Amazing chicken sandwich! Huge and delicious - totally recommend!! You can eat in or take out. They do serve a couple of different beers.

I have been curious about this place for months. Finally decided to try it today. Covid procedures were very well thought out and executed, except if you don't have a smart phone. You can ONLY order online. The chicken sandwich was meh. Nothing terribly exciting and frankly that Popeyes chicken sandwich is a million times better. The fries sucked. They were cold but also lacking conceptually. I really expected better based on all the positive reviews. I don't think it was an off day, I just don't think the food is that great. read more

An incredible sandwich! I got the spicy habanero pepper covered chicken sandwich and it was hot paired with some cold slaw making it the perfect mix. The buns were cooked to a nice golden brown and I could taste the butter throughout. I got regular fries because they were out of their special kind but the potatoes that use are just simply incredible! I'm not too happy with the price of a root beer float ($5) just looking at the menu so I stuck to the sandwiches. Limited selection of drinks too but they made sure to hit the essentials. I would say Flip The Bird has the best sandwiches I've ever tasted, as well as the worst. (I go to the one in Swampscott, MA if that matters) I get pretty much the same thing every time, The OG, no pickles, and sometimes I get extra sauce. It feels like a gamble every time I order because there is absolutely 0 consistency. If I order it without extra sauce, they drizzle a sad little quarter sized bit of sauce that might as well be nothing. And if I do order extra sauce, they drown the poor sandwich until its drenched and soggy. The inconsistency isn't just with the sauce, it's with the patty itself as well. Sometimes, I'll get a perfectly cooked slice of heaven, and other times I'll get a disgusting lump of charcoal. This place is a real gamble, but when its good, its GOOD. read more

The chicken sandwich was awesome! I will certainly be back for that. Now I know there's a pandemic going on so hopefully when this is all over I can go back and give it a second shot. First off, it took about an hour for our order of two sandwiches, a piece of chicken and some biscuit bites to be ready. That seems like a long time for what seems like simple dishes. When we tried to call and inquire, the phone number given did not work. There wasn't a phone number listed on the website either. I find that a little odd, but we waited and picked up the food. The biscuit bites were a little chewy like they had sitting out, so that was disappointing. My husband got the Nashville sandwich, which he didn't like just because of personal taste. The sandwich I got was the OG and I thought it was great. The baby loved the piece of chicken he got so I can't complain there. I liked it, but I wasn't blown away and there were just a few things not quite right. I'm excited to return when the pandemic is over and give them another go because I have heard great things! read more

I just visited the store and the music was so loud that the woman at the register did not hear my order. I just got home and I do not have what I ordered. I realize they're just a fast food joint but such a poor level of quality and service is not acceptable. I wanted to call their manager to try to work it out but they do not provide any phone numbers. I sent them a message on facebook and their response was "Thanks for getting in touch! This place would've gotten 5 stars from me had the actual seating section/overall layout of the restaurant been better (my boyfriend and I redesigned how the space could be better while we waited for our food lol). The place was packed with little room to stand. They have counters that line the windows and 3 tables. However, 1 of the 3 tables was taken up by the manager/owner on her computer. And, the whole time we were there waiting, she was on Facebook. On a busy Saturday at lunch, I would've thought she'd give up her table for 1 of the 15 people waiting for their food. We ended up taking ours and eating in the car! Will definitely be back because the sandwiches were awesome, but will plan for a takeout situation instead of an eat in option. read more

Absolutely amazing. The OG and a Dr. Pepper is my go to. The ranch sauce is amazing. Not only do I get extra on my Sandwich, but I will get it with fries and dip the fries in it. The chicken is always done well and it is never greasy. Biscuits and Ribs are excellent as well. Orders take a long time as they are in a small space, but that isn't an issue if you plan ahead. Don't waltz in off the street and expect to be handed a sandwich (it's not fast food). I go once a week at least. read more
