This is a great place to take kids who have a little too much energy to burn. There are tons of trampolines so even when it's packed, it's never over crowded. They also have a little jungle gym area for smaller kids. There is a zip line and obstacle course and more! There is a snack bar and plenty of seating if you just came to chill and save your energy. I think this place is a little over priced but you can often find coupons in the entertainment book and occasionally they have deals if you're on their email list or just pay attention to their site. read more

Had an incredible birthday party for my son here today. Blays was an amazing party host!

Tldr: Customer service is awful, the hosts hover and clutter your area while not being helpful, it's going to cost way more than you think it will, the pizza is gross, and we won't be doing a party there again. Also, there is no "smash room" or axe throwing like they have advertised online. We celebrated my Son's 10th birthday and though he had fun, I doubt we'd ever throw a party here again.  From start to finish, it just leaves something to be desired.  My husband went in first to get a cart to unload the car with, which they had and I was very grateful for, those carts were one of the best things they had going on. The customer service however, can be summed up as "aloof" So we came right back in with the cart he'd just gotten and there was no one around to check us in. I walked up to the main desk and asked if we needed to get in line for party check in. She just said no and started looking at the computer, no greeting, no warmth, just aloof. She did send me one teen to help me set up, and he was actually very helpful,  I gave him some decorations and he got to work, and politely did everything I asked him to, so no complaints there. Then 2 other kids showed up to finish the check in. I got the feeling that 1 was training the other one. They did ask if they could help, so I put them to work too. They had a typical teen work ethic though, they'd finish their task and start chatting instead of picking up the next thing that needed done. Unfortunately,  they were standing around and chattering in my very tiny party room, which made it difficult to work around them. Now I am going to Give you a heads up here, because when they were checking my guests in, they made a point to put ever toddler under 2 and Dad they could on my guest list, which at $25 extra per head, quickly added up. I'd suggest giving them a pre-approved guest list if you're not keen on paying an extra $150. I thought kids under 2 were free, but they certainly weren't free for me. So they said since I had 6 extra people, I get a 3rd pizza, I'm over there thinking, what 6 people,  but I was preoccupied so I just said to give me another cheese pizza. I asked if it came with another pitcher of soda and he said no, but don't worry about it, we can just give you one. Which, yay, finally,  some non aloof customer service! I told him I'd take it as a refill when the pepsi ran out please. So then the party goes on and the 2 hosts just keep hovering in the room off and on, and it's a very small room, I am 8 mos pregnant and kept having to squeeze by them, it was very uncomfortable for 2 of them to be in there chatting all the time. I would've preferred they stay outside the door of my tiny room,  which btw feels like a little basement, and you can't see the rest of the place from the room at all, so that was unfortunate. The pizza came, it was cold, lacking in cheese and toppings but had too much crust, and all around pretty terrible.  We had 30 people and 3 pizzas and there was still a whole pizza left, so not a high consumption rate.  Also, I asked them to cut the pizza in 16ths which they attempted to do, but failed at because every pc had to be manually pulled apart, thankfully my party host noticed and started handling that. I noticed my pepsi was out and asked them for the pitcher of soda we spoke about earlier.  Next they brought me the bill and this is where it gets fun. He had his description of the bill, which didn't actually clarify why it was over $150 more than I expected, but absolutely clarified, twice, that they were definitely expecting a tip. With percentages calculated manually on the bottom to reflect my new, higher total.  Now all of the hovering made sense, they were trying to be present as a justification for the big tip they were clearly expecting, also on my bill... a $4 charge for my free pitcher of soda, the single personable thing I was given all night. So now that we are out of time, the pressure begins to get out of the room. I asked if we could move all of our stuff to one of the outside party tables and they said yes. But then, when we went to do so, there was a rope pulled across it, so I asked if we could move over there and they said only if we were done eating, but we had a lot of food left so we were just forced to go sit at the tiny Cafe table with a bunch of people, a play yard, and 2 carts of stuff. I called the manager to mention the overcharges, but to no avail, all they'd take off was the $4 for the pitcher of soda. Their loss, I am about to have my 4th boy, and we'll never use, or recommend them again. So that's at least 4 parties a year they'll be missing out on. read more

