The prices are consistent with the website and, if in stock, you can purchase online and pick up in-store for no additional charge. There is an additional charge for ship to store (if you order online). If you need inexpensive tile and you're not super picky, they have quite a few inexpensive options as well as clearance options, and the clearance options (as you can also see online) are not hideous or ostentatious. A lot of the floor tile options were gorgeous and relatively inexpensive (compared to Home Depot/Lowe's). They also will store your tiles for you so you can make multiple trips. The store associates were friendly and knowledgeable. They confirmed with us at the register about how we should grout and take care of the tiles we purchased. I liked that the tiles are put together in a fairly good sized sample "wall" so you can tell what it'll look like on your floor/wall with grout. read more

I am remodeling my home and I have been to this store a few times. Today I went to look at different flooring options. I was greeted by Marco. He took his time to explain the difference between different materials and how it affects the home and feel of it. What I liked about Marco was that he asked the right questions to find out my needs and wants before suggesting anything. He had good listening skills and was very helpful. He stayed with us to answer any questions we had through out the visit which made me feel appreciated as a customer. He offered the different services provided to help install if needed. This made t easy for a one stop shop. I am in sales myself and I appreciate good customer service and sales reps. Awesome selection and comparable pricing for other flooring at different stores. The employees are all pretty knowledgeable and by and far the best service I have gotten here has been from the guys on the sales floor. I am taking a star off because I had made an appointment with a design consultant and waited for 45 minutes for her. I asked several times where she was and was told that she was helping another customer. I then see that she is finishing up with them and walk over to where they are and am hanging out in the area. She finished with them and walked away. When she didn't come back I asked one of the girls at a register when she would be coming back to start our appointment. The girl gives me attitude and tells me that I don't have an appointment. I told her that I had made the appointment the day before and gave her the name of the guy I spoke with. She finally finds the appointment that was almost an hour past the time and calls the girl to come up. I think the girl was off work by that time. She didn't give me any help at all. Barely gave me any suggestions and I finally told her thanks, but I will take it from here. Are you kidding me? You can't give me a few minutes of your time after making me wait for an hour? The next time I came in the store the same girl was standing in one of the aisles with another sales girl over in the tile area. They were talking about a break up one of them was going through. Never said hi, never asked if I needed anything and completely ignored me and other customers. The only reason I'm giving four stars is the several young men that were super helpful to me. i really loved all the options this place had! i thought their product was well placed and displayed. I could see that when a worker helps out a customer, their whole attention is on them. My only unfortunate experience was that I myself couldn't really get help. Maybe because i'm young and not really older adult looking/dressed, so they didn't think I'm serious about buying something? The service at this location is horrible. When you ask where something is, the associates basically just point in a direction and walk away from you. None of the associates that walked by me, offered to help me find what I was looking for. After looking on line I called the store in Mission Viejo then had to drive to Mission Viejo (70 miles round trip) to get what I wanted. The young lady helping me on the phone was really polite. Marco, hands down, the best sales associate! I went to four (yes, 4) Floor and Decors looking for tiles for my bathroom remodel. Everyone is remodeling during this COVID pandemic so there is not much in stock. I was frustrated that I couldnt find the exact tile I wanted. I almost gave up until Marco helped. He called another FD location when Fullerton didnt have all the tile I needed. He went above and beyond and provided his suggestions for design and product. He is a great sales associate. I was there dealing with two women who were both not communicating and having a really hard time making a few very simple decisions. As a result, I was having a really hard time trying to mediate. I made two different purchases at the Fullerton Floor and Decor. When I asked how the items would be sent to my home, I was told that Floor and Decor are not responsible for delivery of product and that I would need to hire a 3rd party trucking company to handle this task. They assured me that this process would be extremely easy and that I would have no problem having same-day or second-day delivery. They referred me to one trucking company. I attempted to call for two days straight with no return call. I called them back and advised of my situation, and I was referred to another different trucking company. I spent over $5k and I have no way to get it to my house. I currently have 5 pallets sitting at Floor and Decor with no way to transport them. And none of their references will pick up or answer.
