Great selection... but The pick up área omg. I being waiting for over and hours to get my tile.

We are very upset. We handpicked and purchased ourselves each Travertine tile, they were flawless. They stored them for contractor pick-up. But they switched half of them with defaults. We were confident and did not need to check install with flawless tiles. We discovered defects after install. Once picked and purchased they should not touch or replace customer selection. read more

I received a notice that floor and decor sold me Chinese laminate that is dangerous because of formaldehyde. I called floor and decor to ask them about it and was transferred three times and hung up twice. I can't reach management and their staff at the tiling department had no answers regarding this class action lawsuit. I would avoid this place as they sell illegal flooring and when asked about it, put you through their answering system which then just hangs up after 30 rings. Ridiculous. read more

This is a poorly run store, and the employees have little interest in helping people. Clearly it is poorly managed. i had to bring back 10 boxes of tile because they were all damaged. Rather than do an exchange, they did a refund on my debit card, and wanted me to pay again, then wait up to 10 days for my money. Maybe they have cash flow problems. Then the manager told me it was impossible to void a transaction, he was clearly qualified (not). I don't mind if someone doesn't know something-but I hate being lied to. I was there so long I saw a guy putting the same 10 boxes of damaged tile back on shelf-just a poorly run operation. They do have big selection, but in reality half of what you see won't be in stock. read more

This is the absolute worst place to shop or even just get advice. Every time I call the phone rings on and on and on. For technical help they will send you to the teenage girl cashier. If you do finally get connected to a salesman they won't know what you are talking about. Today I called and after the phone rang for ten minutes a salesman answers, listens to my question, tells me he is going to go and find out, and then the phone hangs up. I have gone several times in person to this store because it is next to Home Depot and each time same thing, no one knows anything unless the product is displayed on the floor. After that, the only recourse is to make an appointment with a "designer". I tried doing that, but even if the designer is there she will be with a customer and tell you to call her number. You leave your number and guess what? No one ever calls you. I guess if you are just shopping around and see what they have available and check prices, then it's OK. But anything more, forget it. There are plenty of other tile outlets that will be more than happy to help and, they will be competent as well... read more

I am in the process if remodeling the inside of my home and after looking around many other places I ended up here. I have been here before to purchase laminate flooring and was pleased with the price, quality, and service so it just seemed right. After much debate with my wife we finally picked out new flooring. I went up to the cashier to tell her I wanted to pick out about 26 boxes of laminate flooring and she right away came over to get the info in it. I also needed some tools to put the floor in and was having new what I needed but was having a hard time finding it. The woman who was helping me walked all the way to the back of the store just to get the tools I needed. Very cool of her. By the time the flooring and supplies were rung up there were 3 guys that has the boxes at my truck ready to load it in. I will be coming back in the next few days to get some molding that is much cheaper and a better selection here than at home depot. I also saved a few hundred less by buying my flooring and supplies here vs other places I priced and checked out and the flooring has a lifetime warranty. Score. read more

Needed phone numbers for their recommended installers but I didn't want to drive all the way over to the location so I gave them a call. The gentleman by the name of Sean offered to read me each and every recommendation and was very nice over the phone. Great customer service and very much appreciated. I am building a custom concrete shower pan and I was able to find some excellent engineered products at this store that I couldn't find anywhere else. There is an older gentleman there named 'Shak' I think who is a true shower expert. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Seriously. I have purchased a good amount of tile over the past several months for a bathroom renovation, and have made several trips to this store to purchase, return, and purchase again! Every time, I have experienced great customer service, and have found the employees pleasant and willing to help. In particular, I worked with an employee named Viktor, who went far above any reasonable expectations of customer service by staying late and helping me pick out 170 small tiles, one by one, to complete my order. I couldn't have asked for friendlier, more informative assistance, and made sure that I shared my experience with the supervisor on duty. I sincerely hope that my comments regarding Viktor's help make it to corporate, because service and effort like his- for just a random customer- should be acknowledged and well-rewarded. read more

My wife and I love shopping here because you can't beat the price and selection. We had the best customer service experience yesterday. Chaz helped us select Everything we needed for our dyi project and hand picked it so i pulled my truck up and they lifted a pallet onto my truck. If you're looking for hands on help and input and can't figure out a project yourself you should just be in Home Depot or Lowes anyways. You'll pay more but if you can't do it yourself, don't go to a "do it yourself" place. It's a great store for contractors and people who can do projects on their own and know what they want. I was incredibly impressed with the manager customer service received from JC at Floor & Decor in Henderson. I had a mix-up when picking up a portion of my flooring. It was disappointing and unsettling at first - draining my savings and potentially increasing the overall cost of my project - but JC was a gem. I went to this store expected good customer service and great pricing. No one came to help me first of all. After looking around I found a tile that I liked I took a picture of the pricing and label they had hanging. I went back to buy 4500 sq feet and they raised the price on the tile when i spoke with a sales person she said they raised the prices because gas prices went up. I asked her if I could speak with a manager. I spoke with Lonny the store manager he said corporate raises prices there is nothing he can do to help me. I expected better from this company there customer service is horrible. read more

This place offers a warehouse selection and pricing with a boutique level of customer service (far better and cheaper than Lowes or Home Depot). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful (Cudos's to the Assistant Manager - Brian!). At 1st the only disappointment that I experienced was that they didn't offer delivery, but then Brian gave me the contact information for a recommended delivery service - "Silver State Delivery". Arranging for the delivery service was merely a quick text message and $50 (upon delivery) for 750 sq feet of tile. Surprisingly, the tile was delivered the next morning to my door in perfect condition. I honestly don't know how it could be any better than this! I highly recommend these guys! read more

