Let me state that I have two children and we have been to many indoor playgrounds/jumpy places all over town. We came here for a birthday party. And let me just say...eeesh. I guess let's start with some positives so I'm not all Negative Nancy for this whole review. The kids had a blast. The pizza was pretty decent. And we had a birthday room upstairs, which had a viewing area so I was able to watch my kids jumping around. Ok here's my list of why we probably won't be returning: 1. Right when you open the door to enter, you are hit with the smell of sweat and mustiness. Gross! 2. It was uncomfortably warm in there. You would think they would turn the AC up in a place like this since kids are running and jumping around. All the kids in our party were sweating a lot. My daughter stated she didn't even want to play anymore because it was too hot. 3. One kid in our party was injured in the inflatable area. It was only half inflated so when he jumped in, he hit his head on the hard floor. There was no apology. All they did was just close off that section. 4. They have the flimsiest grip socks I have ever seen. You could literally see the bottom of my kids' feet through the socks. And when I took their socks off, their feet were FILTHY. 5. The only way to access the upstairs birthday room was to go up these narrow stairs. If you needed to go up and someone was coming down, you have to wait for them to come all the way down. Otherwise, you're literally bumping into them. 6. It was just super crowded and I don't like being around too many people. All in all, my kids had fun. However, I probably won't be coming back or booking any party here. read more

