I had flooring installed by Flooring America following some flooding from a bathroom toilet. The Flooring was installed after the flooding restoration was completed. The floor buckled later and the owner came in and agreed to repair. If the floor was not ready to be installed then the flooring company should have said so. They said it was fine and installed it. The owner, Bob, said he would order the supplies and contact me when his installer returned from vacation. He never called and I waited. I complained to the Credit card company. Bob lied and said that water damage caused the problem. There was never any water leaking after the floor was installed. I went into store and asked them to have Bob contact me. He never did. And if the floor was damaged by water then they should have said it needed more time to dry rather than installing it. In another spot the step cove (whatever the edge is called) broke because they did not install it properly. Another piece was to be ordered at no charge. In other locations the flooring has broke as well. Obviously they do not honor their guarantee! read more

I just love the service, attention to detail I received from Flooring America. Starting with my sales rep. Anthony. I picked out a sample to take home and the next day Anthony came out to take measurements. The carpet I chose didn't work. Anthony called me 2 hours later asking if he could come by with another sample of colors. These were perfect and I was able to make a decision. The carpet came in right away and the installers did a fantastic job. They moved my furniture, and placed it back perfectly as I had it before. I chose Mohawk carpeting which I knew little about, but they were making the same claims as the Shaw carpet I had looked at from another store and the Mohawk SmartStrand got better reviews according to Google, plus the value was right in my budget. read more

I had called flooring America and Jonathan helped me over the phone. He gave us the lowest quote on a laminate flooring we were looking for!! We went down to his store which is 1.5hrs away but with it! Very nice and he kept the pricing the same. All the other places were marking up laminate prices just because of "high demand due to covid". He kept our flooring for about a month and picked it up today. Anthony was a very knowledgeable sales person and helped us organize the whole project. He & the scheduling department were so accommodating and easy to work with!! Frank and his team were our floor installers and we couldn't have asked for a more diligent, and skilled team! Frank's baseboard work is perfection! Frank was amazing! Our AC broke on the second day of installation and he and his team worked hard under tough conditions. He also pointed out problems that arose like a pipe leak he discovered through a wall and was so accommodating letting us get that fixed and then coming back to finish the job! Flooring America was referred to me by a friend, and after the first visit to their showroom I was very pleased with Jonathan, that helped us choosing the flooring, and came over our house to take measurements and planned the installation. We needed a water resistant floor, with the beauty and natural look of hardwood floor, but without the labor expensive process of tiles....easy right?! Jonathan showed us a beautiful LVT floor that met and honestly surpassed our expectations. Of course, It was the most expensive LVT in the showroom (I guess we have good taste!) but he was able to give us a very competitive price. No what can I help you with, welcome to the store, sorry I opened my business later! So we walk out, call and are told "I was only 4 minutes late" and then tells us he is the manager. We have over 1500 sq feet we need carpet - guess his company is doing so well they don't need our money. We will be sure to tell everyone we know about this horrible auctioneer service! read more

We are close to finishing a remodel of our kitchen, dining and family rooms. Flooring America were referred to us and we couldn't be happier with their customer service, selection and professionalism. Bob has been to our house initially to provide a quote and several other times to insure there were no problems. The existing travertine flooring had to be removed and then the floors leveled. Frank and his crew just finished the installation of the engineered wood. The floors look great, they had the installation work done in just two days and they left the house in immaculate condition. Frank also took care of repairing some travertine tile floors that were removed for structural work we needed done. The floors have been in the house for over 30 years. 30 years in business is why we used this company. Terrible company, we had LVP installed, they assured us they had the best installers. First they had to remove big floor tiles. They were terrible, broke the toilet, they used thick caulking everywhere, smacked the door jambs, smashed the custom paint in our kitchen, cut some planks too short and threw broken tiles in one of the bath tubs, and left a huge mess for me to clean when they were done. They didn't even clean the floor before they left. I asked if they were going to level the floors before hand, Jonathan said yes, I asked the installers if they were, he said no I just use liquid nails. I didn't know what he was talking about. Still waiting for them to come back and take care of some things, have not heard from them. The whole experience was terrible, don't use this company! The floor does not sound right when we walk on it, but the flooring I picked is beautiful, 9X64 in planks. This company does not know what their installers are doing, they do not check on them, and I feel that one of the installers was picked up off of the corner. Just my opinion. We spent a lot of money for bad service and installation of their product. Do not use this company!!! I think they need to be sued! read more

Most people say, "Don't pay attention to the "BAD" reviews". Pay attention this time! Steer clear of these thieves! This is the second time that I bought flooring from this company. The first time, I brought them the measurements for my downstairs. I took home the flooring and had 1/2 of a case left. Perfect! Then.....two years later..... I brought them the measurements of my upstairs. My Salesman, Jonathan Sedighi, took the measurements and sold me 800 SQ feet of flooring. (I needed 460 SQ FT). At the end of my project, I had 14 CASES of laminate flooring left. When I went to return it, the Owner, Bob, first, would not call me. Then, I had to travel to the store for a second time....and confront BOB. He kept trying to avoid me. I brought him the original measurements....with Jonathan's notations on them! He told me that there was nothing that he could do, because it was special ordered. Bob acknowledged that Jonathan had over sold me. Bob should send behind his customers and make his salesman pay for the error. There are plenty of other honest, reputable flooring dealers in the area. Go use them! Straight forward. Cheap. Good installation. There was a bit of miscommunication on the day of install, but they worked it out, rearranged their deliveries, and ended up only being an hour or so late. We didn't even have to haggle on price; they had the best deal we found. I'd definitely use them again. read more