I think this place continues to go downhill. Now you can't even order any beverage/food at the physical kiosk. You have to go all the way to the front desk and wait on line again. What the heck is that about. Plus the whole eating area is constantly filthy. We have been going here for years and i have noticed several good improvements recently at flip n out. One of which is the safety measures. My young daughter had a minor ankle injury on our last visit. Two staff members were immediately by her side and inquired if she was ok or needed ice. She seemed ok so I declined. The same young man noticed she was still sitting with me on the side and checked on her again. I said I thought ice would help. He got a manager who quickly got us ice and just in case did an incident report. She even gave us a little extra time since my daughter lost some jump time. This tells me they are taking safety seriously and have done some additional training. This is one of my daughter's favorite places and I'm am glad to see some of the positive changes being made. read more

The kids usually have a lot of fun at this place. The staff is pleasant no complaints. They also have a mechanical bull lol it's fun to see the kids try to hold on to it. There's a little cafe. We spent two hours for $25 and $2 off if you check in on Facebook, but oddly enough nothing off if you check in on YELP umm something has to change lol. The bathrooms were clean. There is an area for parents to relax or be close to watch the little ones. read more

Last time I went at least a 3 weeks ago, everything was closed the lazer tag and ninja trampoline was closed and the obstacle course but we still had fun. The fries are DELICIOUS! The workers there are really nice! I had lost a couple tokens and they gave them back... very nice place! read more

Understaffed. Dirty. Dangerous. It took 15 minutes waiting in the line just to pay for the passes due to not enough staff and inefficient technology. I had to come around the counter to sign the waiver... we have been here once before recently and had signed waivers.. It was just under $50 for 1 adult 1 twelve-year-old and 1 six-year old. Pay for an all access pass and you'll wait for the couple of staffed areas... the zip line and free jump....2 attractions and one staff member manning it. The rest of the trampoline area had one person at the gate and one at the dodge ball area. No one to man the rest of the trampolines for safety, help or manage the overcrowded chaos. My 6 year old was toast with the teen age boys around. There's no area seperated for little ones. The teenage staff barked at people as the checked them in. No smiles. No manners or please and thank you. Once an hour you'll be hearded in like cattle to be re-scanned even though you're scanned every time you enter through the one gate. The woman's bathrooms were dirty and had no paper towels in either dispenser. I went into the gender neutral bathroom to find towels... and the same mess. I'm giving this 2 stars instead of one because given the amount of stress I'm under or personal family reasons, willing to be a little bit generous. It's a shame taking my kids to try to have a little fun turned out to be so unimpressive...especially for 50 bucks. read more

Never been here before and asked if my grand kids could be able to do everything I was told yes. Then to find out they were not. Which I would of never paid to have them play for three hours and would of went to another inside play area. Spoke with Mac the AM manager told her what I was told and didn't seem to care. Like cool I get it you are into making money, but be honest with parents of smaller kids. What is it about companies trying g to take money from people that work hard for what they have. So flipping fun!!! My nephew had his birthday here and I'm pretty sure I had more fun than him and his friends combined! This place is HUGE with OH MY GAAH trampolines everywhere and all kinds of activities - regular trampolines, trampolines with basketball hoops, trampolines off walls, laser tag, etc. Unfortunately, even with assistance from trampolines, I am unable to dunk a basketball - I wish I was a little bit taller, I wish I was a baller... I was jumping around like a maniac for over three hours and my family could not convince me to leave. Only not so great thing about this place is it's filled with children, but I suppose it's their territory (at least it's fun playing jumper frog with them =]). read more