As a toddler mom, I'm always looking for ways to keep my kiddo ACTIVE to ensure nap time HAPPENS #realtalk A friend told me about Flip N Out so I decided to go when it opened on a day my kiddo and I both had off of school (& work.) I'm glad we got there when they opened so we had the room and space to explore everything before the masses came. Layout: to your left when you come in is the Fun Factory where kids can slide and play - especially those are under 8 years old or 40 lbs. After that you have the arcade and Laser Tag, and then you see one end of the trampoline section (huge!) On the right front is a cube and locker storage area with the obstacle course (soft) section before the other end of the trampolines. The space is gigantic and very open. Play spaces: since my kiddo is only a toddler, we didn't do Laser tag or go on the trampolines while the big kids were there. She LOVED jumping all over the place! As a fitness trainer and mom who encourages an active lifestyle, this place was heaven! She and her friend hung out mostly in the Fun factory section where my kiddo climbed and jumped her heart our safely (no drop offs except slides and some climbs.) My friends new-walker loved the soft flooring and rocking toys. Staff: The staff was so-so but they're also teenagers or very young for the most part. They weren't very good about managing the rowdy kids who decided to slide the rocking toys down the Fun factory slide, so this mama had to regulate herself. Food: there's a cafe with the usual junk food and snacks, which don't fit into our diet. There's signs that said no food except parties, but that needs to change. Not all kids can eat the food they provide, including mine. So, making parents sit at the tables to eat is a fair midway to ensure people stay longer and don't leave TO eat. It'll be fun to come back once my kiddo is bigger, for sure. This is a great hangout for elementary to middle school kiddos. I encourage parents and families to go to places like this not just for fun but to give kids the activity they need to stay healthy and happy. I am here now with 5 kids. The obstacle course is closed. Laser tag has 3 working guns. Not too fun to play. 4 were working but they just keep shutting off. The kids area is discusting I went up with my child as she is on the spectrum and was discusted. I will post video if I can or find a way. Dirt, dust, hair balls, and press on nails all over the floor!! Shame on this place. The climbing wall and climbing things aren't even open- not enough employees! What a waste of money and time! My daughter wanted to visit a large trampoline park while we visited Las Vegas and she wanted to go to one with an obstacle course in it. I researched and decided to try Flip N Out Xtreme which was one of the bigger trampoline parks and they had an obstacle course and wall climbing options. They have two locations and both were about the same distance away from the Las Vegas Strip. I believe we went to the one in Henderson. My kids were both excited and ready to go. Unfortunately, at check in we found out that several attractions were down. The ninja trampolines and the obstacle course was down. My daughter was disappointed but we were here so we signed up for an hour jump. The whole place was relatively empty, only about 5 kids total in the whole place. There were about 6 workers but only half were even half ways interested in their jobs. The girl at check in and the girl monitoring the large trampoline area were the only two really good employees. The guy at the waiver area was busy flirting with two of his other female coworkers and neither looked interested in helping guests. The snack bar was unmanned and closed but everything looked open there and looked like you could walk in and make your own food if you wanted to. The trampoline park itself was not well set up or maintained and both my kids suffered multiple injuries in their 1 hour of play. They started with the targeted jumping off the wall. The trampoline on the bottom was so hard, it looked like my kids were jumping off a wall to the solid ground. My son almost broke his ankle on landing, and my daughter had to tuck and roll to avoid injury. My son's leg got stuck on the balance ladder and he got a good size bruise on his leg. He also fell off the balance strap and landed balls first on the strap and I had to rescue him from the padding below after he sunk into after he fell off. My daughter was mostly lucky with injuries until the last 5 minutes. She was doing flips successfully then on her last one, she forgot to turn and ended up face planting on the trampoline and her legs scorpioned over her head. She was in pretty bad pain for the rest of our vacation so I wish never came to here. Now, after x-rays and doctor's visits, she needs a MRI to see how badly she damaged her spine. That being said, I don't blame my daughter's injury on the park but this trampoline park is pretty dangerous and my kids were making jokes about how the name warns that this place is Flip N Xtremely dangerous. Flip N Out Extreme has been a family staple for a long time. We've hosted and attended numerous birthday parties over the years. Unfortunately, this location is quite long in the tooth. Only the trampoline room and climbing walls are open. That means: no toddler zone, no extreme trick jumps, no nona trampoline room, and no inflatable zone. That works out to about 50% operations. Add the fact that only FOUR laser tag guns work and the score screen was off, and that translates to... look elsewhere. We were hosting a party and I feel duped and ripped off. Great place for the kids to play. Lots of fun and things to do. A bit pricey but every once in a while, it's fun to do. The kids that work there were very friendly and attentive to the kids. However, the food is horrible. It's really bad when the kids won't eat the pizza and they eat everything. For the prices, they should try better. It's not that hard to make a good pizza sauce. I don't think I have ever tasted something so bad. French fries were soggy. Not crisp at all. It would be more convenient if the food were better. No disregard for the well being of children. Rap music with profanity playing way too loud. There's pieces of wire chain-link fence sticking out where kids are running without shoes. My 5year old came out of the toddler play area crying & holding a goose egg on the top of his head from an exposed medal bar without padding. There are bars without padding behind the catch/fall net in the dodge ball area (BEWARE) This place is a xtreme accident waiting to happen to some poor child. My son was injured during my other sons birthday (Sept 2018) on the large wooden ramp they have there, a large piece of the wood was sticking out while he ran up it and it got lodged in his foot. They told him they would take care of the medical bill when he had to go to the hospital to get it removed, and here we are, more than a year later, and we are still waiting for them to pay. So, please be careful when you are here or any place like this. I've been here many times over the years and never thought that something like this would happen. Update: it's Aug 2020 and the bill was never paid by them despite what they said and I have no idea if they have fixed the ramp. Be careful there. We've been here a few times for birthday parties and enjoy it. There is a big area for jumping and doing other activities like wall climbing or arcade games. They also have an area for little kids to play away from the craziness of the establishments main jumping area. There are ample party rooms and seating areas for those who celebrate their little ones birthdays. This place also has a little food area that serve your typical fast foods. The game machines take tokens which can be obtained at their token machines. Don't forget to complete your waiver before arriving so you can bypass that line to get to the fun. Staff is mainly kids so please don't think you'll get great customer service. read more

