I made a special order from the store and my contractor picked it up. However, when he opened it at my house, it was broken near two edges. I was so disappointed because they said no return or no replacement since it was a special order. Don't order things from here! read more

One of the best if not the best shopping experiences my wife and I have gone through. We started with Sheryl, then Jacob, Melanie, and finally Jim. Many trips to the store we're needed because we were working on 2 bathrooms. Melanie spent the most time with us and she is the epitome of "excellent service". But it doesn't matter who you talk to, you'll get great service. Even when you change your mind, and tiles are heavy, nobody complains. Returns are never a problem. Great selection. The only reasons why we stopped coming to the store are we ran out of time and money since we're from Chicago. Great job Fullerton crew. This place is the bomb when you need flooring. Their prices beat all the warehouse stores. Laura is the most helpful, kind and patient tile associate in Fullerton! We bought over 1200 square feet of flooring and had to exchange it because our floor needed bigger tiles. They were super helpful and offered suggestions to match the dye lot so the whole floor matched perfectly. Jeff offered suggestions to help us for the transitions from room to room. Come here and ask for Laura or Jeff to help... They are awesome!! read more

For the last 3 weeks we have been going to Floor and Decor and we always have to ask 4 to 5 times for help until someone decides to come. We spent around $10000!! Last week we got some tile and they loaded the truck with the wrong one and when we got home we realized they did that! It happened because the employees were to busy in the back joking around!! Extremely poor management training!!! Today around 7:30 pm we had to go back for some more tile and we had the exact bad customer service experience. We asked the cashier to send someone to help and no one showed up! The store was not busy at all but no employee cared about their customers, they were all busy talking at the register! When we've got to the register the cashier was so busy talking personal stuff with the other cashier and she was keep turning around to have her conversation, completely ignoring us, she was scanning our items and carried away her conversation! What was more shocking is that the manager was right there in the middle of it bent down and filling some notebook! I went to him and ask if he was the manager and he said yes from the same bent position and I asked him if he sees what's going on there and he said, yes can I help you still bent down and with a very disrespectful tone! I said no I don't need help, I just want you to train your employee properly!!! I hope that corporate office sees this and takes action ASAP! I don't know the manager name but he had glasses on and it happen today October 7th around 8-8:30pm! It's very sad that I had to spend so much money there, but got zero customer service and the manager is so bad at doing his job! read more

We have been very pleased with the bathroom tile products we purchased. But I was blown away with the special effort and attention displayed by manager Alma Castaneda at the Floor and Decor in Fullerton when we wanted to return one defective box of tiles that was purchased at another Floor and Decor store. I was originally told that I would need to take the product to the store we originally purchased it from, but after doing some research she came back to me and said that they figured a way to make it work, and that they would be able to take the product return after all. Now that is customer service! You can be sure that when future tile needs arise, we will be visiting Floor and Decor first! read more

My husband and I went in to Floor and Décor to look for some tile to redo our shower. This is our first big project we've done so we were pretty clueless. The moment we walked in we were greeted by Robert. We told him what our plan was and gave him a very vague idea of what type of tiles we were looking for. He walked us through each isle and through the model showers they had. Robert was very patient with us (with me especially because I'm really picky) and he gave us a ton of options. Once we picked the tiles we thought we were done, until Robert suggested other products we would need to complete the shower. Who knew so many things needed to rebuild a shower?! Went to the warehouse to pick up my material and I was help by the manager (james)from warehouse and to get my order out to my car he wait till other guys were done helping another person out. Seen him have a smoke after smoke , But it's amazing how lazy a person can be don't think I'll go back for a while , thanks to those whom help me! read more

Floor & Decor in Fullerton is a very good place to shop! Without exception, staff was helpful and friendly. They greeted everyone who came through the door. A couple of weeks ago, I purchased some floor tile and needed an extension on the store's hold time. Melanie D. went above and beyond to facilitate that extension, and when it turned out I needed to cancel the hold and get a refund, she was wonderful about it. Although I didn't end up using Floor & Decor's floor tile (it didn't match my final cabinet choice), I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again. I highly recommend this store! read more

A little late for I have been busy but I had to post. I was running late and had to run in here for a few items I needed for a project. I grabbed my items and was waiting in line ( By the way the service was great and the employees directed me to the right direction quickly). I was rung up by Amber and I am so pleased with her service. She was very attendant and polite. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the other two girls who where also up at the cash register. These two girls where basically getting paid to gossip away as they ignored the customers. All they did was give snarky looks and have attitude. I am very happy that I was rung up by Amber, for she was a total 360 compared to the other two. Amber definitely completed by visited with a pleasant attitude and great personality. Thank you for your great service overall because I thankfully did not deal with the other two cashiers. read more

Come here all the time since I design homes. Everyone on the service floor is always extremely helpful. Today I was totally disappointed at the checkout. A man was checking out and was taking a very long time we waited patiently for at least 10 min. while other checkers stood at the registers just looking at us. All the people working in the store and standing at the register you would think someone would open a line or at least acknowledge your presence. One register never turned on a light but helped a guest when they could have said they were helping next in line but they unofficially helped other guest while we continued to wait. I told my husband lets go. When we started putting all the items back the guy finally says "Im sorry I'll be with you in a moment." I said "No thank you" I told my husband I rather drive all the way to Costa Mesa and spend my money there. Only because there is a specific tile that I need for this project but I will not shop there again. Too bad they lost a lot of business I design a lot of homes inside and out. One courteous "I'll be with you in a moment" or using common sense to open a line could have saved a really good customer. I am left wondering what they heck are all those people there for if they an only open one line? Why did they all stand around just looking at us? I made eye contact with one lady just standing at a register she just kept looking at me like what are you looking at me for? smh read more