I'm leaving a single star because first of all the employees watch you and stand next to you the whole time making it so uncomfortable. I'm just trying to let my toddler get energy out and have fun jumping, people are playing rough, but you're following us? I can let that go though, I write it off to them being young and/or sometimes places do that. Another, and to me the worst thing as a mom, they were cleaning out the shoe rack and threw our coffee and water. My $9 latte that I sipped on and off until I could leave and finish it. My coffee that gives me the energy I need to finish work tonight and be a mother. This new young girl at the front just said oh sorry we were cleaning so I just tossed it out. Shrugged it off. That is just rude! You see us there jumping, only two families left and you decide to toss our drinks?! As a person I'm upset, as a working mother I'm pissed I have to drive to the only Starbucks/coffee spot open right now which is waayyy out of my way now. I feel like I should let it go, but I let everything go. This pissed me off too much, and I would like something to be done. Buy me a coffee, how about more gas money for the wasted drive and now the drive there and back? My time? Maybe give warnings to people because it's the courteous thing to do?! Ask if it's someone's even though you know it is, seeing three pairs of shoes and three people jumping/leaving nearby! Btw my son began panting, good thing I brought a water bottle! First time coming here and it was disappointing :/ we we're originally going to a jungle gym on Stephanie but it was too small so ended up driving here. The girl at the entrance was friendly and she took our temp, and gave us hand sanitizer. She allowed me to sit on the couch to finish my food before joining my party. They will have you sign a waiver before purchasing a ticket. They charge $16 for an hour and $25 for 2 hours. My sister wanted 2 hours so we got that. Mind you, we came here for my little nephew. One kid, 9 adults. We pull up for our nephew lol. So we were charged $25 per person. They have cubbies for shoes and other things, but they don't have cover or doors for security. After we put our shoes away, we went up the rail to join the rest of our party. And worker stopped us from jumping and had told us to go get grip socks because you're not allowed to jump on the trampoline with your regular socks. He told us but he didn't tell my sister to do that. We told him we were not informed about the socks being a mandatory thing. He said they are. And guess what, for a $25 ticket, you have to purchase the socks. They're not free. He told us the socks are $3 per pair. We just paid for a 2 hour ticket so we weren't just going to wait around so we were basically forced to buy the socks. I bought 3 pairs of socks and was charged $12. Math didn't add right. So I asked the guy as to why he charged me $12 and he said because socks are $4... and I guess this guy was the manager. I told him his workers in the trampoline area said socks are $3 per pair and the cashier charged my sister and brother-in-law $3 per pair. He said that was a mistake and they're actually $4 each... I was annoyed and told him he needs to get his team together and have them learn the prices. As the manager he didn't even apologize. And we had a party of 9 with one kid so we really spent some money here and it wasn't an enjoyable experience. The staff weren't as friendly besides the girl who checked us in and the last guy who helped us with the wall climbing. They also got rid of a lot of fun games like the zip line and other obstacles so whatever you see on Yelp that you and your kid might enjoy, is probably gone. Don't really recommend this place. This place is HUGE! So many different obstacles for every age group, from toddlers to adults! When you walk in the toddler area is to the left which is enclosed for the kiddos to not escape! Towards the back They have a spacious area for older kids and adults to jump, along with many fun obstacles with foam pits. In this area there is only a few benches to sit at, but There is an upstairs area for adults to relax while watching down below. This area has comfortable couches, massage chairs you can pay to use, and outlets to charge your phone. I love that if the kids get bored or need to take a break from jumping, they can head to the snack bar and play arcade games. Entire space is very clean! Mostly I loved that I was able to relax here without stressing on chasing the kids around! read more

I want to personally call out Libby and Ben for singling out my son and ruining his afternoon. My son is a good kid with great manners and did not deserve the way he was treated today. You stared at him even after kicking him out of dodge ball for no reason while he just played basketball by himself. I'm not sure what kind of over privileged power trip kids you're hiring. But I think you may want to take a good hard look at how they treat people and their kids since it's your customer base. My son did nothing wrong all day and you made him feel like he was some sort of criminal on surveillance. I was planning on bringing him and his freinds back for a day out. But after they way he was treated today I'm sure we can find another trampoline park to spend our money. read more