What: indoor trampolines, lasertag and zip line and play area for 10 years old and younger that no one seems to police. My daughter had come here for a 9 year old's birthday party a few months ago and thought it was so much fun. So as a Christmas present, she received a mom "gift certificate" to come with a friend. She cashed in her certificate on the MLK school holiday. Price: Luckily I found a coupon for buy 1 hour, get 1 hour free. So two kids cost $32 for two hours ($16 each) otherwise it gets pretty expensive. I think 2 hours is too long, but 1 hour is too short. They had enough at the 1.5 hour marks we left early just as the line was out the door. Ambiance: extremely clean and well lit and does NOT smell weird at all like some indoor kid places. This location was super packed, we were greeted immodestly by a cashier directed us which line to go in. We forgot our socks which is $5 a pair super expensive, by the time we were leaving the rubber parts of the soaks were ripping off the material. Poorly made! There were several private party rooms and a few designated areas that had large tables for parties but were less private. There is a "snack bar" that serve pizza, drinks and other items. Little pricey! The jump areas were ok kind of cramped with how many people were there. There is an area for littler kids but is hard to have adults get through with their little ones so if they have a older sibling they could crawl and help them through the maze that led into a incline wall that you could slid down. Better than my last experience...I have to say since the kids are 11 and 9 now they can hang with the bigger kids and I can relax in the parent lounge upstairs and connect to the free wifi. My kids have been here for birthday parties and on the weekends. They love the zip line, trampoline wall and dodgeball. If you check-in on Facebook you get $2 off. You can buy Socks for $3, go barefoot or you can also wear grip socks from home. I don't recommend having the kids go barefoot because grip socks help with slipping on the trampolines and keep feet clean. Happy flipping! read more

3 solid stars for venue. I'm all about supporting family friendly venues. Flip. N out extreme is a new trampoline venue with zip lines , laser tag and few other areas. It's super clean, bc it's new and it has a nice lounge area up too for parents, with nice couches and leather chairs. Can't say the same for other similar venues. Where there is no place for the parents. I like that they included laser tag as well, as it's something different with the trampolines. 1 star for staff. Service and staff are SLOW, LACKING, AND MISINFORMED. 1st time there I walk up to counter and the lady tells me she doesn't take cash at her register only credit card. So I told her we would wait for the other employee. Stood there for 15 minutes, while she helped a guest. Kids were tired of waiting so I wanted to get some change. I asked the employee where I could get change and she opened her register and said she could. Ummm. Didn't you just tell me you can't take cash????? What in the world? After 18 minutes standing in line we were finally helped. Not very informative on where to go or what to do. We put on the kids bands and walked them to the tramp area and they started jumping. We were immediately stopped by staff and said parents all needed a white wristband to sit and watch??? Ok why wasn't that offered from the jump when we paid? And why would we need wristbands just to watch and sit in the parents area? So back to the main counter. ANOTHER wait, and then the employee kind of laughs it off and said she forgot. And gives us the white bracelets. We walk back to the tramp area and then stopped again, oh parents can watch from UPSTAIRS! Please head BACK to the main desk, bc that's where the entrance for the stairs is. Again, why weren't we told this TWICE when we had to go back to the main desk. So weird. Then they would kick out all the kids every 30 minutes to check their times. I mean, it's $18 an hour, and wasting 5-10 minutes checking everyone's wristbands cuts into the play time. Not really cool. Anyways. Kids had fun, but I don't know if I can stand in a line with only one person at the desk waiting for 20 minutes to be helped. And to top it off, they said we needed to hold onto the wristbands for next time or else it's a $3 fee. Really? Who ever remembers to bring this back? Why can't we just return the band after we're done? Hope they get it together. It would be much better experience if everything wasn't so backwards. read more

I've been here a few times before and have enjoyed my time here. It's a great place for kids, and adults, to jump around, play laser tag, and play arcade games. You can book birthday parties here in a room as well. Within the main jump room, there are all sorts of trampolines and an obstacle course like area with a foam pit. I love the variety, but the area can feel a bit crowded. While we were there, there were babies running around while bigger kids were jumping and flipping around. I got a little worried one of the babies was going to get taken out the rate they ran across the trampoline. Thankfully, no one was hurt. I'm not sure how they can mitigate that, but the volume of people there was within control It felt more crowded than pre-covid times. And they say people are to wear masks, make announcements throughout, but I saw plenty adults with it under their chin. Just as precaution if you are planning on coming here. If you are planning on having a birthday party, plan and reserve ahead to book the room. Different package deals are available based on the number of guests you plan on having. As far as staff, everyone I interacted with was super helpful and would check in time to time. Just a simple "Everything ok over here?" goes a long way. read more

