Today we went into this location looking to match our shower tiles seeing we have a shower pan leak this young gentleman asked if we needed help we asked where to find the shower tiles the young man took us right to it and helped us match our tile then took us around the store and shopped with us helping us thru the whole process grout, metal molding, floor tile everything. His name was James he was honestly so knowledgable, kind and helpful we will be bringing our business to this location and telling our friends and family. After shopping for almost 4 years at various Floor and Decor locations, this particular location has pretty much guaranteed I will go elsewhere with my business moving forward. I ordered stair treads online to be delivered to my home. When the product arrived on 2/3, it was not what I ordered and I refused the delivery. As you can see from the photos, I ordered Acacia, but received White Oak. This is a completely different species of wood. Had it been a finish issue, I could just refinish the product. I immediately contacted the store that sent out the product for delivery and was told a manager would be in touch. I totally understand mistakes happen and so I figured this would be no big deal. After waiting the weekend, I heard from no one and called the store back again on 2/7. This time was told that I needed to contact customer care, which I did and they opened a case. Again, I heard nothing for a week, and called back again on 2/14. At this point the customer service rep said that they have also tried to get in touch with a manager and were unable to. They asked for me to send in photos which I did. After 2 weeks of follow-up with customer service, the store did issue a refund for the product. However, they chose not to issue a refund for the delivery. Why I should pay almost $200 for the incorrect product to be delivered is beyond me. I have continued to follow-up with customer service and I have continued to call the store directly to get a hold of someone, but apparently no one is able to help me when I call. While Floor and Decor's price point is competitive, I know I can get similar products for the about the same price with much better customer service. read more

We're remodeling our bathrooms and in the past 4 days We have been back and forth to Floor& Decor, Lowes and Home Depot, in multiple cities trying to find the tiles and supplies we need. What can I say about this store, Fullerton location... every department I went to there was an employee to greet me and ask me if I needed help. The manager, the lady helping me pick out the grout, the 2 younger girls helped me get the heavy tiles on the cart then into my car. I was surprises that the staff was so eager to help. All of the ladies were friendly, kind and attentative. I wish I remembered their names, I did fill out the survey so I hope management acknowledges their great work. Im so used to going to these stores and always have a difficult time getting help. It was so refreshing that I didnt feel lost and frustrated trying to find things. I live in Cerritos amd definitely live closer to the Downey branch.. but I will defintely be shopping here from now on. read more

I have been doing business at this location but this time there was a big issue with the order as we all know how stressful looking for new flooring can be and on top of that the whole order had to be taken back to the store. I have ordered various types of flooring, tile and materials from this Floor & decor. I always order samples online and have never had an issue returning sample pieces I purchased online to THIS store. Today Elizabeth would not accept the floor samples I purchased online even though the samples had the registered tag/price, I had the receipts with prices and were in new/same condition. It isn't like she owns Floor & Decor. She was able to scan every piece and the price would come up. Very annoying. Not buying and material for my home remodel here due to her. read more

This store has lousy customer service and there were more employees than customers. The employees including the Manager were just standing and chatting away instead of assisting customers. When I asked for help on thin set, the employee just walked away. When I asked for help with tiles as they were bundled together, the cashier gave me a 2" pair of kids scissors that couldn't cut. I took 18 cases of tiles on the existing pallet and reached behind to get more tiles. Jim yelled at me and said I cannot get tiles from there. Jim were with the employees in front and just chatted away and they all watched me put tiles on the cart instead of walking over to assist me. Isn't this a Showroom and we are able to get tiles or have someone assist us? I have been to the Rosemead and Santa Ana store and don't have issues like this. I just wanted to say thank you to the manager. I forgot her name but she help me pick my blue forest marble. I told her I wanted the ugly looking ones that no one wanted. So she let me pick from the single marble tiles that weren't boxed. Then she noticed I was getting all the broken, scratch, and odd looking marble pieces that no one wanted. She gave me a discount. She went above and beyond by showing us different color trims. She even lined each one up against the tile sample to give us a better visual. No one answers the phone! I Placed an order online and it's been 3 days and it still has not been fulfilled. I called customer care and they said it should only take 24 hours to fulfill an order. If items are in stock I don't understand why it takes so long. If you want good customer service you are better off going to the Downey location. Also, Downey was unable to speak to anyone at this location when we were trying to place the order at the store. I am going to start a master bathroom remodel in about a month, and I wandered in with literally no direction on where I was going with a style, except a picture of a shower I liked. She luckily was in between appointments, and wandered with me to show me some popular tiles, and gave me hinest opinions. Our floor sales rep was Yvonne and she was very knowledgable and helpful. She gave us great recommendations which we are going to use in our entryway, laundry room, and first floor. The pricing is super reasonable (the best we came across when shopping around), and they had the exact tile we were envisioning, it just had to be ordered. This would have been a 5 star review if we hadn't had to call to get an update on our order, as they stated that someone called us on 4/21 to tell us our order arrived. We never received that call.