Only reason for the 4 star review is that the kids working here are unbelievably slow, come here on a semi busy day and you really feel the annoyance of that, that can be and should be fixed, but still a great facility. read more

This is the new location. What I loved best about the old location were the couches that overlooked the areas. Excited to know that this location, also, has these great couches. Even though its new, this placed was PACKED for a Sunday. There were no comfy couches available upstairs because they were full with parents. The kids had a blast and the price is really good. Was disappointed that laser tag was not open, yet. Downstairs also has a few couches for parents. I think the pay massage chairs are super annoying. Parents kept sitting in them without reading the sign that the chair will sound an alarm in you sit in them without paying. It is so loud that many parents just don't notice. Please for the ears of all those around you, don't sit in one of these chairs! Although seriously, they could turn down the music. (Eek, I'm an old fuddy-duddy.) I went here on a Tuesday with my little sister. It was great that they had a Tuesday special, but 1 hour get an hour for free. So I got 2hours of trampoline for $13 as opposed to $26. They have the standard trampolines, as well trampoline basketball courts, a dodgeball section , and smaller rooms where you can bounce and run up the walls. It was pretty fun. They also have obstacle courses, arcade games, and a little cafe. I would go back. It was a nice cool place to spend time at when it was hot outside. read more

Overall we had a really great time. The only negative comment in this review is that my friends daughter's shoes got stolen ‍ Funny thing was we had 3 set of shoes and 3 phones in our cubby and the phones weren't stolen but shoes were. ‍‍ The staff was apologetic and even checked the cameras (which ended up not having the angle to even see all of the shoe cubbies.) We left without the shoes and that is that. Concern: kids are allowed to run across all trampolines with very little supervision and my older kids (11yr olds) almost kicked young kids twice while doing their flips because the young kids would run on the trampoline while they were doing backflips. The positive: My daughter brought two friends and my boyfriend brought his two young kids. Pizza was good. $15 for a whole pizza was fine. $4 a slice seemed a bit high. We ended up getting the whole pizza. The adults also had a lot of fun and did flips. When I needed a break I loved the couches upstairs so I could relax. All of the kids had a lot of fun. read more

We live close by so we come here all the time. Today was our first time having a party room for one of my children's birthdays. At first we we set up the room but our Party manager(helper) did not show up. We waited about 20 minutes and still did not get wrist bands and the tables that they normally have ready, were not set up. Another employee Alyssa stepped up and took over to help us. She was so helpful and took care of everything even gave us extra time to jump due to the inconvenience. She was amazing and very quick with the food and anything we needed once she took over. 10/10! We will be going back for our regular visits and possibly another birthday!! Thankful that Alyssa saved the day! read more

We've been bringing our kids here for years, since our now 6 yr old was 2, the place use to be great but now it's declined significantly. Half of the things they use to have are no longer there, the toddler area use to have little bikes to ride, a merry go round, and a lot of soft giant building blocks all of that is gone with the exception of a the building blocks but was fine as they replaced it with a giant trampoline. We came in for the first time since the end of last year and it was awful, the floors use to be very clean in the toddler area and now they are not, the remaining building blocks were half broken as well. Another one of bouncy house areas was closed. But what made this experience the worst was being in the main trampoline area, they have a dodgeball area for the kids you can locate the rules of the dodgeball area in quite a few places and one of the first rules you see is no throwing balls in other people's faces. You would think the employees there would be aware of this rule and would do their job to enforce it but of course the 16 year old girl "working" the area seemed to believe standing there and chewing gum while looking around aimlessly was more than enough to be considered doing her job. My 6 year old along with other younger kids were repeatedly hit in the face with balls by older kids (8-10 yr olds) while the useless employee stood there using every cell in her brain to chew her gum. Another parent and I had to speak up and say something to the older children who were breaking the rules as the person getting paid to do so couldn't be bothered too. If the other parent and I weren't there watching no one would've said anything. I took my kids and left after seeing that the employee still stood there obliviously chewing her gum while the other mother and I did her job and even said she should be doing her job so she could hear. Before leaving I let another employee in the front know that the girl working the dodgeball area needs to be told to do her job as my kid and others repeatedly got hit in the face while she stood there. The girl was nice, apologized and said she'd let her know. But as far as I'm concerned we won't be back anytime soon. Both of my sons cheeks are really red from where he got hit in the face. If you don't want to do the job you are getting paid to do then find something else. read more