The obstacle course is deflated, trampolines were overcrowded, the only men's bathroom was closed (had to use single stall family bathroom which was completely out of soap), and rock climbing attendant was overwhelmed. Our party host Belle was by far the best, she was so pleasent to work with she made sure we had everything we needed from cups, plates forks she made sure all of our party guests were well taken care of she was very professional. Her welcoming deamenor made it easy for us to host the party and all of my guests felt welcome. Her attention to detail was immaculate she helped us arrange food, drinks made sure all the kids had socks and were checked in. The way she kept on checking on me and my daughters mother to make sure we had everyhing we needed was through the roof, we just want to say thank you to Belle from the bottom of our hearts for making my daughters 7th birthday one for the books! Had a birthday party and we had to find our party host, no surprise gift as told, no T-shirt for the party boy, not enough grip socks for guests, not enough water , not enough plates .. the room was dirty when we came and we where almost 15 minutes pass the party time. First timer here and probably will try different location next time. We were excited to bring my nephew here and have a good time with the whole family. We went here as early as possible since some of us has work in the afternoon. There were already a lot of people. As we enter, the worker by the door greeted as happily, gave us sanitizer and checked our temperatures per covid protocol. She also let us sit in the corner to finish our food for brunch, which was really nice of her to do. As we went to the counter to buy some wristbands, we weren't even informed to do the waiver first or asked if we have been there before so we could have started with the waiver first. The cashier did not even explain the options we could have nor the prices. All she asked was how many hours we would like to do like we already know their system by heart. She didn't even mention about requiring a nonskid socks since other places doesn't require it. After paying and getting our wristbands we excitedly run to the trampoline but stopped by a worker for not having a nonskid socks. We asked how much are the nonskid socks, he replied $3 each. But when we went to the counter we were charged $4 each. They stated it increased due to covid. We didn't have a choice since we were required to have that socks. After an hour of jumping we were already exhausted so we decided to walk around to see what else this place has. They have area for little kids, wall climbing, laser tags, obstacles and more. But there was a sign that those are included only if you have an all day pass. There's another sign stating that there's no all day pass on Saturday or Sunday. We were there on a Sunday, with only 2 hour pass. It is annoying how they are not informative about anything and we had to keep coming back to the counter to ask since the other workers around the place who were watching people did not know about it either. read more

The staff lets full grown adult males take out 6 year old girls on the trampolines! The staff cant be bothered to even make eye contact when taking to you then they insult you. Saw multiple kids get hurt and crying and the staff was to busy talking amongst themselves to do anything. Saw parents put down months olds babies on trampolines surrounded by adults and kids bouncing with no regard for the babies safety. This place is dangerous. One of my daughters class mates broke here leg here should have learned then but I gave it a chance never again! Stay away from here. read more

Came in at 9/3/18: Casual vibes. At the sign in for waivers and personal info the computers are acting up and everything needs to be redone. What an inconvenience. Another issue is that I wanted to just try the Xtreme trampoline based from the website it's $13 an hour but the front desk person told me they don't offer that ever and they only charge $16 for full day pass. If that's the case then remove and update your website. It's false and misleading advertisement. But reality is that most of the other activities Zipline etc are closed. Which you don't really get value for paying the full day pass. I guess for this business we are just a number. So nah, I would rather give my business to other similar local businesses who cares and value their costumer. read more

I was very reluctant and hesitant about making a reservation for my daughter's party. I read reviews for a good 10 mins and the 1-3 star bad reviews kinda had me rethink where I planned her party. From rude staff, miscommunication, dirty facility, short staff etc. Very glad I went with my gut instinct and went ahead and booked it. My host was "Blaze" he was very accommodating and always asked if I needed anything. I didn't really spend time around the jumping areas but the only thing I noticed was how packed it was, all the kids in my party had an amazing time regardless and even had some going home crying because they didn't want to leave. The night we left my daughter told me "It was the best day of her life" that says alot and I thank Flip N Out for that. I highly recommend the Henderson location. read more
