It's a cute concept, which is why my bf and I decided to drop by. I think you have a better selection at dinner time because lunch didn't have as many appetizing choices. My bf got the tacos and I ordered ceviche and omelette. His tacos were soggy and falling apart and wasn't too great in taste according to him. The different flight of ceviche lacked a bit of flavor. I had to add some ketchup from my omelette plate to give it that zing. Pretty expensive for food. I would prob recommend coming here to get drinks because they had lots of choices there. read more

Was a great brunch spot with their happy hour deals that give you a flight of drinks (3) for $10 which I thought was a steal. The food was great as well ordered the steak plate with green beans and brussels sprouts and wow the Brussels sprouts were amazing. Was not impressed at all. They have cheap happy hour flights but the wine, champagne and beer was not good at all which may explain the price. We didn't care much for our food either. I got the skewer flight and definitely did not care for the shrimp part or peanut chicken part (usually love a peanut sauce) so I got 3 little pieces of well done steak. Happy hour is 9am-5pm, so we came here to grab drinks because we thought it was cool to be able to try three different flavors of a drink for only $10. My cousin and I each started off with the mojito flight, which came with classic mojito, strawberry mojito, and watermelon mojito. My cousin's husband got the old fashioned flight. Even though they were smaller sized drinks, a flight of these for only $10 were way better than some of the weak, watered down drinks we got at the other bars that were close to $20 each. My cousin and I also tried the flight of margaritas. We also ordered the flight of fries, which came with the flavors of sea salt and herb, sweet and smokey, and truffle, and with three different dipping sauces. And the flight of ceviche we ordered came with salmon, tuna, and shrimp ceviches. The fries were decent, but we didn't like the ceviche too much. It didn't have enough lime juice; it was kind of bland. Would definitely stop here for happy hour drinks again when we come back to Vegas. read more

Great value for money. Good drinks, good food; good service. The restaurant is huge and they adhere to social distancing. We went here 3 times during our 3 day stay! There's a rolling happy hour that changes every 3 hours. Alcohol flights that have 3 different flavors per order are $10 (reg $19). In the morning it's mimosas or Bloody Mary flights; mid day is wine, afternoon is cocktail flights. All were strong as hell and good. The food was good too. You can easily make a reservation and should have no trouble being seated right away. read more

Very disappointed. After all the hype I heard about this place and the experience, it was definitely subpar. The food was basic no bells or whistles on the food at all. We order multiple flights for brunch, pancakes, French toast, hash skillet, chicken and waffles and a burrito. I could have made better pancakes at home for way cheaper, the fruit wasnt even fresh and it was soggy on the plate. The chicken was so salty and soggy with the waffles do not recommend. The hash skillet was cold, watery and had no flavor. The hype is about the flights of drinks! Ours were a joke. We ordered a mule flight, mojito flight and an ice man. The ice man was supposed to be lite on fire...... according to the menu.....that didn't happen there was just a glob of ice in the middle of syrup. The mojitos were 90% syrup and were so sweet the drink was not good. Next to the restaurant every so often there was some kind of show or something so it got so loud for about 5 mins. The waitress was eh, never refilled our water just wanted to ask if we were good. 1 out of 10 do not recommend, i would rather go to Chinitas on Water Street in Henderson, better service, food, drinks and cheaper! Arrived in Vegas early on a Thursday was staying at PH and a quick Yelp browse for a close brunch landed me here. Looked at the pictures and was pretty excited to check out the brunch menu! Bf chose the breakfast burrito and I went with the pancake flight. The breakfast burrito was good, but my pancake flight left much to be desired. The pancakes tasted like the kind from the box in the store that you just pop in the toaster and give to kids for a quick morning breakfast. They were dry those pancakes definitely are not made fresh and the toppings were only on the top pancake (see photo) so once you manage to eat that top pancake you're just left with plain toaster pancakes. Given this place has such great reviews about the food I've concluded i chose the one thing that clearly needs to be either removed from the menu or put on the kids menu. We did have mimosas flights and those were tasty it's just very sad my food didn't meet the standard that other reviewers rave about. I'll come back for drinks and MAYBE try a different food option, but stay away from the toaster pancakes aka the pancake flight. 3 stars for the burrito being good and the mimosa Flight being good as well. read more

Came in about two weeks ago and decided to finally post my review after my emotions settled lol. arriving to the restaurant was kind of overwhelming because there was no line... just a big group of people around the poor host. I finally get to talk to her and tell her i have a reservation. I could tell she was the only host on shift and was extremely frazzled. She finally got us to get seated after about 15 min and i tipped her. Once the waitress stopped by, she was ALSO overwhelmed and explained that TIKTOK was the reason they were like this!!! Since it was so busy (and a football game going on) they ran out of champagne so no mimosa -.- the deal is 3 drinks for 10 during brunch, which i was there IN TIME. but i understand. everyone was so nice and trying their best with the low staff they were given. my mojito flight was good and my french toast flight was so good!!! the strawberry one was crazy!!! i would def come back just be prepared for a busy weekend or try going during the week at a earlier time. :^) read more

My friend already received and finished her meal by the time mine came. Besides that, the Old Fashioned flight and Mimosa Flight were great. Adriana at the bar was awesome. She is friendly, bubbly and honest. If you ask her what's the most popular or not so great drink or dish she'll tell you. Freddie the bar back was also nice, he and Adriana made us laugh. Ive been in the F&B industry a long time and customer service is key especially when you're in a mall within a casino. TBH the hostesses weren't very welcoming, and couldn't be bothered with seating us and pointed us over to the bar and said "you'll probably get faster service there". The fries were amazing, the Mac and cheese was tasty (truffle was my favorite), and the skewers were okay. The flavors were tasty but the meats were a little dry. My wife and I were excited about the concept of Flights Restaurant but also were apprehensive that this would be one of those places in Vegas that pushes drinks and gives mediocre food. I am happy to say that is definitely not the case. The food here is excellent! Of course we haven't tried everything, but over the course of two visits we had the ceviche flight, slider flight, salad flight, flight club sandwich, and the beignet flight. There wasn't a questionable item among them; each dish was well thought out and delicious! The service was innovative and top notch as well. The "In-Flight" Service buttons at each table allow the customers to call the server for general items, let the server know they are interested in dessert, or that they are ready to pay. It certainly makes the experience much more efficient. We had the pleasure of having Becca as our server on both visits; she is excellent and made the experience even more fun. Of course the drink flights are well done. The drinks are smaller than a regular single size but there are three variations to try. We explored the Old Fashioned flight and the Bloody Mary flight. I had a not so great experience here last December and was given a food and drink credit by the owner. I made plans to come back with a friend to use the credit in March. Well then the pandemic shutdown happened. Today I was able to use the credit for takeout. I really appreciate all of the back and forth the staff did for me; Alex, Taylor, and Carlos. I ordered the fries, taco, and mango margarita flight. I'm giving you a 4 because I didn't like the tacos. But the fries and margarita were really good. I love the concept of this place! I went for my birthday dinner and it was great. Obviously due to the pandemic, it was limited seating which I appreciate!