The kiddos always have a great time when they go to an indoor place. I was a little disappointed with how there wasn't as many kids there to play with. Also not so thrilled when some of the equipment broke my son was on it. The staff didn't come to us saying sorry or anything of the sort. Lucky he was okay and went right back to enjoying his time. I was going to give it 3 stars because we had a frustrating time today. It's started off that it wasn't open because of a private event and we had to come back two hours later. Pretty inconvenient, maybe put it on the website or do that before normal hours. It's usually good fun but weekends are crowded which is fine if your kids want to play with other kids but it's a bad time to play laser tag. It's overloaded and the packs need charging too often. I would say laser tag is better during school weekdays as it's not so crowded. Probably Sundays are more crowded than Saturdays because of birthday parties as well. Right now the food court is closed because of covid, as expected, but the staff are friendly, helpful and professional enough young people(4.5 stars there imo) Overall I would say go there for the trampolines for fun on weekends and laser tag on weekdays. If you want to practice gymnastic moves go there on weekdays because I saw a lot of toddlers and kids just running through the few but long practice areas, which should probably be placed in the back and not next to the entryway. Nice video games and everything is in good condition and clean, so I'm giving it four stars. Pro tips. Buy your own comfortable non slip socks because they run out a lot and bring your own bottles of water. read more

Honestly, there's not a whole lot of things for kids to do in this town. While Flip N Out is certainly not perfect, it is a great place for kids to run around and have fun. Personally, I like this location better than the Las Vegas location. It's less crowded and I like the parent's lounge here in Henderson. Next, there's laser tag, trampolines and even a place to eat onsite. My kids enjoy coming here in the hot summer months as it's too hot to use our trampoline at home. I've noticed some negative reviews about the staffing. Yes, there's mainly young kids working here and they're not always that efficient. However, I feel like they are "just kids" and cut them some slack. If you want five star service --- go to the Bellagio and not a indoor trampoline park. :) Overall, it's a great place for your kids to run around! read more

Went here today! Went to pay, was told by the guy that the first transaction did not go through, so he charged it again. Went to leave after jumping, checked my account for some reason, and had 2 charges from them. Went to talk to them about it, and the guy goes, oh yeah I saw that it went through twice so I had my manager refund you, but it takes 3-5 business days. It's not the fact that it takes that long, it's the fact that they did not tell me that they made a mistake. Not right at all! You need to tell your customers that you did this. read more

The employees here are awful. You have two young employees spending most of their time flirting instead watching the kids. You have kids hitting eachother and using profanity and they just ignore it while my kid hurt his leg and was laying on the trampoline and little miss pink glasses keeps blowing her whistle in his face yelling at him to get up. Then we go to get drinks and my kid (12) thanks the young man and he just stands there. He could have at least said you're welcome. The ninja trampoline has always been out of order they don't use the projectors or lights anymore. Kids in Vegas really don't have many places to go anymore the least they can do is make it a good experience for them. Highly disappointed. read more

Held my daughter's birthday here. The staff was accommodating and helpful for the most part. Didn't give it five stars because we paid to have the extra hour to jump after the party and it was a waste. We were one of the last slots of the day and I get it, the teen staff members want to clean and go home early. They decided to close the laser tag early after our entire party waited in line for 15 minutes. Why? The place was open for another 45 minutes. Why didn't they tell us before making us wait and purchasing? I had no idea our last hour of jumping would be limited to what they felt like keeping open. We just left. I don't blame the kids running the place. I blame upper management, poor training and myself. I should know better than to book anything on the last slot of the day anywhere.
