L

Service was great. We had drinks within 5 minutes. Food was average. We had the wedge salad, tuna tartare and truffle fries. Wouldn't order the fries again. They were very greasy.

Tonight, I ate light as I was on vacation all week. Ordered sautéed brocollini and wedge salad. I did eliminate most blue cheese from Wedge Salad. Server was nice. Had some of the spouse's fries. Typical airport hotel crowd. Review 51 in 2023.

    The leadership that needs replacing

So before Marriott had a policy that they validated parking for eating at the hotel, like most restaurants do. I went to have breakfast with my parents and to go have breakfast, you have to park in the parking garage then walk through the hallway which takes about 10-15 mins especially because my father is older and has a walker. We asked about parking validation and the server says we don't validate parking anymore because of people like you, like if I personally took his parking. So I spoke to the manager and asked him about parking and he said we don't do that anymore, there's no indication that the policy had changed. I decided not to eat there and told him we are just gonna not eat here, he wanted charges me $20 for 10 mins which is the time it takes to get to the front desk. When I spoke to the regional manager they didn't even care that their policy had changed and my dad has in a walker we were supposed already know their policy. This Marriott is just a mess sister who had stated there even found bed bugs in here room. There are plenty of nearby hotels with free shuttles choose anyone else. They need better service and leadership.

Loved that this place was open late as we were delayed in Houston and had to spend the night. Service was fast and I absolutely died over the tortilla soup, so much so that I ordered another helping! Our server was great and they have paper straws for your drinks. Appreciated the hospitality!

Red snapper was good but didn't like the wings. It had old oil smell. Our waiter was very friendly.

The portions were huge here and was really good Tex-Mex food. Was the best airport restaurant I've eaten at. Service was good too.

Really bad coffee, tastes like cardboard and the person working tried to tell me it was because I didn't add enough sugar or half/half.

Steak night starts at 7, which means that's when they start taking orders. If you want to beat the rush, you should already be in your seat by 6:30-6:45. It's a two-man show on steak night. The husband is outside grilling everything on what looks like a standard home grill while the wife is taking orders. Orders go out in batches. They're definitely efficient and work as fast as they can, but with that comes a little abruptness- they aren't the friendliest, but they're focused on getting everyone fed. We got there at 7:05 and didn't get our food until 8:25. Was the wait worth it? Absolutely. The steak was tender and juicy. The lamb chop was charred perfectly. And surprisingly enough, the sausage was my favorite. It was JUICY. When you bite into it, the juices literally burst out. Something had a little kick to it... it wasn't the sauce, but I actually liked it. The jalapeño cheddar mashed potatoes were also great.

Where do I start?…read more This was my first time coming here and I was blown away! 1. Drinks selection was awesome! I don't drink beer so they had non alcoholic drinks, and ciders! It was great and I was able to sample some to try but also got a flight! 2. Got two pizzas enough to share with others! The margarita pizza by far the best! The fries were good but I think I liked the garlic parm ones better! Also not pictures fish and chip omg best! Would get again. We also got the grits the seasoning was amazing but it was little dry. However I would still go back 3. Outside venue was beautiful Overall go early as seats are first come first serve especially if it's a big party! Again our waitress was so attentive such a great time. They had fifa game one and had corn hole beautiful views! Plenty of parking as well.

The chicken sandwich was dry and lacked true seasonings (I think CFA's was any better). I thought having ranch would makeup for the dryness yet it seemed to make it worst. The pretzel held more excitement than any of the entrees put together. If you are planning on coming here for a weekend; be ready--although it was family friendly this place was as packed as sardines in a tin (have a strategy for the crowdedness). I expected more & better... Ambiance is 9/10 Service 8/10 Food 6/10

I'd seen this spot a few…read moretimes when dining with colleagues nearby and assured myself I'd check it out as soon as I could. I'm glad I did! When walking in it wasn't crowded but there were a fair amount of guests for a near 10 pm crowd on a Wednesday. I went and sat at the bar to which I was immediately greeted and provided menus. Food & Drink - 5* I immediately ordered some wings and fried pickles and peppers. Then I debated between the Irish Stew or the Shepherd's Pie. When I inquired, both are great but advised I should go with the Shepherd's Pie. Off to races we go. Fried pickles and peppers, delicious, the batter isn't over the top yet doesn't fall off terribly. The cilantro jalapeño sauce is a fantastic pairing. The wings -- great, nice crisp, flavor was not necessarily what I expected, I couldn't place it at the time it they were good. Now, the shepherd's pie, wow, this dish was addicting. I'd come back over and over for this while sabotaging in semblance of a balanced diet. Just makes me know that the Irish stew is likely equally fantastic. The drinks, well, I can't speak to cocktails but the Guinness was delicious, cold, with nice collar/head. Can't go wrong with that! Service - 5* Everything one would want. Friend, fast, and attentive. Water was always full and was asked if needed anything multiple times. The only thing I didn't get proactively was napkins, but when I asked, I was provided some quickly. Cost - 4.5* Overall, I think, subjectively speaking, everything here is pretty well priced. The shepherd's pie may be a tad overpriced but it's worth it in how delicious it is. Overall - 5* This was a pleasant surprise to visit and I will certainly come back. Subjectively the location is good and bad. Being next to the improv and movie theater I'm sure helps attract many patrons for these businesses. At the same time, this joint, with a loyal following, would sustain business and "feel" better as a free standing establishment in a more neighborhood type environment. Nevertheless, great place, would recommend people stop in even if they aren't visiting the stalwart attractions in the area.
