Worst Experience! after purchasing flooring material we found the same stuff at Euflooria for less cost. We hadn't picked up our material yet it was still on order the manager Hector Lopez refused to give us a refund or price compare! We called corp and they said we are entitled to a refund especially since we hadn't received our material they refused to talk to corp they wanted corp to send them an email stating we talked to them and it was okay to refund our money after waiting an hour in the store FINALLY they agreed to refund!! We came by today to pick up more water proof laminate. 20 boxes at 2.69 per square foot plus underlayment. Well over $1000.00 and we had John help us. He was extremely helpful and friendly and had us out the door in no time when he promptly loaded up the SUV without us even having to ask. Great customer service here and hassle free returns. We drive all the way from Summerlin because this is the only store in the valley. We have spent thousands of dollars here on tile, laminate, tools and even attended a free class for us DYIers. Great variety! We've purcahsed at other Floor n Decor locations in the past. One thing in common has been that it's hard to find help. Employees avoid eye contact and hide. If you're lucky enough to chase one down, they are "busy with another order or customer". This particular trip was an exception! We were approached by Mosies who asked if we needed any help. We were shocked and joked with him and asked if he was serious as this has never happened. He was the first employee to approach us in THREE visits to this store in the past couple of weeks. I shopped at the store located on Sunset in Henderson and they have an amazing variety of product that will fit any budget. I have priced around the flooring at various stores and Floor & Decor has the best prices in town. I was assisted by Daniel in the flooring department and he provided the BEST CUSTOMER SEVICE !!!!! He's professional, extremely knowledgeable of the various products, friendly, is willing to go above and beyond to assist the customers and most importantly, he is extremely patient. Happened to be next door looking at furniture so we decided to walk around look at floor options just to get a idea on pricing and color options. This place is pretty big that has many floor options besides tile or wood. Pricing wasn't too bad on a few options. Definitely will come back when we're ready to get serious. read more

Husband and I are Real Estate Agent and we remodeled couple properties over the years. Floor & Decor is place #1 we go to check on materials. The 2 other giants in materiel and home supplies couldn't compete with Floor & Decor! i would say that some items are 30% cheaper... You have so many choice visible at the store and available right there. Of course they offer some higher end materiel that might request an order. I love going to that store just to check what new arrival they have. The people on site are ALL knowledgeable and very helpful. In case you place a big order, they offer a delivery through an indépendant contractor for couple $$ (it's worth it so you don't have to break your truck, lift the heavy materiel, they will do that for you) I often order over the phone and come pick up my order :) If your client is on a budget to remodel their property, send them there and they will be grateful to you for the tips read more

My husband and I went in yesterday to buy backsplash for our kitchen. First we looked around at the tiles for about 15 minutes. No one came to help us so hubby went to ask for some help. He had to wait for 10 minutes till someone said they would send someone out to help us. Yes, 15 minutes later, no one. So we started to leave. I asked the cashier, who was not helping any customers, no one seemed to be in the store to help, if I needed an appointment to get some service. Her answer made me laugh. She said that everyone was busy. There were four employees standing near the entrance. I guess they don't want new business. Never going there again. Grady James, Design Consultant with Floor & Decor helped us pick out the perfect flooring for my son's condo remodel. Me, my son, and his girlfriend all had an idea of what kind of vinyl flooring we wanted in his condo. Grady looked at pictures of his cabinets and paint colors and immediately recognized it would not look good with the cabinets. Grady patiently looked at numerous different flooring options explaining what he did not like about each one. Finally he came upon a flooring color that was perfect. It was almost the opposite of what we all thought we wanted initially, but we all recognized how well this flooring would potentially look with the colors of the cabinetry and condo. Let me start by saying that I don't have the interior decorator chromosome. It took me two months to decide on paint so when it came to picking tile for the bathroom showers and floors I was overwhelmed to say the least. For 3 months I spent hours walking through tile stores and even more time online looking at ideas that were great if I had a bathroom the size of my bedroom. Then I saw the FREE design consultation that floor and decor offered. I scheduled an appointment and met with my saving grace SANDY RODRIGUES. To say she was a Godsend would be an understatement. Folks I was literally losing my hair stressing out everytime I would bring samples home and they were not good but with Sandy's help and honest input we put together tiles for both bathrooms AND tiles to redo my fireplace. I can't praise Sandy enough. She was knowledgeable and had great ideas. She took her time with me and never got frustrated at my indecision. I'll add pics once it's installed. read more

As far as the merchandise goes, this is a great place. I went to the store just to look .After a store associate approached me I inquired about installation. Through this store a person came to my house and measured my rooms wrote up a bid on the flooring I selected and collected my 50%. The person who wrote up the contract assured me I was getting a good deal and told me the flooring I selected had a lifetime warranty. He also arrabged for the installation.This is where everything went sour. The installation is not done by Floor & Decor installers, it's contracted out. The first day 2 guys showed up, One told the other what to do and then he left. The guy who stayed didn't speak English. When the estimate for the work was drawn up I was aware it was a big job because the installers had to demo the existing tile floor,The installers seemed to be short of equipment, even had to use my broo. The demo created a lot of dust and the worker did not drape anything. In fact, he didn't have one single drop cloth. As the work proceeded, it was clear to see the installer who was left alone to do the job had very little experience and I took pictures to prove it. There is a 12 ft. closet door that no longer slides properly, glue and chipped p ct the installers who are doing the work so I called the company to report these things. The guy who dropped this installer off was apparently managing several installs at the same time. In any case, I felt he should have been stopping by my place to check the progress and make sure things were being done correctly. The company that manages the installs is located back East. When they received my complaint they sent the same crew out to my house to correct the problems....but nothing ever was truly fixed . I also inquired at the store about the lifetime warranty. Usually a warranty involves some paperwork or proof of warranty but no one that I spoke too could answer my questions. read more
