I just redid my kitchen and needed to choose some tile for the backsplash. The salesperson on the floor was super helpful and nice. When she mentioned they had designers that on site I was excited to have another opinion. The woman (didn't get a name, long hair) didn't even bother getting up out of her chair, looked at the tile I chose and said porcelain would of course be better but it would be fine. Total disappointment. I ended up not picking that tile because I thought it was too trendy and chose a plain subway tile but she could have got off her butt and actually talked to me. read more

The worst customer service in Las Vegas. I've spent soooo much money here and honestly would have spent more but I can't stand to go here unless I have to. They have an AWESOME selection and pretty decent prices, but their staff is always running around with no idea what's going on, I feel bad, they are obviously under trained and have no leadership in the store. Their inventory is NEVER correct, I watch managers run from situations, be terribly rude to customers & employees, and when I asked the manager about different edge options you can get on on a piece of granite he told me, "What you see is what we got" and walked away, wasn't even close to answering my question. I watch this terrible cycle happen non stop every single time I am here to not only me, but everyone else too. As a small business owner is pains me to leave this, hopefully they can figure it out, but I would honestly rather give my money to Lowe's and Home Depot when they have what I need. Again I reiterate the only suggestion your sales person told us we had to do as we were handing over our credit card for you to charge more than $10K was to let the wood acclimate to the house. Cheaper wood flooring in the other rooms from another floor store has no issues. As well as cracking your bamboo you sold has a lousy finish and is already wearing less than year after moving into my home. Stop pandering to potential customers by making yourself sound like you care. It's obvious you don't give a shit and that you buy substandard products. Needing to get materials to redo the floor in a kitchen and front entry way I knew Floor & Decor would be the first place to look. Upon entering it is an open and spacious. I was greeted as well the people I was with by the cashiers. I have to warn you that it can take a while to make a decision because they have isles and isles of options. We found 6 that were our favorite and had to keep narrowing it down until we found the perfect one. Usually it seems it is hard to find just one that you like. The prices are really good. None of the ads or even the website do the store justice you just have to come in and see for your self if you have a project in mind and at least check it out. Lot's of options for home improvements for a reasonable price. Our contractor took us here for tiles, since then we come here for all of our home improvement needs. They have a great selection of floors, tiles, stones, granit, sinks, etc, etc. I can be here for hours just looking at all of the products. You are able to store your product here for upto two weeks free of charge. Anything that's not in stock can be ordered, we had to order a couple of things and they were available within a week. Worst customer service in las vegas. You spend thousands they don't even treat you right. Laminate manager is arrogant he probably thinks he owns this place. And yeah don't wait for their call when your orders come in it wont happen, mine has been sitting for weeks no call or emails. They came highly recommened by a friend and i agree they are great when it comes to selection and pricing. only downfall is when it comes to finding someone to help close the deal. when youre spending thousands in tile you expect a certain level of customer service. standing around waiting for the customer service rep to be told what amounts to pull so i can pick up later became a test in patience. another lady came in behind me and she got in to a robust discussion with a sales rep because he didnt know what line she was waiting in because she had a return and was just standing around. it was embarrassing how he treated her. weeks later i went to return some unused tile and it was the same issue: long line of people because a computer was down. overall id go back, but home depot is right next door and their prices are low and selection, while not vast, may be a consideration for smaller jobs. read more

I came here on a Saturday to pick up tile for a shower. Multiple items were out of stock, damaged or had to be pulled so I was told it would take an hour or I could come back in the morning. Due to a tight schedule I paid and came back next morning. When I arrived ready for pickup they had trouble finding the items that they were suppose to get ready for loading the day before. Turns out I needed to pick a different tile and now I've been here an hour and a half waiting for them to figure out if they have 14 pieces of the floor tile in stock. After having a water overflow in my home and having it be fully renovated, I was so completely overwhelmed by the thought of picking a color/tile for my living room. My confusion was in the tile type and color because my kitchen already has tile which I didn't want to change. The transition from the kitchen to the living room is significant and therefore I needed to find a tile that transitioned appropriately. I also changed the color of my old carpet so I already had two different colors I was working with and didn't want to incorporate a third color into the scheme. Upon walking into this gigantic warehouse full of tiles, my mind was so confused.