My local Floor & Decor is wonderful. However, good luck filing a claim for defective flooring. We purchased expensive wood floors and the finish on the floors was inferior. the finish chipped away at edges and scratched way too easily. They don't sell the flooring anymore. We went to our store and got the number to file a claim. So far it has been weeks and the claim form we were offered has yet to be emailed. I have called several times a week and have been hung up on, put on hold forever and basically dismissed. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE THE WORST!! read more

I was in the Henderson NV location 8/18/18. I really had a barebones idea of what I wanted to do with my master bath. While looking over the extensive selection, hoping for ideas, I encountered an employee named Mary. Mary spent the next 3 hours with me helping to find a color palate and complementing mosaic tile. After changing my mind several times and letting my OCD run wild we finally settled on a plan. She was VERY patient with me and extremely helpful for a novice shopper. I think she is an excellent employee with perfect customer service skills! Kudos to Floor and Decor Henderson :) I'll be back when it's time to do the rest of my house! Thank you! read more

I bought some hardwood to lay in a home gym. The planks were warped in so many ways I can't even begin to describe. It looks to me like the wood was stored incorrectly and/or very old. I paid appx. 2.50 per ft, but frankly it's all junk. Unfortunately we were 30% complete before we really started to notice the sideways warp of the product. It only got worse from there on. I contacted the store by email and they eventually (weeks later) contacted me to say they would call but never did. I contacted them myself by phone, and they were always in meetings. By then I had given up as I needed to get the floor laid. As I look at it now, I see my only solution is to pull it all out and start over again. I'm obviously out the $1,000 I paid for this stuff, plus the labor, the glue, and the underlayment - as they only allow returns on unopened boxes. The only star I gave was for the salesman - he was very helpful and got the product loaded into my car. I doubt very much he knew he was selling something that wasn't worth the paper the receipt was written on. If you're going to purchase here, make them open the boxes, and check out the product before leaving the store. Don't presume that because the product is sealed it's in good condition. read more

I absolutely understand why people go to Lowe's. Hear I thought Home Depot was bad for customer service!. This place puts Home Depot to shame when It comes to BAD customer service. I called and ordered 13 sq ft of flooring (tile) and the store was to have it at "will call" and ready for me to pick up. I arrived at the store to be told I was third in line. I explained to the very unhelpful employees the situation and it appeared He and She were looking right through me. I explained that I had order the tile on line by number and that I was told it would be waiting for me. I was told again the following "you are third in line" I said "really you are going to make me wait an hour for (2) boxes of tile. I waited approximately 45 minutes and walked out. Went to the Henderson Floor and Decor to return some Schluter brand molding. I had called first to be sure they would take them. The manager I spoke with assured me I could get an in store credit. On arrival I was met with disdain. I was told the items purchased were bought too long ago. Brand new still in the package currently stocked items that they sell every day. I have been a customer of that store over ten years. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of very expensive Kerdi, Ditra and Schluter brand items for tiling. Also many hundreds of tiles, bags of thin-set, mortar, many tools, nails, screws and other things. My go to tile store where I have made a ton of purchases. Still my $5 pieces of molding were rejected for return. My store loyalty didn't matter. I drove there only after I was given assurance they would accept them. The worst part of the experience was the look on the managers face. He seemed offended by me. Still I remained quite calm quiet and respectful while nothing I said to him seemed to matter at all. His mind was made up before he ever spoke with me. He wanted me out of there. So I left with my stuff and decided my family will not be back. I'm sorry now that I ever spent a dime in that store. read more

When I first walked into Floor & Decor I was completely overwhelmed! However, Jolene a sales clerk there, approached me and asked if I needed help. She showed me different floor types and helped me pick out the best one for my household. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me. She even gave me her number to call her if I had any questions. Everytime I called she was extremely helpful and never seemed bothered by my numerous phone calls. So I just want to recommend Jolene to anyone who goes there and needs help. She definitely is a great employee with a lot of patience and knowledge in what she's doing and that's hard to find nowadays! If you ever read this Jolene thank you for all your help! Great place for flooring, baseboards, stone, and to get ideas for home renovations! Staff is very helpful and they even have DIY classes Saturday's which are completely free. Take pictures of the area you're looking to renovate so they can help you out with as much possible! Pricing is pretty reasonable! read more

I saved so much money coming here instead of buying at Home Depot. This is definitely the place to go if you're a do-it-yourself kinda person who loves finding a good deal on tile. They'll also hold your tile for 14 days after the purchase for pick up. Not bad. read more

This place is a joke. They close at 9 PM and I tried to call around 8:20 PM to ask a quick question and they let the phones ring. Every 5 minutes I would hang up and call again until the store closed. Finally someone answered and put me on hold for 1 hour and 12 minutes before I ended up hanging up. Best selection & prices in Las Vegas. My only suggestion over buy & return if needed. They ran out of my white subway tile. Crazy!! Anyway, had a hiccup my contractor picked up my materials, I was short 3 boxes of tile. I spoke w/Joleen. Showed her my receipt & that I needed 90 sq ft of this tile. I paid for it but didn't receive it. She held my hand through the process & at the end gave me the tiles...no charge. Joleen was super nice & understanding.
